Nice place to deliver if you dont mind to drop your trailer!!

Absolutely the worst floors we’ve ever had. We purchased a spec home with ICI which has Shaw flooring products they are bubbling and cracking, not to mention 12 planks have manufactured defects. Shaw has been a nightmare to work with and their solutions are placing a bandaid on what is definitely a bigger issue.

Very disappointed in our vinyl planks, purchased just 2 years ago and are already buckling. Contacted ProSource where we purchased a lot of COREtec flooring, and were very dissatisfied with their response and attitude. Tried reaching COREtec/Shaw directly, with no response. Supposed to be life time warranty product, but company evidently doesnt stand behind their product or warranty, or care about their customers after purchase.

The team in the receiving department are very pleasant to deal with, especially Brenda. My driver was given an incorrect appointment time and she arranged to have him unloaded in time to pick up his next load. Always nice to deal with problem solvers who are pleasant to boot.

Employees were very helpful yard was a little tite for backing but good place to test your backing.
