Absolutely slower than molasses. I got held up at the shipper, I called the office here twice to either a) ask if they had parking or b) reschedule the appointment. I left a message with the po# and my phone number and no one called back. I show up late (duh) and the forklift guy tells me Im late.0900 rolls around and I go back to the office just to see if my sins have been paid. Office guy says Im next. 30 minutes later.... nothing. I go back at 0930, Im told to pull into a door. Then stopped outside to pull into another door only to have someone else pull into my original door. They unloaded him.Its 1320 (1:30 PM) and Im still here waiting on paperwork and writing this review. Guy just said to me I bet you wont miss your appointment again, huh?.So if youre late, dont bother thinking youre gonna get out of here early. You obviously cant call them because they dont answer the phone nor call you back. However, the good news? There is plenty of parking.

Quick in and out. 8 am appointment was done within a hour.

Good unloaded early.they thought I might have on a load of ironing boards the were looking for.i cant thank them too many time since my wife was in hospital.

Not sure how the unloading process goes, it took 45 minutes to load, backed up to the dock @ 9:41 pm still at the 3:00 am. Not unloaded, maybe this outfit should think about drop and hook. Hopefully Ill get detention pay.

The key is getting there for your appointment on time.Otherwise,there is no problem.They allow parking on the street.

Changed my delivery appt. at last minute to 4 hrs later,,, show up at 5 tell me they cant unload me early cause of an apt. at 6,, now 630 6 hasnt showed and they still wont unload me,,, never comin here again
