I had been looking for a new job for several months with little luck landing interviews. Then I got a call out of the blue from Matt with Everest recruiting. Within a short period of time he landed me several interviews with some highly respected commercial construction company’s in San Diego.I’ve worked with many different recruiters before but the passion Matt has for his job is well above the others. My experience with other recruiters has been to take your info, put you in their system, and you never hear from them again. Or if you do it’s for an odd ball job that’s sort of related to what you were looking for in the first place.I would talk on the phone or text at least once a week with updates from Matt. He always promptly responded to my messages. Was constantly checking in with the companies I had interviewed with. Matt fires you up and is a good dude. And he has relationships with a lot of the construction firms in San Diego. I couldn’t recommend Everest recruiting any higher!
