Gloria is such a sweetheart! This is my go-to for all my alteration needs. Im always happy with their work.I was especially grateful when a dress I ordered came in a day before a friends wedding. They were able to accommodate & get it back to me the same day!

I forgot to share my review in the previous rating oops! I have a boat cover that the Velcro had come off and they were so kind and fixed it right there on the spot! I have always brought things from time to time but not my boat cover.. I love this place truly the BeST!!!

I had a pair of black slacks hemmed and one leg was shorter than the other. I took them back. Claimed they didn’t do the first hem... 🙄 I gave them a second chance and they still aren’t even!!! AND THEY CHARGED ME TWICE!!!! I should have checked them closely when I picked them up today. Really poor quality work. I wasted over $20 and now have a pair of $70 pants that I won’t wear. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I visited Alterations and More to have a bridesmaid dress altered. I did not catch the woman’s name, but I assume she is the owner. She was very sweet and I did not have to wait long at all for her to check the dress and mark where she needed to alter it. I was just a walk in, so I was pleasantly surprised with the quick service. She gave me the date to pick it up (less than a week which was perfect).When I came to pick up the dress, it was ready and waiting. She offered to let me try it on there to make sure I liked it, but I trusted her and went on my way. Sure enough, the dress was the perfect length and I certainly could not tell it had ever been altered. The price was very reasonable as well.If you need alterations, I recommend stopping in to Alterations and More.

Miss Gloria and her stuff are very pleasant and so helpful. I needed alterations for a suit urgently; I had just flown into Orlando and picked up my suit the night before the wedding (I was a groomsman). The following day (morning of the wedding) I took the suit to her and she did all the alterations for me in record time. Couldn’t be more happy.

My pants are not the length we agreed to. I should have spoken up when the length was marked with a pin instead of a fabric pencil, and then, only on one side. Surging is wonky on one pair too. Hem 3 pairs of pants for $40 and I expected them to be right. I had to wait about 25 minutes to be seen and was measured in haste. The lady is wonderful but my experience just didnt measure up. I will take these elsewhere to be fixed.

Excellent, inexpensive place to get your clothes altered. I am short and need everything hemmed, these people are friendly and love their customers. My pants and dresses are all ready on time when promised. Have gotten 20+ pieces taken in now, would def recommend!

I wanted to like this place, the owner was very nice. However, im a novice at sewing myself and i know the difference between good work and bad. Brought them a beautiful vintage dress replica that is not being made anymore and they ruined it. Im currently trying to undo the damage. It took them 3 attempts to get it right, but the work is truly awful. First time the darts were done badly. Second attempt the darts were wonky (one high, one low...over my bust), 3rd attempt was okay... i figured its the best its going to get. I paid $70 and now im trying to fix it. Just terrible. Never again.

Great place! The people are very nice and very skilled. Ive given them projects big and small and they have all come out great. They are a great resource to have when you need something fixed.

Incompetence at its finest!Not sure what all the hype is about. Maybe all her family is leaving positive comments. I drove over an hour from heathrow to have 2 pairs of jeans shortened, jacket slightly altered and a shirt.Now if thy had a pair of slacks done and the shirt it might not have been so bad after waiting a full business week. But seeing as they arent competent enough call their customers and tell them after a week they had not even touched the outfits? Are you kidding me?I wouldnt bring my stuff to these incompetent people if you paid for it. Avoid them and find a regular tailor who is competent and speaks English. Oh and most importantly doesnt make excuses!GOOGLE can you please make this 0 stars?
