I go here all the time and was interested to know why this person left such a low rating.After translating their comment, it turns out they are complaining that they werent open on Saturday.Well, clearly this person didnt see on their website that they arent open on Saturdays unless you make an appointment two days in advance.No reason to rate them a 2. These guys do great work!

My car was very dirty and the crew and the owner (?) did a great job. Went above and beyond to clean it, at a great price too.I did not have to wait a long time and it was not one of those factory-line-up type places churning things fast but with low quality.They are a friendly professional crew. I really liked how they kept the music clean it made me feel comfortable being there. There is a separate waiting room as well.I will be back and hopefully next time my car won’t be that dirty!Thank you 😊🙌🏽

I came here with a care that had baking soda on all the upholstery. The baking soda had been rained on and had formed a hard substance. The owner gave me solid advice on how to get most of it out myself. Then worked with me on the price. Overall great customer service.

Good Business but there is room for Improvements: Total out of pocket, $60. I knew I could get the same quality of work cheaper but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. So key things to note, there is no free wifi (not a biggie but definitely not somewhere you want to hang out too long if you have stuff to do online, while you wait). I paid for the platinum service ($45) but I was immediately up charged for wheel cleaning (please take note of the price listing, especially for silver which shows it as a covered service, hence why the up charge immediately left me feeling ripped off) I was torn, because it seems like it is a Black-Owned Business and I wanted to support it as such (hence the benefit of the doubt). Well on a scale of 1-10, Ill give the overall job a 7. Job done to exterior was good except a few places which required a redress. Interior is where I felt like you are definitely not getting any value for your money. I posted pictures of the backseat to show the lack of attention to detail (doesnt look like it was even touched, but I could be mistaken). Another key thing to note, outside of the doors, hood and trunk will not be opened to even clean the crevices, so if you have leaves or debris in those places, you are S-O-L unless you go full detail price (ref. Price list of services offered picture). It does make you wonder essentially what the platinum service is if you can get the same level of work for $20-25. Nonetheless, I respect the business and there are other services they offer that might be great value (window tint, oil changes, headlght restoration e.t.c). This is a honest criticism of the business so it gets better and its not to knock it down. I was going to leave without tipping since I felt like I was upcharged for a service that should already be covered (its principle!) but I figure it was hot (Florida sun) and at least I should appreciate the effort of the guy who attended to my car for the duration of the service. He didnt seem too pleased with my 10% tip, but I wasnt pleased with overpaying for advertised covered prices in services (Pardon the run along memo, without breaks, was all on a phone)

I love this place ! All the employees are professional. I came in due white Paint getting all over my Burgundy vehicle. They got all the White paint off my vehicle without disturbing the original burgundy paint of my car. Fast and done to perfection. I inherited my grandmothers car, a 97 suzuki x90 with only 18,000 miles. She absolutely loved her car and it was left to me because she knew I would take care of it. I took it to Butlers Detail Center and Kristian instantly recognized the importance and the potential of the car. It was heavily oxidized and fading but with very few cosmetic issues. Kristian went far above and beyond and meticulously cared for my car as if it were his own. When I showed up to pick the car up he met me outside and the Pride in his work was blatant. My x90 literally looks like I just drove it off the lot and I know my grandmother is honored by the work Kristian has done.

Recently got my car shampooed here right when they opened(around 9 am). Two men quickly got right to work after I addressed what I wanted to be done. After a couple of hours of doing homework in their (comfortable) waiting area, I inspected my car and it looked soooo nice. Your entire review is completely false and I’m on here to make sure you don’t tarnish the well-being of The Butler’s Detail Center or the defamation of my character. I’m not an employee, just a consistent customer that’s been getting my vehicle serviced with The Butler’s for the past 4 years. As far as addressing me as a thug, I’m going to debunk that. Caribbean men are born with mannerism and are very respectful. Especially to their elders. I told you that you looked about the same age as my mother and I couldn’t see myself disrespecting you. I simply implied and asked you in a respectful and joyful manner while smiling “why don’t you bring your car to The Butler’s” and your response to my question was definitely aggressive to the point where I said to myself that you were maybe having a bad day. I left you alone after that encounter. I saw a lady driving a nice high class Mercedes and figured I would recommend a great detailing company that does an amazing job when it come to hand washes on all kinds of vehicles whether it’s your standard, luxury, high end or exotic make and model. There’s no way you could have done business there before because you would have never took a high class Mercedes of that expense you so proudly bragged about paying for on your own to a self service car wash where everyone use those brushes just about on everything you can think of. Moral of that part is that they educate clients on their vehicles daily and they have did the same with me and that’s a perfect reason why I don’t put brushes on my car, I get it hand wash. You know Valentine’s Day is approaching and I was simply recommending that weekend shine for your car. I can only solicit business if the money is going in my pocket and remember, I’m a customer so that’s debunked as well. The part about me being disrespectful was so confusing because that was not the case. You talked about how intelligent and grown you are but your comprehension wasn’t in tuned and instead of trying to hear my part of the situation so I could give you a better understanding on what I said, you proceeded to tell me to my face that you didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. You told me that I was a little boy as well. While I was at work, someone at my work keyed my brand new car, which is a black Nissan coupe. The driver side was extremely deep and the passenger side was not as deep. Everywhere I called they said I need to have body work done at $400.00 per panel (4 panels). I call and spoke to the owner, Christian, he told me to bring my car by he would look at it and I could go from there. He was beyond helpful and excellent! He explained in detail what he would do and that it should work. He cleaned my car, wet sanded my driver side, buffed and waxed it. It came out perfect! you can barley tell the key mark was on my driver side, which is very difficult to do with the key mark so deep that I had. I was beyond impressed! They have earned a returning customer for washes and waxes and anything else my car might need! Highly recommend! Thank you guys!!

Nice quiet place to wash your car on your own, so I thought, until you have 1 thuggish island boy trying to solicit you to wash your car standing in front of the detail shop. Very disrespectful. I am particular and dont allow just anyone to take care of my car. Kristian and his staff are very professional. I trust they wont use products that will cause damage to my car overtime. Prices are reasonable and worth it. My car feels brand new after every wash. The waiting area is comfortable and clean and you are able to use the remote control as if you were at home. The previous owner of a high end sports car had taken the car through mechanical car washes and there were serious swirls in the paint along with a few small scratches. I went over to consult with Christian and he explained exactly what they would do, the charge and expected results. When I dropped the car off three days later the guys returned it on time, at the agreed upon price and the swirls were gone and the car looks showroom new. I now plan to be a regular customer.

Truck was really dirty from driving from NY to FL. Located this place via a google search while in town for a meeting and gave it a shot because of the great reviews. Truck is too wide to take to a traditional car washes (Ford Raptor) and those places are terrible for your paint finish anyway. The guys at Butlers did an amazing job hand-washing the truck. I had them do a spray wax on it as well as wheels and tire shine. When they were done it looked better than it did the day I picked it up from the dealer. I am VERY particular about the details and these men did not disappoint. On top of it, they got it done while I waited and had a nice lobby to wait in. Overall, an absolute 5 star experience.

Mediocre at best. I paid $45 for my full-size car. After the wash, there were still greasy fingerprints, streaks, and obviously dirty areas that were overlooked. I could have done a better job myself. When I get a car detailed, I expect just that - attention to DETAIL. The staff was friendly and courteous, and they did the job promptly and quickly. But I think I can find a better deal elsewhere. Sorry guys :(

This is the first time I have visited The Butlers Detail Center, we ended up getting our windows tinted and the VIP package. We came the day before getting the car done because I had a bunch of questions, Kristian answered all of them for me! His staff was amazing at the job they did on the car, my 6 year old got crayon in one of the door handles and a slice of cheese got melted into the floor carpet. They got both out and you can never tell it even happened! The price was very affordable and I will be going back for the next wash/wax when it is needed.

Like a complete makeover.The hand washing, waxing, shampooing has been spotless. I also got my windows tinted and it was done to perfection. Such a poor job. Paid $40 to get my car seats and carpets washed. They vacuumed it and told me it was washed.It looked the same way when I clean it myself. Yall got to do better. Rip off.... never again

So, this week I inherited my boyfriends 2008 Elantra since he got a newer model and my 2000 Focus was pretty much on its way out. The only problem was that it was A TOTAL MESS. He had all but destroyed the interior. Coffee stains, some kind of smegma on the dash, doors, steering wheel, and gear stick, who knows what stuck to the floors...it was a HOT mess. I searched around and didnt see too many promising reviews on the places around town that offer detailing...until I stumbled across The Butler.I went there this morning and was greeted by two young guys upon pulling in. I showed it to the guys outside, and they went and grabbed Kristian (who I later realized was the owner/operator of The Butler) because the car was in such dire need of a detail (the boyfriend had NEVER cleaned the car. EVER. I gave it a scrub down once, but then it got filthy again). Kristian said it would a rough job, and was realistic about what I could expect, the time it would take, and how much it would cost. Kristian himself took to cleaning my car (and offered to take before and after pictures!).So, I drop off my car and come back a few hours later (I dropped the car off around 10:30-11, got it back just before 1:30). While Im waiting, I see Kristian giving my car a light wash up. Before I pay him, he brings me outside to see the car and I cant believe the work he has done. They even gave me some tips on how to keep it up, and what I could do to get the car to look a little better on the exterior and interior (there were stains that set into the seats that they couldnt get out, but recommended a place that would be able to). When I went to pay, Kristian tells me that the car wash is on the house. Needless to say, the boys got tipped decently.In a few weeks, I will DEFINITELY be going back to get my car waxed and buffed. Also, my boyfriend has expressed interest in getting his windows tinted at The Butler since I liked what they did in my car so much.If youre looking for a GREAT place to get your car taken care of, this is it! I wont go anywhere else from here on out. I live in College Park, and this is definitely worth the drive. These guys are friendly, honest, and dont try to hustle you out of all sorts of money. I paid them $150 to clean up a TOTAL train wreck, and they knocked it out of the park! I will DEFINITELY be back again, and you should too! Thank you, Kristian! Im very pleased with the service I received at Butlers Detail Center, I wanted my windshield tinted to help beat the Florida summer heat. I wasnt sure their recommendation was exactly what I wanted but I followed their professional opinion. The tint looks fantastic and the heat inside my car is minimal compared to before. They also took care of the hazy lenses over my headlights so now it looks brand new again. Very satisfied customer!!! Thank you.

OMG!! The Butlers detailing center did an amazing job on my car. They even cleaned the carpet on my roof which I have been trying forever to get off. My car was ABSOLUTELY IMMACULANT FROM THE inside out. They did such a great job and they are super nice guys. My dad threw up in my car, they not only cleaned the floor of my seats they even got me a car freshener. These guys come HIGHLY recommended. Definitely coming back!

If I could leave no stars I would. I just left this establishment and after asking to have my car detailed they said it would be over $300, never have I paid that much for quality work but I did just move from DC so I was willing to pay for the work, after laughing at me for saying I wanted it detailed the man working then proceeded to say he could do it but wouldnt tonight because it was too much work for him and would take 3 hours as he doesnt do half jobs Ive had my car detailed almost monthly for the past 2 years and never have had anyone do a half job in fact they usually do it in an hour to two MAX. He continued to laugh at myself and my friend when I asked what he could do to the interior, even just whipe down the windows, he said he refused to touch the inside of the car at all because he wouldnt do a half job asking for my windows cleaned is not a half job. Overall super disrespectful and rude. They lost a large sale and someone that never tips less than $50 for a good job done. Would not recommend going here if youre a women.

Washed my [black] car there for the first time. The price wasnt as steep as I expected ($20 including tax for their Silver wash). They did a great job although they did miss one or two spots that werent that noticeable. I brought it to their attention and they cleaned those spots. They also gave me some advice on maintaining my car clean. They let me know that because my car is black, it is the most difficult to maintain. They recommend having bugs washed off the car within 3 days, otherwise they will stay on the paint and damage it. They also said that its best for me to wash my car 2x a week (I think this may have been stretching it). Ive neglected my car a bit (left bugs on there for extended periods of time) so they mentioned I would need a high speed buff done but that they wouldnt want to high speed buff it at their shop because they might exacerbate the issue (I have quite a bit of bug damage). I would definitely go back again, as my car was the cleanest I had seen it (possibly cleaner looking than when I got it from the dealer).

Money well spent. I brought in a tractor with a large sleeper that was very dirty. They cleaned everything carpets,walls, headliner. They even vacuumed inside the cabinets. I am shocked. You could mistake the truck for new. Awesome

They did a good job on my vehicle considering how it looked inside. But I feel like they didn’t concentrate on some of the detail work that is important. For instance, they failed to clean the seatbelts and clean the ash tray. I did tell the attendant about the seatbelts and my comment was dismissed. I feel like I paid well to have had a full detailed interior cleaning and I was not fully satisfied especially after mentioning some of the areas that were missed. Thank you for your attention.

My car gets a lot of compliments from strangers after a fresh wash and wax.One of the detailers found a $20 bill that must have travelled under my seat, and had the honesty and integrity to notify me and turn it in.

I had recently bought a new car that was highly neglected by the dealership. There were stains all over the upholstery, on the ceiling, even in the cup holders. I was given permission by the dealership to have my car detailed anywhere I like at their cost. Of course, I set out to find the best, and I found them.I brought my car up to Butlers, and Christian greeted me as soon as a drove up. He went through the car with me, and found even more stains and dirt than I was aware of. He was very honest, and let me know that some of the stains in the car may not come out. He pointed out a few stains on the ceiling, and explained that due to the material, those would not come out. He also gave me an estimate on the cost of all I wanted to have done. He asked if I could bring the car in the next day because he had several in front of me. I explained that I would be out of town for a week, so the next day, he had my boyfriend drop the car off, drove him back home, and then picked him up when the car was ready! I couldnt believe the customer service we were receiving.When I got the car back, it looked brand new! ALL of the stains were removed (including the ones on the ceiling he originally thought he couldnt get out), and the estimate he gave me the day before was accurate. My car had been washed and waxed, and looked like I had just drove it off the lot.I was EXTREMELY impressed by the customer service we received, and the detailing job. Christian was upfront and honest about what he could do, and exceeded my expectations. We will definitely be bringing our cars exclusively to Butlers.

This car wash is the closest to my house, so that is where I go. I only use self-serve, so I cant speak for full-service experience. $3 for 4 minutes (made a correction here, originally mentioned it was for 3 minutes), just like in every other car wash. Now dont bother going here on a weekend or before say 7PM - place is always slammed.

I don’t usually pay to have my car cleaned but the 45.00 dollar platinum service was more than worth it, definitely would refer The Butlers.

Didnt blow me away but it was quick service and they did a pretty good job on my car!

Second time stopping by and they do solid work here. Both times Dee and Warren have done a great job.

They asked me $140 for my medium size suv. They told me it can be done in one hour. It takes me many hours of work to make what they make in one hour using water and soup. Ill wash it my self.

Long story short: Paid for a full interior detail/new car like detail as bragged to me about by Christian: windows, dash, cup holders, center compartment, mats, leather conditioning, full vacuuming, etc ($120...1 1/2 to 2 hour job). Come to find out, 20 minutes was spent on my car after I walked to get some lunch and ALL that was done was a basic vacuum. Even that nor the mats, did they even do thoroughly...GTFOOH! Huge rip-off! Save your money folks! I can get all this done at the corner full-service car wash on OBT for $30P.S. Take a tip from Road Runner Car wash & Detail Center. Great wash. Great attention to interior detail, Great price (2/3) cheaper!

Ive been to Butlers several times and they are excellent every single time!

They were not very friendly. I told the associate at the counter that this is my first time getting my car washd. He didnt even tell me what my options were verbally. All he did was hand me a pamphlet to read from not explaining anything. I should have left at that moment but my mistake that I stayed back thinking maybe they will explain to me after I read the pamphlet what the car wash packages are. No explanation there after. I got to know from another customer thereafter that we can also wash the cars ourselves. I could have saved 10 bucks if he had atleast given me all the options including washing the car myself. I would not go back for the package car wash. Learnt a lesson. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A BIG DEAL.

Kristian and his staff were absolutely over the top in their removing water spots from my car that were dried on from sprinklers! Never knew that the clay process used in waxing could make such a difference in making my car shine and look brand new!!!

Theyre great and do a wonderful job on my car all the time. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Dr. Phillips area.

One of the best places to wash your car yourself. I wouldnt recommend the auto detailers though they are Too overly expensive.

I took my car to Butlers Detail Center. I had never been there before so I didnt what to expect. I spoke to Kristian and he assured me I would be pleased when I came back, my car was in pretty bad shape inside and out I thought to myself ok we will see when I saw my car it was a picture of beauty shining like new money .Thanks Kristian for making my day, Ill see you in 2 weeks, and by the way the price was not bad

These guys do great work at a fair price. This is my go to spot for getting my car washed and cleaned.

40 bucks for exterior and vacuum/dashboard wipe, what a rip off. I have a small SUV. I had never seen such prices for a car wash.
