The companys applicant tracking system is broken and has been for over a year. Upon application for a listed job opening it generates an INSTANTANEOUS rejection email.The instant email states At this time your application has not been selected to continue then ends with You are invited to apply again in 6 months to be considered again. Yes it says again twice in the same sentencePresumably the automatic email should be an application confirmation rather than a rejection. I spoke to the company about this at length both locally and nationally a year ago yet the issue persists.

This is the most unprofessional agency I have ever dealt with in my life. They dont return phone calls or emails consistently, when I was in there filling out my application they spent most of their time gossiping. I cannot figure out which one was the Manager, or if a Manager was even present. If so, she was the one working in the back office with the door closed and didnt know her people were goofing off.The paperwork they had me fill out looks like it was photocopies of mimeographs from back in the 1980s. Everything was faded and muddled and hard to read. How hard is it to have clean and clear copies of documents for people to fill out? Nothing screams back yard amateurs like bad photocopied application paperwork.The positions they presented me with were not represented properly and were well below my standards. Im not sure what low-end people they are used to employing but that is not what I am. If you want a minimum wage job and you have a pulse, this is the place to work. Otherwise, you should probably look elsewhere if you are looking for professionals.None of those are found here!

I called this office to find out the status of my application and I was hung up on. All she had to do was refer me to the right place if that wasnt her job. However, I got online and found another number to call. I called to find out my status and she told me should be contacted in a week. I guess Ill see. Im still confused about the process though. I never even had an interview.
