The Agency is Great . They are very flexible. Personally Mercy Rivas is exceptionally amazing at her job. She’s very responsive and has even texted me to make sure my day at the job was going well! Best person to deal with in terms of employment .

I recently relocated from Georgia and went to apply for a job at this agency.Since the moment i walked in I felt very welcomed.The lady in the front greeted me with a smile.Everybody there is so bubbly.Madelin and Tessa were amazing!My recruiter was Madelin and she took her time to explain the procedures to me. DO NOT GO TO THIS TEMP AGENCY. GO TO ANY OTHER OTHER TEMP AGENY THAN THIS ONE!!!! I was supposed to be getting paid 12.50 and when pay day came they paid me.only 8.25 an hour!!! Then they came up with any excuse not to pay what Im owed. They are LIARS. They will lie to your face just to get a body into a workplace then under pay you! Theres a reason there office is not on Sand Lake in a nice plaza like the rest of the Temp agency. Instead there office is on a side street off OBT where crackheads and prostitutes hangout behind a crackhead hotel!They have terrible assignments they sent me on (thats all they have is terrible ones because the other Temp Agencies have the good contracts with better companies) The hellhole they sent me to was a company called LASCO. This company supplies Pipe Fittings and most of there workers are on the PIPE. The supervisor there HEATHER IS TERRIBLE. SO IF YOU ARE DUMB ENOUGH TO GO TO ALLIANCE AFTER MY REVIEW DONT GET SENT HERE. Me and another temp worker worked very hard and she wrote an email about us telling nothing but lies. Thats funny because on the 2nd day in the morning meeting she brought up in front of the whole team how great of a job we did. She made up lies about us so she wouldnt have to pay the full wage. And of course ALLIANCE sided with them and wouldnt even listen to my side. Many of there lazy workers acted as bosses pulling us away from are instructed assignment to do their work while they did nothing. ALLIANCE also told me it was a temp to hire job but really it was APOLLOs end of quarter so they just need bodies for only 2 days. Thats another lie! I wouldnt spend this much time on flaming this place unless I was in the right. SOOOO IF YOUR ARE DUMB ENOUGH TO STILL GO TO THIS PLACE AFTER THIS REVIEW THEN YOU DESERVE.TO WORK FOR THIS.TERRIBLE AGENCY.Last thing...They are so cheap that they wont even pay the fee to have your check cashed atthe bank they use like a good company would. SO the bank is gonna charge you $7.50 to cash your check. I went to a check cashing place to try and cash it also and they wouldnt even take it cause its not in their system.Well ALLIANCE I HOPE THAT $60 dollars That I earned that you refuse to pay me is.worth it!

Rude people in that office on the phone to people.

I have three years whearhouse experiance and forklift license and thay has not helped.but all the spanish applicants with no experiance get jobs. So if ur not spanish u will not get work

This place is unorganized people have been waiting since 9:30 this morning for an interview my boyfriend had an appointment for 10 we got there At 9:45 he has been sitting in their until 10:55 and decided to leave some guy walks in for an 11 oclock interview and gets called how are you going to take an 11 oclock interview when you had two ladies who had interviews at 9:30 plus my boyfriend interview at 10 does not make any sense if I could rate no stars thats what I would give yall waste of time

Horrible, the staff are very unprofessional I went in for a job and in the middle of me asking for work, the guy I think name is Benson told me to wait a minute while he laughed and talked to his friend for the next 20 mins he then got my name and told he he would give me a call its a week later no call.
