This company took advantage of my 80 year old parents. Home Depot is also responsible! They failed to inform my parents this was going to be a third party billing. Then when the came out to install this gas water heater, they didn’t do a proper job. This tank was leaking gas for 3 days! My parents called them to ask them to return to fix this problem, it was a Friday they told her they couldn’t come out until Saturday. Saturday they came out and claimed it was fixed, but it was not! My parents called them again on Sunday to let them know the gas was still leaking, they replied it was Sunday!! They’d come back out on Monday morning. Monday at 9:30am my mom called them to remind them there was still a problem. What the heck is wrong with people these days?!! They are seniors and rely and trust these individuals to do a proper job. It’s so disappointing to know there was this consistent GAS leak and there was no immediate attention! Now I’m not comfortable that it was installed properly. They need to be held accountable!
Hi,Im not happy that on this pink sheet Notice of Cancellation there was no fax number or phone number to call to cancel this Rainsoft $1300 kitchen filter .. through Home Depot.Its an aggressive sales technique.
Would not recommend working for this company.
