I worked here in 2016. (enterprise roadside at AAA headquarters) And let me say Im just getting around to this review. I was hired at the AAA Lake Mary Location. You all had a man named Carlos During that time that was the head of Ultimate Staffing. He illegally fired HUNDREDS of hard working Employees. I got a call on my cell phone from Carlos who basically said We are going to have to let you go He Would not give me a reason. Just flat out fired me with no explanation. Turns out Ultimate staffing during that time was getting COMMISSION for every training class they put together. So In order to make room for there commission they would fire Hard working employees who were there 7 months or longer. It became Scheme and a Cycle. Soon after I was fired Most of my training class was fired as well with no reasoning. Your entire operation in the year of 2016 was a disgrace. If you all still have Carlos working for you all I want to thank you for PERSONALLY making it to where I cant even apply for AAA roadside assistance because I was fired UNLAWFULLY from ultimate staffing. Your company disgusts me and THOUSANDS OF OTHERS in the year of 2016. HOPE YOU ALL TIGHTENED UP AND STOPPED FIRING PEOPLE FOR NO REASON!!!!!!!!! Scumbags

I have been working with ultimate staffing for 7 months now, and this company has been extremely helpful in examining my experiences and gaining a career. They were able to connect me to a company that appreciates the hard work, and provided an excellent work environment. Without ultimate staffing services I wouldn’t be where I am today! I really loved my hiring manager, she was quick with responding to my emails, and she not only got me hired, but she negotiated a great pay for me. She was very friendly in her emails, and while some points I was nervous about missing her calls, she was very forgiving to call back at times where it was convenient for me. I felt like she genuinely wanted me to get hired and cared about me a lot as an individual. Even after receiving the job, she had checked up on me. I still feel like I can reach out to her for questions if I had them! Ultimate Staffing was pretty efficient and professional with me. Upon moving to Orlando, I began job searching and got in touch with Ultimate. I worked with Chris, and he was extremely helpful. The process took a while, but he was able to get me an interview after which I got an offer. I ended up declining this offer, but only because I got an offer much closer to home for more money. Ive lived in Florida for 2 and a half months now. Since Ive been here Ive tried several staffing agencies and none of them seemed like they really wanted to help me at all. They had me jump through hoops just to end up wasting my time. Then I came to Ultimate Staffing. From the moment I arrived, everybody was very welcoming. Mr. Samuel Wright is the man who helped me out. He got me the exact job that I wanted. He kept me in the loop throughout the entire process as well. I give this place 5 stars because they deserve it. Dealt with Samuel Wright, in the Orlando office. Upon arrival, super nice, very energetic, very professional. We spoke about my background, had some friendly banter, and then he said ‘he’d call me if he heard anything over the weekend, if not, he will still call me and let me know and keep me updated’.I understand how busy it can get in a staffing agency, I’ve managed 2 offices in two of the busiest markets in Florida. I understand that sometimes people might slip from being called or emailed. However, if you receive a follow up e-mail from the person who you interviewed, not once, not twice but three times within a span of 3 weeks, and not one single reply. That just means you don’t care, I’m just a number to you. A resource to get your numbers up and filled.I am not angry that I didn’t get the position, it happens, it won’t be the first or last time I get turned down from a position. With that said, I do expect a call or an email stating so.As recruiters we have forgotten the human aspect of HR, and just utilize the resource portion. ‘Will this person be a resource to me?’ It’s truly sad. I made a point that I contacted ALL my temps and prospects, why? Keep my talent pool full and engaged.To this company I was just a number, and I would NEVER recommend them to a friend or family. Start bringing back the Human portion of HR, and maybe I’d recommend you.

Ultimate Staffing had staffers combing our office complex soliciting. One of their agents overlooked our STRICTLY NO SOLICITING sign and tried to open our keycard protected door. When she couldnt get in she started pounding on the door and ringing the doorbell. I made the massive mistake of letting her in and she tried to tell me she was looking for administrative work. I had 5 customer phone calls waiting for me so I sent her to our retail location. After she left she proceeded to call my office EIGHT separate times trying to reach someone in HR or hiring. I googled her phone number and found out that she was in fact a staffer. This is highly unprofessional behavior. Avoid these people at all costs.

I left my last job for this company because I thought I would work with them and get hired by AAA because there inside the AAA building but BOY was I very wrong. Not only do you not get hired on to AAA but Ultimate Staffing rules are set just to have a high turn over rate. They have new classes every other month for one, for two they have this rule where if you get a 30 minute lunch break and two 15 minute breaks if you go to the bathroom more than 15 minutes threw out the day they will take one of your breaks away!! The people they have there to help you dont even try and help you but sit at the command center and play on there phones and talk about other people on the floor. Going here for a job is a waste of time and they say they start you out at $12 an hour but if you get fired of leave they make sure they screw you and pay you wage on your last check like who does that crazy stuff... Over all there are many other compaines out there that will treat you alot better than this company Ultimate staffing inside AAA

Waste of TIME!! I initially went to them for a job fair for AAA. Interview went very well. They had me sign a form as IF I was hired. Was waiting on the testing for the following day. Never received it. Emailed them about the test. Didnt hear back for a few days and received an email that I didnt get the position. Total disappointment. This was somewhere I was really looking forward to working at. Two days later I get a call from recruiter at ultimate staffing for a different position with a company called HealthFair. It was expressed to me constantly that this was NOT a selling position. I accepted the assignment. First of all it was SELLING! Maybe not with dollars signs. But u basically have to get people to sign up for appointments the dont want or need. They even had a PowerPoint titled How To Sell Appointments! Second, the company I was sent to was HIGHLY DISORGANIZED!!! The trainer always had interruptions with people coming into the classroom discussing things that didnt involve work. We were forced to learn the material in 2 days. On top of that, on the third day we have one of the directors come in and tell us hey, we gotta get these guys on the phones immediately. We have tons of appointments to schedule and no he wasnt kidding. We barely learned anything because they trainer was always leaving the room due to knocks at the door from other Associates and just having random conversation that had nothing to do with us. The 2nd week we shadowed 1 day and was thrown on the phones the second day. There was only one lead helping 4 people who didnt know how to do any of it. On top of that she kept leaving us on the phones needing help! And we are all sounding dumbfounded on the phones because we dont know what to do. We were sent on a 2 hour lunch break because the director wanted to take the leads and managers to KEKES next door. I just quit on the third day. This job is not for me! I knew nothing of this job to begin with. Two day later the recruiter from US emailed me to see y I didnt report. I kept it short and sweet and said that it was a selling job and I didnt sign up for it. And I never received a reply back so thanks. Ultimate Staffing will throw u in any job and definitely see u as a number!

Super dodgy. No parking, major construction outside office. No sign on door except for a printed paper with Black Arial font saying there name. Taped on door. Too much signage inside, what are the over compensating for?Secretary said I completed the application but needed to complete more paperwork on a computer in an empty office that was monitored over their VPN that tracks key strokes. They asked me to login to my personal email??!! At that point I left.DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!They are far from legit!There was no reason to ask anyone at an interview to log into their personal email. EVER!However if you want your Identity stolen or personal information sold. Then this is the place for you.
