My initial communication with the recruiters was good. But after doing interviews Ive heard nothing from them at all. No yes, no, maybe or feedback of any kind. Ive called and messages several times. I consider it fairly unprofessional to ghost a candidate if they werent the hired candidate.

My experience with Modis started out well but they became totally unresponsive after I was submitted for a position. I reached out to my recruiter via email on numerous occasions requesting a status of my application but unfortunately never received a response from anyone. Even if I was not the ideal candidate, I found it very unprofessional for Modis to not respond to any of my emails. I would not recommend working with them in the future.

This place sucks. This is to my i.t. friends: Dont work for this place. They are some serious a-holes in the i.t. industry and they deserve to be outed. This place is full of crap. They do a great disservice to people who work hard for an opportunity in this industry. They dont know how to keep their word and they dont represent the worker. They represent the client and mislead the worker. Shame on you Modis!
