I work for them as a contractor to a Fortune 500 company. They contacted me within two weeks of my availability on the job market. I got my new job offer about a week after talking to them and began working three weeks later. They are pretty nice and super responsive. Shout out to you Michael Hendrix! I think the benefits are decent for a contracting agency. The pay for my position can be better; I consistently get offers with significantly more money for other positions. But ISGF succeeded in placing my with a client whose work culture fits my style, and I get along very well with the manager on the client side. Plus I also get time an a half for over time pay which goes a long way. Sarah Holt was the one who first contacted me, but she had to move states so she doesn’t work there anymore. She was very supportive and encouraging during my application, did a practice interview with me before the client interview, texted me the morning of the interview, and also called me after to follow up. That was pretty rad. Actions such as this goes a long way in attractive and keeping talent, so I hope they keep it up.Also they do weekly paychecks which is super duper gratifying!

The company expects a lot but is also very generous. The current team works well together and knows how to work hard and play hard. As with any company in staffing, turnover is inevitable but it also weeds out those that really dont want to work.

Ive worked with them for the past few years and Ill tell you, these guys are absolutely phenomenal. Theyre personable, professional, reliable, and talented. Each one of the team has such a distinct positive personality, you will never get bored spending a minute to an hour finding out their story. ISGF is one of the most evolved and growing companies youll ever meet. Heck, I question if Im in the right career every time I see them. I love ISGF!

Let me start off by saying Im not a disgruntled employee who got fired and carries any sort of resentment. I left on my own accord. However, I can not in good conscious allow this company to carry this false reputation of being such a great organization. Dont let the bells and whistles fool you. I understand companys have their good and bad days but I know I speak for about 90% of the employees who are currently there when I mention the following.Work Hours.. They are 7:45am- 6:30pm but lets be serious, if you leave the office before 7:30 at night youll be sure to know about it by the CEO. Hell either make a passive aggressive comment about it or flat out just call you out on it, depending on his mood. To work those hours 5 days a week every week is so erroneous its not even funny. His take on it is no successful recruiter can make money (also make him money) without working those hours. Give me a break, Ive witnessed many top billers be successful working 8-5 with the occasional overtime. To expect your employees to be fully locked in and not brain fried by 7pm everyday is just flat out asinine.Sick days.. At ISGF those are frowned upon. To call in sick the day of is a mortal sin in that office. The CEO has literally made the comment in team meetings Oh just because you have a little sniffle you cant work? downplaying the fact that people really are very ill and cant come to work. I was one of those people who was scared to call in sick so I came to work on my deathbed and not only did I get my co workers sick, the CEO made me feel like I was a leper every time Id walk by him coughing. So its frowned upon to call in sick but when you come in sick the CEO will also make you feel dumb for being there.Work/Life balance.. You wont find that here. An HR Representative who was once employed there had every member of the company come in her office one-on -one in a closed door meeting to discuss things that could improve their work experience in the office, across the board everyone asked for work/life balance. The result? An all hands meeting where the CEO went on a tangent about successful people dont need work/life balance so you shouldnt either. Lovely.Lastly, Ill leave with this, recently an employee was coming into work and her key card did not work, the VP opened the door and led her to the conference room, to her surprise she was being let go, She was so confused and rightfully so, she was never given any sort of warning or anything documented of her having any issues prior to this moment, lost and confused to what was going on she asked to speak with the CEO who made the decision to let her go (the VP who does all of the CEOs grunt work and really to be honest is all hes there for because he provides no other value to the company) simply told her the CEO will be happy to write her a LOA but doesnt have time to speak with her on the matter. After over a year of service where this individual brought in a significant amount of business for this company was let go at the drop of a dime with no warning or really any logical explanation, she later texted the CEO to get some answers but of course he couldnt be bothered to respond to someone who worked her tail off for him. Dont let the CEO title be misleading either, this is a small boutique staffing firm with about 20 people where the CEO sits directly in the bullpen with everyone else so hes always accessible, he simply decided to not respond. That should tell you the character he possesses. At this point the company has gone through so many changes in a short time, theyre clearly struggling to find their identity, roles are being changed, divisions constantly being re arranged and I assure you its only the beginning. I just want to raise awareness in this public forum to not be fooled by the pretty aesthetics of the office and the cool website. The CEO will reply to this with a very PC response but if you ask any current employee off record how accurate my review is Ill bet the house they’ll say I’ve told no lies.

ISGF is hands-down the most supportive, hard-working, results-driven employer that I have ever had the pleasure of working for. At ISGF we pride ourselves on our WeCulture core values, and we hold each other accountable to high standards of ethics and integrity. The training and development process at ISGF fosters immense learning and growth. No tools needed to be successful are withheld from employees and the training and development manager, Justin Klum, works tirelessly to provide employees with everything they need. The VP, Kieran LePetit, is extremely dedicated to seeing each team become as strong, cohesive, and successful as possible. He pays close attention to detail, and works to help sharpen the skills of employees. The CEO, Tom Bryan, is unlike most CEOs. He sits in the Bullpen with the team. He rolls up his sleeves and gets in the trenches. No task is beneath him and he will do anything that is needed to see his employees through to success. If you are content with mediocrity, this is not the company for you. The management at ISGF will push you to become better, stronger, and more resilient. The management at ISGF do not settle for average, and they do it in a way which fosters inspiration and unlimited growth. This company cares deeply about their clients and candidates, and developing long-lasting relationships. The recruiters work tirelessly to meet the needs of their clients and candidates, as well as support and uplift their colleagues.I highly recommend ISGF for staffing services and employment! Best place to work!

We are a technology consulting firm. We had Brett Williams call one of our staff member at our place of business, using our company phones and voicemail system to try and poach our employees! Brett found our employee on LinkedIn and then instead of contacting him personally, he used my company resources and called my employee during business hours to try and steal him or someone that worked under him. Any recruiting company that would do that shows a complete lack of ethics and good taste. If this is how they recruit, what other ethics are they willing to compromise on? Shows a complete lack or trust and honor. I would definitely be very cautious if you are thinking about working with them. Luckily my employee forwarded the voicemail to me so I could call Brett Williams and give him a piece of my mind!
