This company is terrible. I was supposed to have an interview with a company on a Wednesday. Had to go to the staffing agency first. I get there, and to find out that the company had cancelled the interview. Drove an hour to the agency. Wasted gas and toll charges. The agency said they called me. No they didnt. If they did I wouldve had a missed call on my cell phone. Next day, I go to the company for the actual interview and there was no main entrance to get in the building. Called the hiring manager, but get the voicemail. Was there for 45 minutes, and left. Recruiter calls, and tells me that the hiring manager was out that day. Really?! You could not call early before I went to the interview and tell me that?! I tried to call the agency to let them know that the hiring manager was not answering, but got the recruiters voicemail. I will never use this agency again. All potential applicants stay away. Not worth your time.

CDS does not care about their employees all what matters to this company is compensation for their workers labor. They will assign employees the worst jobs even if they are aware of a high turnover rate with companies they do business with. The work conditions do not matter to CDS and with that, they do not care about what their employees go through with certain company clients. My experience with CDS has been a very unfortunate one and I will never seek employment through them again.
