I live in a new building (2 & 1/2 years old). One of our elevators has been down for months. Parts, parts, parts????
Have been calling our account rep 2 weeks now and not one call back from him. Got the number to another person and still no call back.
Cannot reach anhone for service
Two weeks still no elevator. The sales guy, Kerry Bobo, responds when a quote is needed for repairs, after you sign, good luck having further communication with him. The Orlando field office is the worst. You can NEVER reach a person, and in the event you do a land a voice mail, they dont return calls. Unprofessional, terrible customer service and poor products. It doesnt take two weeks to fix an elevator. Its Schindlers ridiculous overtime rules that keep customers waiting and they could care less. For an amount that was approved to fix this elevator, no one has been to the site since Wednesday. Its time for an Orlando leadership change.

They are the worst. Our elevator has been down for 7 days after their service man arrived at The Vineyards to a service call. The service man spent more time on his phone complaining about being overworked. I provide field service for 45 years repairing electrical and electronic equipment and never did a customer go 7 days with broken equipment. I would call anyone except Shindler for equipment or service.
