They never answer their phones, regardless of which office you call, so forget trying to reach them, and they dont return calls, either. The recruiter I was on the verge of getting a job through one recruiter when he suddenly stopped returning my calls and emails; just silence. The worst professionalism ever - even worse than Robert Half, and thats saying a lot.

I did not get paid my week of work before they let me go because they said I lacked computer skills sufficient to do the job and they did this when I was doing training yet other employees who were going to training at similar problems with the computer as myself and they were never summarily fired because of it. These people discriminate on the basis of age.

I was contacted by a recruiter (Samantha Granaroli) for a position and, within the span of two hours, had a phone conversation regarding a position she thought Id be a good fit for and got the ball rolling towards getting an interview with the client.Samantha is AMAZING to interact with - superior at communicating and made sure I was in the loop on every step of the way. She valued my time and was the consummate professional in every aspect of my dealings with her.Her manager, Kat Schiller, was also super pleasant and professional and, together, they were able to get my interviews set up, get my necessary info (which was the least painful process ever - Insight Global made that part very quick and easy) and have me on the road towards a potentially rewarding gig.Id recommend them in a heartbeat because, quite simply, they are super effective and are stellar at keeping candidates in the loop and updated routinely throughout the process. I take immense pride in communication and transparency when working with a firm or an agency and they ticked ALL of my boxes. Highly recommended.

I was lucky enough to have an amazing recruiter, as it was my first time being a subcontractor at Kennedy Space Center. From the time he reached out to me, to the on boarding process to my final transition to the main contracting company, he has left me with positive outlook with Insight Global. His communication was excellent and was able to work with me if any issues or concerns arose. I definitely recommend my recruiter along with Insight Global. Since my contract was paid hourly on a salary base, if you do not work, you are not paid. Holiday pay was not included so if you wanted to be paid for a holiday, you would have to use PTO, which was very slow to accrue. Depending on your household situation, this particular contract, could be good or bad, in my case it worked out well and I did not mind working through holidays since Kennedy Space Center is a fun place to work.

My experience with insight global was truly great. Amanda Johnson was the person who made this opportunity very enjoyable and extremely smooth for me. I was giving up hope on the job market as all the “head hunters” constantly calling with low paying dead end offers which didn’t even match my background or included relocating with no assistance.Basically, their approach was like throwing darts at a wall.Until Brooke Dahn of Insight Global invited me to meet with her, to have a face to face meeting at their Orlando office to clearly outline my needs and goals in that way she can search their database to make the correct link.After a week she reached back out to me, to elaborate an opening that aligned with all my needs, simply saying a perfect career opportunity. Within 24 hours I was speaking with the Hiring Manager.I fortunately secured the job and was filling out the mandatory paper work. The whole process was so smooth and instantaneously, it was surreal.Three weeks after the interview I was sitting at a new desk at a highly innovated defense company, learning new technology and working with a great team, all thanks to Insight Global.

I have never required reassurance at job interviews, but i have to say, it was nice to have the support. The contract with Insight Global is simple to understand, the payroll is systematic and works without a hitch as long as you are responsible for your timely submissions of your timesheets. ** Warning**I’ve been working with Insight Global for around three years which Ive completed work on three projects for. I think that’s why I’m making this post and also because I received a call from the Orlando, IG office about something other than a job offer.Their participation in my career all ended when a recruiter from the Orlando office went out of his way to tell me that signing on with another staffing agency that had submitted me first for the same project in Celebration, FL was unprofessional and that I could no longer work on any project with Insight because of this.This done after I was contacted by several IG recruiters who were trying to get me to sign onto a part time project in Orlando and also the same role that I worked on in Celebration. Needless to say, this is not the type of phone call a job seeker needs who is need of a job.I wasn’t give the chance to explain myself after that call so I’m guessing it was because I didn’t take the time to contact IG after I went with the other staffing agency.This was my first time dealing with a double submital situation so initially up I ended up calling both staffing agencies several times to tell the other agency what the other one said. My main question to IG was how the competing agency could offer me a higher wage which I was told by the recruiter from the Orlando office that that they couldnt.Unfortunately IG could not offer me a higher pay rate despite the fact that I would have to travel 5-40 mi to my work sites on top of my 60 mi commute to the office.From what I can tell, when IG they realized that they had made the mistake of double submitting me, they tried to say that they had exclusive rights to the project and that the other staffing agency could not offer me the higher rate. This was probably so that they could get some other candidate to take my place.I ended up not going with Insight on this project because the competing staffing agency said that they were lying about the cap on the pay rate and the exclusive rights to the project. The competing agency gave me as much insight as they could about the billing rate and about how much IG was trying to profit off of me. They also didnt care that I went with IG but just wanted me to be aware of how much they were trying to profit from me.All the information and on boarding paperwork from the competing agency checked out and I ended up signing up with a higher pay rate.I also found out after on boarding that several other staffing agencies were on this project with employees who had the same title as me.I would have went with IG had they attempted to be somewhat competitive because of the rapport that I built from the other IG offices.I couldn’t afford to take on the burden of the tolls with the IG rate which were around a $100 a week and the high fuel prices at the time. I believe Insight was just looking out for themselves and could have been more competitive. I also received way to many phone calls after I told them that I was not on boarding with them so I eventually stopped returning calls.I regret that I won’t be able to participate in the myriad of projects that they get. Their sale pitches were always interesting to listen.I also regret giving the Orlando IG office a chance by giving up a role with Lockheed Martin to sign on with a short term Orlando ITS project that had little to do with my current field of expertise.SMHI did enjoy working on the first two roles with Insight through their Cincinnati,Oh and San Jose, CA offices. The first traveling PC Tech role I got through the Cincinnati office was the funnest.Thank you for those opportunities.If youre an established professional or have other options then you should put the Orlando, IG office on the list of staffing agencies not to deal with.Alternatively you could use your college career counselor, because you paid good money for it, or The Florida Department of Economic Opportunity as resources for getting direct hire interviews, mock interviews, and resume reviews.

This company is one of the worst staffing agencies and I would advise everyone to stay away from companies like Insight Global. I was contacted by a recruiter who did a poor job of finding the right position rather they are interested in placing you in a low paying job rather than take the time to match what the candidate is worth in the labor market. The recruiters are never people of color and it appears that they lack diversity in there company.

Quite possibly one of the worst staffing companies out there. When they call you, they ask for all of your managers information just so they can use them as leads to get new business. (all the while in the background it sounds like they are running a circus with all the yelling and screaming) They call you and tell you they have great positions available, but the chances that youll actually hear from them again are slim to none. The recruiters dont even know ANYTHING about the IT field (yes the girl who called me actual said this). They then steal money from their contractors by offering them positions at the lowest pay rate possible ( I am sure this is probably how they make their profit) Youre better off going through the company itself and getting paid more. This office is a bunch of 21-22 year old, probably recent college graduates, who are running amuck. After the bait phone call, they make you come down to the office for a preliminary interview which is a waste of your time. Theyll tell you it is mandatory, though. Youll sit down for five minutes while they try to get more contacts out of you and pretend to be interested in you as a candidate. They even post signs on the computer that say please leave us a good review. Im sure they want the bad ones to get lost in the mix. I overheard someone from that office say that they didnt want someone because they were too Christian? If I can overhear that, then imagine the other things they have to say about their potential candidates. The girl I met with was extremely nice, however she seemed like she was uncomfortable with the process. Word to the wise, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. if it looks like a scam, smells like a scam.. most definitely is a SCAM

Horrid, use at your own risk. Chase was my main contact. He contacted me about a pisitpos and while I was working with him to set up an interview I was called by this same company for the same position five times. I had my interview with them and they scheduled a phone interview with me for the company and the raido silence. I contacted via phone and email several times with a promise that I would receive feedback and NOTHING just empty lies. This has to be one of the most unprofessional staffing companies I have ever worked with. If I bombed the phone interview I would have like to have some feedback so u can improve on what I did wrong but I could not get ANY feedback what so ever. After waiting a week after being promised a return phone call I emailed and was told that he was out with the flu and then out of town for a business trip. There was no out of office reply on the email or no notification from him that he was leaving town. Its a feature of all email systems, learn to use it!

Great staff and quick to respond. My main recruiter was Brenna Hambsch and she kept constant contact with me the entire time while finding me contracts. As soon as one job was done she was ready with another so I experienced very little downtime even for a contractor. Perhaps some of the other reviews on here are a little biased because they did not receive a call back/etc. I would suggest giving Insight Global another try as they may have been waiting to hear back from you as well. I will continue to use IG for any future contracts I may want to pursue in the future.

I had worked for insight global as a part of a contract worker for a healthcare company. It was fun and amazing in the beginning and then suddenly I was let go from the position shortly after completing the training necessary and not given a real reason as to why. Afterwards, they went to work finding me another job and after coming in for an interview with them in person they said Id get work really quickly. What a lie and a waste of my time. Not only did they not find me another position but they never got back to me or contacted me again. Not a good staffing agency, all talk no walk.

From the time I started the interview process and hired for the position I was offered; I am very pleased with their professionalism, their up beat attitude and willingness to assist whenever needed. I cant say enough, thank you for the job opportunity.

One of the worst places. First off, you have to drive all the way to their office to meet with them and to fill out an application to even be considered for any role. You get submitted and/or interview for a role then they disappear for months with no feedback or new roles. Just got a call from them again. I will not call back. You dont just contact candidates when you have to fulfill your needs or to get your commission. We are the ones out of work. Keeping in regular contact shows you actually care which most recruiters in my opinion dont.

One of the recruiters found my resume through monster and contacted me to let me know that based on my resume I can apply for a contract offer through them. She also says that I need provide at least 2 professional references and their contact information through email so i can apply. I agree and then she sets an interview at the agency the following day.I arrive and was given a little more detail about the job and was told to wait in the office so she can get the application.5 minutes later and she tells me that there was no computer available to fill out the application. It baffles me that there was none available when this was a SCHEDULED interview. She then says she will just email it to me and I should be able to fill it out as soon as I get home.I get home and check my emails and saw nothing, I emailed her about it and got no response so far. I realized now that she just mainly wanted my professional references contact information and wasnt concerned about me needing a job.If anyone plans on getting hired through Insight Global, or any staffing agency, please be careful about giving your references contact information until it is actually required by the job itself.

Another trashy staffing company eroding the economy in Orlando. They find your resume online and then call you to speak with you but in reality they are just trying to get new clients by asking for MANDATORY references before you even do your first interview with them, and then repeat it same BS again in email form. I had a recruiter called hector who had me go in the next day for an interview, but after the secretary confirmed and had me sit in a conference room nobody showed up. 45 minutes wasted.This company is nothing more than a bait and switch to get more clients and try to sell their services. DO NOT USE THEM, here, glassdoor, and other reviews sites they are littered with good reviews from people who havent even been placed! some without an initial interview! make sure to read the cons because some of them rate them 5 starts (to what could only be company policy, because cons get edited later with the truth) and then the cons part has paragraphs of bad stuff!BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
