Amazing family friendly resort

Looks lovely.

Loved it! The suite was beautiful and the parking was convenient. We could cook in our suite with a lovely kitchenette, do laundry and they had a dishwasher. They had a large pool, a restaurant downstairs and bar! There were activites to keep the kids busy and paddle boating. This is the best place I have ever stayed at. Conveniently located in a very nice part of Orlando where the sky flyer was in view! The spot is amazing at night..and they even had fireworks in the sky the one of the nights I stayed. There are so many people there but its not crowded or obnoxious. There is plenty of room. You dont hear any other people while your in your suite, its so peaceful! I cant say enough about this place. I would stay again and again!

Was very disappointed with a lot of the process here. We called a promotion for Disney tickets to find it was for a time share. The deal was good and we were interest in the time share. We just found out yesterday about the government shutdown so of course, when you work for the government, this affects your funds. You have to hang on to as much as you can because you never know the end result. So we were unable to make any purxhases today. Our representative Ricardo was absolutely amazing. He should be in management. Then we had a very rude individual come to follow up after him, tried to tell us that there was no government shut down, and if funds were a problem, we wouldnt be here on vacation as we LIVE in Florida. Then we had a very sweet lady after her to close everything.Then we had to go into a room to get our tickets. The guy whom helped us was very nice. However, the young lady beside him was rude, obnoxious, and very horrible. I ask who was over the time share representatives, she completely ignored me. I then said maam, Im speaking to you, she continued to twirl her hair and said, I dont know what youre asking. She was horrible. If these are the type of individuals Westgate Resort are allowing to represent them then we nor anyone we know will use anything affiliated with this company. We can seek a time share and a resort else where.

This place was horrific. Very dirty lobby area and distaceful staff. They play up the pictures online that they control and will promise you many things that you will not recieve. Do not believe what they say, you will get ripped off and they will stare at you, say they are sorry but do absolutely nothing to rectify the problem or complaint. Many other options for a much lower price in the area that come with friendly staff and very clean rooms. I recommend the sonohotel/monereal that is also closer to the parks for a cheap option. They are also newly renovated. Again, DO NOT STAY HERE, unless you want lies and a terrible time with hidden costs on checkout. (Extra resort feet, etc) cheers. Canadian Traveller!
