Greeted politely paid extra for tire cleaning and bug removal. Appreciate the two sprays, front and back of vehicle before entering wash. Washed tires and rims. Very affordable and friendly. Recommend highly.

It was a good wash. However because the owner does not accept accountability for bad reviews and calls everyone a liar I will leave you 3 star. Hope you enjoy.

UPDATE:If that was the case then why did I ask for a rag to do it myself? I recommend taking before and after pictures to avoid issues like this.Overall a meh experience. I asked for a detail which includes the following:“…thorough Inside cleaning-includes Dash & center console dressing with outside wash, Wheel bright, Tires shined and Complete air blow inside” according the website.I stressed to the one giving the ticket I was more concerned with the interior. I had Polynesian sauce that was in my center console area. When first returning to my car I noticed that my dash remained the same and console. Cashier verbally informed me doors were included as well. These were ignored during the initial attempt. They did try again and removed the sauce. But my dash and doors were still dirty. I will say they did a great job vacuuming!I ended up asking for a rag and using interior cleaner I had in my car. I asked for a price sheet so I understood what was included. I also wanted to see additional packages that might include a more detailed experience. I was directed to check the website. So if you need the bare minimum, this place works.I won’t return, but after reading the owner responses I don’t think they even care.It is next to a Mr&Mrs crabs, so that’s a plus.

I had a great experience. Not only was my car 100x cleaner but she smelled great and the customer service was great. I got the $35 Full Service Diamond and it was totally worth the money.I work out of my vehicle so it always in the best condition. First and last time we will ever use this car wash, came in because our normal car wash was closed. Got in and as well left noticed my fathers blood pressure medicine was missing. Luckily we do have a camera in the car and as well can see that is was taken (I am in the process now of downloading the video to give to the police) these meds are something my dad needs everyday. Once we calmed down enough about the medicine we noticed the third row windows hadnt been wiped down and there was still finger prints on the passenger side window. Just wasnt a good wash all around.I also noticed any bad reviews the owner replies saying its false. This is not a false review. I have our receipt and obviously video of being there and the theft.Edit : funny how on any negative review you call everyone a liar. Call the police they have the video as well as the report.

I went at 4:45 on a Sunday the front guy saw me and wave at me I was like nice and after Im done washing and Im half way done vacuuming my car all the vacuums suddenly stop working I went to ask and turns out they close at 5 which is fine but I saw like 6 employees and nonee of them said anything they just shut the vacuums off without saying nothing and it was very rude never going again yall need some customer service training

Very disappointed with service for $20 truck wasnt dryed properly rims were left dirty I had to rewipe them THATS CARZY and then forget it I paid for armor looks like it wasnt put on. I Will never go there again PEOPLE not worth the money

Good, but if you own a black car. Secure complete dry after you get out. They need better filtration clean up so water drops dry clear not white like they do in our car. I keep forgetting to bring one to do what I mentioned.

I paid for the $35 Shiners Diamond wash and still have bugs on my vehicle when I told them there was still bugs all over my car and he said I can try to get them off!?! I will not recommend this place to anyone ever nor will I ever spend my money here again. Don’t waist your money here!!! Then you respond and say my car came out perfectly clean upon viewing the photos. Since it has been months since I visited could you let me know what “car” was it you viewed in the photos??? They always take care of me here. Got a Grand Cherokee that the kids treat like a landfill. I get the special with a few extras thrown in. Pricey at $100 but well worth it.

Worst nightmare car wash! Equipment is old and does not work properly. Carwash stopped. Very rude Manager came out and blamed it on my truck. Entire staff is rude and needs to go to manner school. Instead of apologizing for the bad incomplete carwash, they laid the blame on the customer. Didnt know if my truck would make it out in 1 piece.

He keeps insisting it doesn’t go away.I paid $15 dlls and my car still looking dirty.It didn’t happen to me in any other car wash. I go because its convienent, everyone need to wash their car. Customer service could be better with attendent but hey its automated. Has free vacumes with car wash so that is a plus. Jiffy lube oil change gives free car wash tickets for this place too. Car does look great with the 20 dollar wash.

Critical: Quality, ValueI bought a 70 dollar Groupon here for an “extreme interior and and exterior detail” originally the price is 145 dollars. I was expecting with the description that it would be just that...extreme detailing. I got my car back after an hour and the outside was still covered in dirt, bugs and bird poop. The grill was still covered in bugs that were easy to remove. I understand bugs leave irremovable marks sometimes and my car definitely has some of those but they left on tons of bugs that were easily removable. The trunk had not been cleaned at all. The inside carpets had been vacuumed but the console, cup holders and doors still had dirt in them, the mirrors and windows had not been cleaned. I was on a time crunch and could not spare the time to have them redo it, which they did offer to do but they only gave me the option of redoing it same day. I could not come back and there was no refund. I’m extremely dissatisfied with my experience, especially since I know a guy who will detail your car for 40 dollars and does an absolutely incredible job. I didn’t use him because he wasn’t available on the day I needed him. Shiners car wash was not a “detailing” they basically just vacuumed and wiped down the doors and dash with armor all. I don’t even believe for one second that they washed the outside at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The people that worked there were nice but that’s about all they had going on for them from my experience.

The associates are polite, thorough, informative, and courteous. I will definitely be returning frequently. I enjoyed conversing with Maha while I was waiting for my detail. Maha has excellent customer service skills and is extremely sweet.

Fit me in for a last minute interior detail. My daughter had an accident on the backseat. They made me priority, didnt bust my wallet, and gave me peace of mind to relax in. Would definitely become a member here if they were in my home state.

I got a groupon for car wash. The car wasn’t clean at all after washing it. The major problem is that my car was damaged by the car washing machine. I have asked for the manager and owner, the manager tried to understand the problem but then he had to call the owner to fix the problem. The owner was very rude and weird person. He barely say something but just keep declining that the car had the problem before I even came (by the way, I have read some of the reviews aftrr I had the problem and I can easily see what kind of person the owner is, as you can see they don’t even try to resolve client’s problems, but they only keep declining and run away from their liability). I have asked the owner to look at the camera’s records since they have many at this car wash location but the owner declined to look back at it or even try to watch the recorded video. Honestly, I would not recommend this company to do any car cleaning services, especially if you have a luxury car. If I read the reviews, I wouldn’t have done any services at this place.

First time coming to Shiner’s Car Wash and will definitely not be my last. I got the $20 Express Wash and the outside looked cleaner then some past detailed jobs. The employees gave me 5 Star treatment with the pre power wash and tire cleaning which all came in the $20 deal. Free self vacuum is amazing as well. Thank you for the awesome service.

The car was still dirty inside when I received it back. When I found that it was still dirty inside I told the owner at the front desk. She had them clean it again. When I received car back again, I ran my finger across the dashboard and went back inside to show the owner all the dust and dirt that was still there. All she was concerned about was telling her the issue in front of the customers. I AM A CUSTOMER. THE CAR SHOULD OF BEEN CLEANED PROPERLY THE FIRST TIME. THE CAR WAS NOT PROPERLY CLEANED WHEN I LEFT. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND THEY DO POOR WORK ON CLEANING CARS. If the Owner at the front desk would have come and checked the car then she would of understand the issue.

After a Road trip I had to take my car to get cleaned. My car was really dirty​ inside & outside. Outside had lots of bug slaps on the front bumper and they did a good job removing the dirt. I was really pleased with the service I received but they need more employees for faster services.. Fyi.. Carwash is a machine wash with cloth brushes & not a touch Free one. Prices are okay but a little over priced for certain service though. $25.00 plus tax for car wash, bug remover,rims shine, & the regular service for a carwash.

My car literally looks brand new after the detail and wax received today! Luis did such an amazing job! He took his time on my car and I haven’t seen it shine like this since I drove it off the dealership. He even removed scratches that were on my car. Everyone was super friendly and the price was great! I will def be back soon for another wax and detail!

For a $30 car wash, you would have thought they would have been sure to totally clean the inside windows. Front windshield inside looked like a child had tried to wipe it. Quite sure they never touched it. Granted thats a pet peeve of mine but they totally missed the mark. Sprinkled rain for 10 seconds immediately after wash and rather than dry the car, they just turned it over and walked off. Overall not that impressive a job for the money. Save your cash and just get the basic.

My car was a mess and dirty . For the $25 package they did a great job vacuuming and washing the car. The manager was mean to her employees, poor guys . Let them do their job and stop micromanaging. Overall Ill come back.oh and 48 hour rain policy, if it rains come back with receipt for a free exterior wash. Nice !

They did a great job cleaning my car inside and out. The floors were cleaned well as was the dash and windows. One of the owners was working the register. She was friendly and engaging. Its a family owned business and they really value customers. It was a great experience, especially considering its a car wash. I went with the deluxe wash, but you can get a high quality wash and free vacuum for $5. Ill be back for sure.

We drop the Wrangler around 10am, I ask for a wash and wax, looks like they waxed the car without washing it. The tires and fender weels were full of dirt and mud. They said they washed, I don believe it. They said that it was stained, my wife use her finger and the dirt came off. Very unprofessional and not a good quality. Lost $80.00. I will never used them again or recommended to any one.

Shiners is probably the best car wash in Central Florida. They consistently do a great job, I have been going to them for years, and recommend Shiners to all my friends and family. Often times I drive out of the way, just because I know that it is worth it. The employees treat all of my familys car with great care, and you can really tell that they respect their customers.

I brought my car here for the first time to get a wash and interior shampoo. No shampoo was even used, just a spray bottle and towel. I had no major interior stains and everything is still there. All they did was get the interior wet and wipe it with a rag. 24hrs later my seats are still wet for $125 I will NOT be returning here and will gladly tell others not to either

Every time I bring my car through Shiners my wife always says how nice it looks when I get home. I appreciate how they are professional with the wash, and always seem to be genuinely happy. If you ever go inside for anything they are really friendly too .I try to come by here as much as I can, they have kept my car looking fresh since I bought it over 2 years ago

There is an express car wash and full service. Express line from $ 5. Convenient and fast. There is a free self-service vacuum cleaner. If it were not for one mistake, it would be great. And so there was an unpleasant emotion. The website has a 48 h rain guarantee and there are no notes. After the rain I came to re-wash, I spent my time, and the manager told me that the guarantee is only after full service, although this is not written anywhere on the site. He began to explain to me that at full service you pay more money, although the price for an express car wash ends with $ 20, and full service starts at $ 20.

Pulled up & wasn’t greeted . The guy didn’t ask me what I wanted, so I told him I wanted the ultimate car wash . He goes to the front of my car & looks at my bumper . Then he says it’s gonna be $15 extra dollars to remove the love bugs. I said sure why not because I haven’t washed my car in awhile . So I end up paying $40 something dollars to clean my car with the “ultimate package “ and my rims are still dirty and my windows still had smudges . I laughed when the lady asked me if I wanted to leave an extra tip on top of my tab. There was one guy that worked there that was nice and said he’d take care of me, but all in all their service was terrible . If you’re going to work with customers day in and day out, you have to have some customer service oriented people who take care of their customers properly. I do not recommend this place .

I love bringing vehicle to Shines Car was the staff is always friendly and polite. The management takes time to get to know its customers. Beautiful job. When I went in my rims were rusty and dirty. Talked to Nick and gave us quote and made sure we were taken care of. Under 15 min they were done and the rims were shiny and looked brand new. Thank you so much great job. Very impressed worth every penny.

I travel for my job so you understand how much my car needed some tender loving care . Went over the options with the Manager on duty she gave me a great price to have entire car detailed. The experience was exceptional from start to completion. After seeing my car fully detailed I was amazed of how perfect it was . If you are ever in the area stop by this place they will take care of you with nothing but professionalism. ❤️

I used to enjoy going to this car wash, but now it depends on who is working and if the machines are working. From start to finish, I had a bad experience. No receipt from the purchase machine. Long delay because car wash broke down. Hand wash alternative was not worth what I paid. I got a refund, but they seemed annoyed with me. Im steering clear of this place and trying another local group. I put 2 stars because they did actually refund my money, otherwise it would have been 1 star.

I went to go get my car washed 2 days ago. Once I left everything was good until i got home and grabbed something from the back seat... my floors weren’t even vacuumed ! they made the front so clean and perfect and left the back a MESS! I paid for the ultimate package not worth it at all! I will never go back to the car wash, Sweetwater would NEVER do something like that. Horrible!

I guess it was the owner or manager greeted me as I entered. Very nice and even helped me select and insert my card in the machine. The gentleman that greeted me at the entrance for my car to get washed was really nice and instructed me how to get in and what to do when I got out. To attendance that dryer and did my tires were also very friendly. Overall customer service was awesome will recommend to all my friends.

Re eived a free car wash from Jiffylube. De ided to upgrade to their best. Office staff was super nice. They even have a massage chair while you wait. Still havent seen my car yet, but all the cars coming out look great.

I usually handwash my own truck, but this month was really busy, so I decided to 👍 myself. For $25 plus tip I expect in my mind a superb wash and clean. It wasnt until I had a closer look that it was really a lousy quickie job.Here is my chief complaint:No English speaking wipedown guy, I mean your the voice of the company..Use microfiber or chamois versus lint full rags... The drying process puts tons of lint on the finish..Dry down interior sprays quickly else they will leave spotsyon the dash and mirrors .
