Once again I am convinced that you should not come here for a service, because the service here is very disgusting. I left my car for an oil change in the gearbox at 11.00 am, and picked it up at 6.45 in the evening, while the service was not done. There was not a single call from a service representative during the day about my car. In the evening I came to pick up the car, but it turns out that there was no service. I would have thought before going here for the service. And I warn the rest of the car owners. Terrible service and maintenance.
By far not friendly! I am told to be at an appointment at a given time due to the issue I am having with my mobile work unit. I show up an hour before said time and sit in line for an hour to then find out the said person who was suppose to look at my vehicle had left. Service person called him he said oh they have lights on top that’s what’s leaking replace them. Well here I am two weeks later and same exact rude service. When asked about service charges that I paid previously and the issue I was basically told to get over it as service technician walked away! So here I sit awaiting the next call for this SAME issue so TO BE CONTINUED.................
My husband and I went to this dealership and were very happy with the sales associate and customer service initially. We were considering purchasing a car and were told we can put down a REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, so we did($500). When we decided to purchase elsewhere we were told unless we come into the dealership they wont refund us our $500. We expressed when we were there we travel and would not be in town long. We are now back in Ohio and they will not refund our money to us unless we come into the dealership. I gave them 2 stars because the initial service was good but the overall experience was very negative, considering they will not give us our$500 back. We even suggested mailing us a check and they REFUSE.
Sales people are rude they lack interpersonal skills and people skills. Theyre overpriced with their vehicles. They will never get my money for a vehicle and they will never get commission from me. Very horrible experience there.
Interesting pricing concept. Called and spoke with Pedro a salesman who initially was very quick to respond with photos and information. I asked what the best he could do on price was, before tax and title and he got back to me and said good news my manager Kyle took a $1,000 off. I said well that is good news and then he sent me a copy of the deal sheet and indeed a $1,000 was taken AND $2,000 added back in dealer fees. I had been cautioned about the Florida $995 dealer add-on so I was somewhat expecting that. When I inquired about the rest, there was not really a good answer. Salesman offered to take another $500 off and at that point I was fine and said he had a deal. He would call me back for a deposit and new papers shortly. 4 Hours later no call. I called and left a message for him and for Kyle, both of which were supposed to be there. My main question was did I buy a car or not at this point. To try and make an increasingly long story short, Kyle would never return the call and 2 hours later Pedro finally calls back and seemingly forgets about the offer he made to me and said the other numbers were the best they could do. I tried one or two follow-up calls in the next few days trying to speak to someone with authority and no one would take a call. I have had worse car buying experiences but for a large established franchise I was very disappointed in customer service and follow through.
I received a reminder email from the dealership I purchased my vehicle from, Greenway is actually closer so I decided to call to see when I can get my Jeep serviced.They were able to fit me right in and when I arrived they were well prepared for the current environment and made me feel safe. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, however I did not have to spend much time there because my vehicle was ready faster than expected.Casey the service Manager was awesome as well as the entire staff.I will now have all my vehicles serviced at Greenway Dodge!
The quality of service, calling to get information, canceling an extended warranty to getting my registration in the mail for my vehicle that I bought from here is very poor. There is so many people in the lobby when you walk in to buy a vehicle but nobody on the phones to take a call or have any knowledge about anything. The business just care about taking your money and getting you out the door in a car. Leaving a voicemail to get a call back is a waste of time and I have to keep calling more than a 1000 times and still nobody to help me. Do better and you will have better reviews.

I had an issue with my headlights and my daytime tuning lights. Casey was always very helpful, informative, professional, and thorough in making sure my issues and concerns were addressed and resolved. He remembered me, and always greeted me making me feel valued and important.
Best overall experience by far. I was so scared when my check engine light came on, and I thought I was something serious. Ended up just being a lose gas cap. My mistake. Casey went out of his way to make me feel better about it, and even got me a car wash. Thanks again Casey, my Fiat is back on the road.
Jack and Brian in the service department were very wonderful and helpful throughout my whole experience. I will definitely be going back to have my car serviced
An oil change took 2 hours even with an appointment made last week
DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE!!!!I went to look at a used grand jeep Cherokee. They showed me several, and i liked them so much, that i purchased TWO “CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED” jeeps. Both jeeps came with clean carfax reports. After having one of them for two months, lil things i was noticing lead me to believe that it was in a accident. One day I’m walking by and noticed the paint was peeling off (pic attached). I went to speak with Management and got nothing but attitude and no resolution. Word for word.... nothing we can do, you purchased a used car. I was sent to their body shop, and even their estimator mentioned the vehicle was definitely painted over at some point. Keep in mind.. this is one of their CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED Vehicles (at this point doesn’t mean anything). I left there with no resolution and not even an apology. I’ll never purchase there again and if you reading this, i suggest you don’t either.After posting the review, a so called sales director called me and long story short, nothing they are willing to do in order to make this right with the consumer.
Just picked up my Fiat from Casey. It’s always great to go in and see the Greenway Team. My car I crack on the road. He even got my Fiat washed for me. Thank you Casey.
Finance did not follow through with what was discussed with my salesman, I was supposed to have 90 days with no payments And did not receive that. Very poor follow through
Most terrible service evereverybody know this kind off services just a scam. right after your car turn over 75k miles they trying to brake something or fix something what still working.i have chrysler 200, not the best car... well... got starting problem and battery problem. did bring car to service and after 4! hours they told me my generator and pcm block need to be replaced... and it will cost me 1400$. wow. generator cost is 235$, pcm block no need to be replaced but need to be re-programmable. so labor cost almost - 1115$but how my car can run with dead battery and broken generator? it can not. so i went to autoparts and ask them to test it. Boom! generator is ok, my starter got problem.do you think huge service has bad equipment to make tests on cars? or autoparts got better equipment? noooooothey just trying to fix good parts and then, in few days when i will have same problem fix another part for another 1400$im pretty sure nothing will happened after this review.but if you want to save your time and money do not go to this place. dont do any business with this people.this is not the only one issue what i had with them
My steering wheel came out crooked. Ill review again once fixed.Sort of fixed. I had to pay for it.
Service was quick and they provided a space for me to work while they worked on the car.
They wear chin straps here not masks when helping customers.

Greenway has been very responsive for my repairs. They are a little pricey because its a dealership, but my sales rep worked really hard to get the price down and Im so thankful for that!
