I have gone through this staffing agency a couple times. If you’re actively looking for work, they are more than willing to help you find something. They were extremely helpful with reviewing my resume and making sure my best skills for the job shined through. Prior to my interviews, I was prepared by one of the staffing associates to make sure I was ready, and help me with any additional information they could offer. I felt confident in my two interviews. I was hired both times on a contract basis. They were responsive when I wished to change positions. I’m very happy with my current position.

I am not one to usually rate one star but this company is the worst staffing company every. Always advertising for jobs and emailing potential employees but never place them at the correct job. I have applied to this company severalTimes, I have over 8 years experience Human Resources and I once was never placed at a job assignment matching my skills, instead they wanted to place me at an elections pole job. As a recruiter it is your job to place the candidate at a job that fits their skills . Yes a staffing agency is not promised to give everyone a job, but when your advertising for work and emailing people you know you’re not gonna hire.... therefore I feel as a citizen I have to speak up. False advertising is what AppleOne is doing!!!!!

AppleOne is absolutely amazing! They were very attentive and were able to place me with an employer within no time of me initially applying with their company. Their staff was very friendly and professional. I could definitely tell that they love what they do. I worked with Carrie and Destinee and they were amazing! I would definitely recommend using their services to gain employment.

They are wonderful they treat you like a human being not a number. Gina is the greatest she worked with me find the work I desperately needed. In a couple of days I was work, with just moving Florida she was great help to me iny job search. Everyone there at the office was wonderful. Sending reminder to turn in hours its the best experience I have ever had from temporary agency.

Gina placed me in a temporary to permanent assignment that was a perfect fit for me. After 6 months, I was hired full time and I have been in my current position for over a year. If youre in between jobs, a temporary agency is a good option to get by or to help you try out different positions to see if theyre a right fit before committing.

Extremely disappointed with this staffing company. Do not recommend. Recruiters are more interested in making their quotas than in providing personal service and helping job seekers. Earlier this year my recruiter Veronica finally started sending me to interviews after months of waiting. 4 interviews in 2 days, very little time to prepare for interviews/I was driving around all over Orlando with very little notice. Employers they sent me to were terrible environments. 2 job assignments, both were truly terrible experiences. Take note, that if you decide to email/contact your recruiter that the job assignment did not work for you the recruiter will then start ignoring your emails and will not be interested in further helping you find employment.I reached out to branch manager Peggy Umbarger asking if she could assign me a different recruiter as I was in need of a job. Her attitude was terrible-questioning me and why I gave the recruiter such short notice when I left the job assignment (I gave a one day notice) said she would get back to me.. Never did..I then reached out to the regional manager Nicole McMurray on 3/26/20 via email. She responded a few days later via email and said she would be reaching out to me soon. That day never came..Only person I can say cares in the Millenia office is Gina Rosa. Very frustrating experience. It is about the numbers for the recruiters, they do not take the time to match you to a reliable assignment. Truly a nightmare experience.

This place is a piss poor excuse for a temp agency. Applied for a position within a cpl of days they called me back and discussed another position they had available. I agreed to go to the interview which I don’t get the point of this place, why do you need to be the middle man? Anyways, went to interview the people I interviewed with were completely brain dead and had absolutely no idea how to give an interview. I emailed my recruiter back and told them I had no interest in the job.After a few weeks I started getting emails about various positions they had open. One caught my eye in which I applied for.In the beginning my recruiter was pretty good about keeping in touch, once she found out she wasn’t getting paid off me because the job I wanted was not responding, she suddenly disappeared. I was not desperate for a job as I was currently working, just looking for a change so I didn’t mind if I had to wait a month. Everyday I see that same job I wanted still posted and never heard a word. If the company didn’t want me that’s fine but at least say that don’t just blow somebody off because you’re not making commission.I do not rexcommend this place at all, they do absolutely nothing for you and just give you a run around in the end.

I do not recommend this company, I was with them for a month and the person that I got was not doing her job, the first week when I was the company she told me that there was no jobs available for what I was looking for, I searched myself and there where so many available and then she started giving me jobs that I specifically told her I was not interested in. Definitely not what I had in mind about this company.

One of the best sources to look for an employment, very professional, quick responses. Destinee was an amazing help also peggy . Highly RECOMMENDED to use appleone if you are having a hard time looking for a job you want in particular.

I work with Gina, I had a great experience, I work as a temp for 3 months and when contract was over Gina quickly found another position that was permanent and i was hired and I’m still working with the job they found for me almost 4 years ago. Thanks Apple One/Gina

They do not care about your situation as an applicant. They are only in it to cover their backs. You could get a better offer from another job location and they will try to sell their to you like its the best thing in the world only to screw you so your unemployed at the end of their silly temporary job. Give false hopes. TWICE I have been serviced by them and have suffered unemployment- HUNGER and could be losing my house for believing like a fool in them. They have no CONSCIENCE!!! BEWARE!!!

Gross negligence. No internal communication, communication with employers, or communication with prospective employees. I had an interview for an immediate opening, to a position a recruiter strongly believed I I could fill, yet they wouldnt tell me who the employer was. I needed to complete basic Microsoft Office assessments on Prove It. I did so, but my recruiter went out of town for a week, and didnt relay anything to anyone else when I sent an email to her, mentioning my completion of the assessments. Funny enough, I had to complete an Outlook exam that included the automatic reply feature when my recruiters Outlook automatic reply message was incorrect. It said she would be back Monday, November 10th [2017]. That date doesnt exist. She wasnt back on Monday the 6th or Friday the 10th. When I called the same office the week my recruiter was out, one person said they would call my recruiter and email me back, they didnt. I called the next day and a second person said they would text my recruiter and call me back that day, they didnt. I called back two days later, the second person refers me to a third person who eventually checks with a fourth person that would know of the jobs status, someone who no one previously suggested I contact, and finds out the position is closed. The third person said shes sorry I feel that way, instead of actually apologizing for their negligence, when I questioned their operations and said I was probably going to work with Robert Half Staffing instead. Furthermore, when needed, no one could find my CV that was given to this office electronically and in hard copy.

Was referred to a specific lady at AppleOne by a co-worker of mine right before one of my client contacts was up. I am seeking a full-time job so reached out to this lady in December. It wasnt until I followed-up twice after not hearing from this lady either of the times I tried contacting her that she finally replied stating that she was sorry for the delayed response, she was busy catching up on holiday work, and she would get back to me in a couple days. Its been another week and nothing.

1.One star is too generous for this agency. 2. A HUGE RED FLAG WHEN THE RECRUITERS REFUSE TO SPEAK TO APPLICANTS ON THE PHONE.I called because I didnt see any listings on their website for what I was looking for and was asked if I was registered with them. I explained that I was not but that I was just on their website and didnt see anything so I wanted to speak to someone before registering so as not to waste my time and theirs. I was placed on hold for a recruiter and was told that she said to just go to the website. I asked if this person was refusing to speak to me because we already went over what was on their website and the receptionist just laughed and gave me some excuse. Not professional at all. People are calling you for work the least you could do is speak to them, not blow them off.

I used this applone location for my employment and I went permanent. Im also leaving and plan to use them when I move out of state. I cant speak for other branches, but this one was great.
