Been meaning to leave a review. We hired them 10 months ago to replace an interior door&frame and do some drywall work in preparation to sell our house. Their workmanship and customer service is top shelf and reasonably priced too. I’ve now hired the Sarasota branch to do some tile work in my condo. So far so good here too.

We had a great experience with this company. Charlie managed our project and he did an excellent job. In our master bath we had our shower completely redone, and a new vanity top, light fixture, and fan installed and in our guest bathroom we had a new light fixture and fan installed. They worked with our schedule, worked efficiently, did a great job, and were very accommodating about the few minor issues we wanted fixed up (literally just some sanding, caulking, sealing in a few spots). We highly recommend this company to anyone looking to do improve their home--no job is too big or small. :)

Do yourself a favor and pick a different company. The handy man group came out and did a bathroom remodel for my guest bathroom. From the start the tech was very unprofessional, even brought his girlfriend to sit in the driveway in his car while he worked. This guy spent half the day working, then left for a “lunch break” and didn’t come back for like 4 hours just to tell me he would have to come back out for another day. Long story short he complained the whole time, and after two weeks the bathtub cracked. We had a field manager come out to check and the tub was installed wrong, and had to be redone. Second fix, super nice guy but he also spent the whole time complaining about the company and how badly they pay their employees. A week later, the shower doesn’t work again. I had to call every day for two weeks to have someone come out and eventually fix my shower for the third time…… save yourself some $$ and check angies list.

This is my third time using The Handyman Company, twice at my home and once at my business. Three different handymen and all three on-time, professional and completed the work in a skilled manner. Will definitely use them again without hesitation.

Ive hired craftsmen from the Handyman Company several times. They are dependable and knowledgeable. It makes it easy for someone new to the area.

We used The Handyman Company for a bathroom remodel. They were responsive and priced fairly. it got better when the craftsman they sent, Jack Willis, was used to complete our project. Jacks work was excellent, he was timely and kept the construction site clean and always considered our needs and preferences. We are planning another bathroom remodel and will no doubt use The Handyman Company and will request Jack. We couldnt be happier with our overall experience and the quality.

I dont even know how to describe my experience. They send a Field Manager to quote my project, I agree to the quote and say lets do this. A week later they call me to ask if I got the quote? I said yes and I approved it, and they said they didnt get that info and schedule me for Monday morning. Monday, they call to say they wont make it on time and give me a later time. Call again to say they cant make that time and will need to reschedule. Reschedule me for Wednesday. Call me now on Tuesday and say they need to cancel the project saying due to the height of my fascia repairs. Fascia is normally on a roof! They did offer a $150 voucher for future work. My problem there is my quote and work order had more work on it then just the fascia??? Just a bad experience that wasted my time and makes them appear unorganized. At least theyve identified a training opportunity for their Field Manager.

My mother needed some work done at her home. We were very pleased with Rafael who performed the work. He was professional, conscientious and polite. Would definitely use him again.

If I had to sum up my experience with Sean M from the Handyman Co,I would highlight his integrity and his willingness to stand behind his work! Sure you can hire anyone to screw in a nail, hammer a few things, and make a few general home improvements, but when it comes to letting someone into your small business (practically my home) you want to make sure they are honest and most importantly respectful of the belongings in your home. He was professional when I met him to set up the job, as well as when I called to follow up after the job. I needed something high enough to hide my computer screen for privacy and enough work space for my two employees. I asked him not to stain it just yet because I didnt know which color stain I wanted. Hes very patient with me. Hes coming back to make shelving units for me! Super thankful to have had the opportunity to work with him, a true professional with a kind spirit.

This is the third time weve used The Handyman Company and each time it has been excellent. Jermaine was our craftsmen today and he helped us with some drywall texturing and reinstalling a towel holder our little ones pulled off the wall. He was early, professional and did excellent work. Great job Jermaine! Thank you to the HC team. Another job well done.

Needed some drywall work, painting and installation of baseboard in bathroom. Colin arrived on time, was very polite and professional. After our greetings, he reviewed once more the scope of the job during which time I shared my expectations (i.e., please dont lay tools down on top of toilet seat as it may scratch, etc., he assured me he would be careful and he was! He covered all items in the bathroom he would not be working with to protect them). He knew exactly what needed to be done and did his work while I did mine in my office, which was greatly appreciated. Upon completion, he asked me to inspect it and I was so pleased! Colins attention to detail was excellent! He had to skim the ceiling to repair some dents/nicks in order to provide a completely smooth surface, and then paint the ceiling -- both jobs well done. He then moved on to replacing a baseboard underneath the vanity and behind the toilet -- also well done...he is a good caulker (which Im very picky about). He cleaned everything up so the bathroom presented well when I entered it. I am grateful for the quality of Colins craftmanship and would highly recommend him.

We had a slight hiccup and The Handyman Company sent someone out to have it fixed right away. The operations manager did a great job making an adjustment to the techs schedule to make sure the customer was happy. Thank you for making sure my house’s photo shoot and video came out great with the houses improvements captured.

I will say this I will never use this company again. The worker that they did send he was awesome I enjoyed it he did the work that he was therefore. But Jesse on the other hand Is very unprofessional, and likes to charge people for things that they did not even do or say. So my experience with this company very bad they will try to drain you Of your hard work and resources. So warning please do not use this company I have had a bad experience and I’m pretty sure some people had good experiences but on my hand it was not good

I had previously hired The Handyman Company a few years ago to replace drywall and tile floor in the kitchen post-water damage and Benjamin did a great job.Based on this, I called again for someone to finish the tile floor in the master bedroom because our DIY project was taking too long and I needed the project finished. Adam W. came out and did a great job. We ran out of tile towards the end so I told him to use what we had and Id finish the rest myself after I had a chance to get more tile across town. They were nice enough to call me and set a time to come out and finish the job at no extra cost.

UPDATE: I had my rescheduled appointment for 5 PM today (06/03/20). The nicest gentleman, Chris, came out. Chris was on time, professional, prepared, and was very knowledgeable on what he was doing. I needed help hanging a basic macrame hanging chair from my ceiling, and Chris was in and out in under 40 minutes from the time he stepped into my apartment. (It probably only took that long because I was personally unsure which way I wanted it hung, but it was very speedy!) In addition to this, Chris apologized for the previous appointment mishap, and the recognition in the previous mistake was very admirable! I am very very impressed by the level of professionalism Chris and this company displayed today. Enough so to come back and change my review to 5 stars! As my apartment maintenance is closed due to COVID-19, I will be using the Handyman Company for all my around the house fixes in the future. THANK YOU Chris!!!!ORIGINAL: I made an appointment earlier this week for 3pm on 06/02/20; (as I was told 5pm was too late for them). I left work early to be home to await the handyman at 3. I was told I would receive a call when he was 30 minutes away. By 3:45 I never received a call and no one showed up to the appointment. I called them at 3:46, just for them to tell me he was “held up” at another job and he would not be able to make it to my appointment- but they could reschedule for tomorrow. They never contacted or reached out to me and they probably never would have if I didn’t call. I rescheduled my appointment for tomorrow seeing as I need something fixed that I can’t do myself, so I don’t have many other options, but I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. I was basically told “sorry” and to reschedule, with no further reparations. The lady I spoke to today to reschedule was very kind, and likely the only reason I didn’t call another company. I will update my review tomorrow with more updates on how it goes. Please consider compensating your customers for their time, as I lost out on several hours today for your lack of respect for others schedules.

We had a cedar siding project for our home. Jason and Tom from The Handyman Company handled the project quickly and under budget. They arrived early every day, were responsive to our requests, and handled the project professionally. I would highly recommend requesting Jason and Tom by name if you have any home improvement projects that need completion.

I was supposed to get a call from the contractor when he was on his way for my 11am appt to get a quote. Never got a call and he was a no show. I called the office to let them know and they either lied to me or the contractor lied to them because I was told that they can see in the system that he left me 2 messages and showed up. WFT?!

I am truly satisfied with the services of The Handyman Company. Joe arrived to my home on time, listened to how I wanted my pictures hung and offered his suggestions. He took the time to measure and lay everything out. His attention to detail was impeccable. Although my home is new, the pictures really brought the beauty of my home together. I have some other projects to complete and I am happy to know I can call on The Handyman Company. If you are looking for a Handyman, call the Handyman Company because they are the best.

The Handyman Company was quick to send someone out. Their guy came to our house early for our appointment. He was quick to get started once he did our estimate. Even worked in the rain.

Set a time for a company that claims they do contracting to contract a job for an island. They showed up to tell me to call other people, get the island ordered, and call back for a quote on install. What was the point of me wasting my time with this appointment? If I wanted to be a contractor, I wouldnt have called a contractor. I would advise not to seek contracting work from here.UPDATE:to response from company:Thank you for your well wishes, but that reply was not in context. I did call your office back, and there were no questions or comments from the lady with whom I spoke. I was then called again the morning of to tell me which technician would be coming out, and I answered that as well. There was no lack of communication or information shared on my end. I was very pleased with the work the was done by the company. Gary showed up when he said he would, which was prior to when the company said he was to arrive and was professional. He completed multiple jobs and did them very well. I would definitely contact him again for future repairs. Highly recommend.

I stopped by the office (without calling) prior to my visit. I met Jesse the manager. He was very professional and presented the company in a favorable image. We scheduled an appointment for that was very good for both of us. Please ask me again after the appointment. And follow the process. I would certainly want to change this to five stars when that time comes.

I set up an appointment for a quote which I approved and he was able to start immediately. I did not have to schedule a second appointment. All the work was professionally done and in a timely manner. I in addition to having all my stuff hung on my walls, I had a lamp I ordered online that needed wiring and assembly. Everything worked out great! I will use them again.

We had a list (a long list) of items that we needed to have done and he fixed everything perfectly and professionally. We told him that we will have to break something so he can come back and visit. My husband contacted this company for some work to our home. The estimate was either $1800 for this or $1700 for that. Got a second and third estimate from contractors that were substantially less than the quote we were given. We will definitely cancel our appointment.

Very disappointed.I contacted The Handyman Company for an estimate on some drywall work to done on my home renovation. I was given a written estimate of $2400. A few weeks passed and I contacted The Handyman Company again stating that I had made some minor adjustments to my renovation project and I wanted a new quote. An estimator came out to my home, reviewed the project, measured the square footage, and said no change to the original quote was necessary. The quote would remain the same at $2400. This new estimate was approved by the Operations Manager and was sent to me via email. At that point I scheduled the work and I blocked off 7 - 10 days as they suggested for the work to be completed. On the first day of the job, the contractor said he had to call The Handyman Company before he got started. I then received a call from the Operations Manager stating that the project price had changed and the new price would be $7800 (plus materials). Nothing had changed from the last quote to the first day of the job. The Ops Manager said they must have made a mistake. I couple of hundred dollars of a mistake I can maybe understand. But a $5400 error when Im trying to do my renovation within a budget? The Ops Manager offered no compromise on work scope or price, offered no discount for their error, and offered nothing to solve the problem. It was a take it or leave it attitude.Is The Handyman Company a scam to get more money out of customers or just incompetent? You decide. All I know is that I will not be doing business with The Handyman Company.

They came out to give me a quote to replace a front door. I approved the quote and was told they would call me back to make an appointment. The next morning I get a call saying they’ll be at my house in 30 min to do the work. Luckily I was able to make that happen on such short notice, I let the worker in and left for work. Then the worker realizes the door doesn’t fit and they call me back saying they can’t do the job. I call to reschedule with the office and they tell me their tech is already modifying the doorway for the door I purchased. I asked for a picture of the work when it was completed because this was for a rental property and I was at work. Never received a picture or a call saying it was complete. I go by the house after work to see the door installed. The work was great but then the office tried to charge me for extra materials. I spoke to Jesse who was completely rude and told me I was wrong about the original quote. After some arguing he lowered the price to the original quote. Such a hassle but the work was solid. Use another company unless you have the time to baby sit them and know a thing or two about construction.Update: I called the home office in Tampa and they apologized for my inconveniences and gave me an additional refund to make it right. I do appreciate the above and beyond effort made by their VP Rob and have revised my review from 1 star to 3 because the work was impeccable but there still was a lot of hassle.

Had some moderate outside carpentry work to have done, sort of between a minor and major job. Called and described the job; they sent someone who was capable and did a great job. Fair price.

I recently hired The Handyman Company to paint my pool deck. From the quote to completing the job, Samuel was completely professional and fast! The deck looks amazing and he did some extra things that were above and beyond. The job was finished in 8 hours, too, and it would have taken my husband and I at least two days to do it ourselves. The cost was reasonable, the work was excellent, and Ive already gotten a quote for the next job I need them to do!

True to their Word -- The first attempt at installing an attic ladder in my home was not successful because the workers carpentry skills were not a match for the complexity of the project. After contacting the company, they quickly sent out Robert M. to rectify the situation. To the credit of the company, they stood by their 100% satisfaction guarantee and Robert did an outstanding job in rectifying a challenging project. I am impressed with the companys prompt response to my request for a skilled handyman and for being true to their word. I would recommend The Handyman Company and Robert and I am giving them a rating of 4.5 stars. It would have been 5 stars had the company sent out Robert on the first go-round.

The work was very good however the craftsman said one week of work was needed but due to missed days almost took a month. And I know that he that he was not truthful about missing so much time.plus has not picked up all the waste from job..

BEWARE - This company is unprofessional and completely unreliable. Do not schedule a service with them unless you do not value your time. They rescheduled multiple times (handyman called out, handyman double booked, handyman got tied up with another project - all reasons they bumped our appointments) with little notice and THEN no call no showed AFTER we called to confirm the last attempt at an appointment. What business treats customers this way? Take your business elsewhere, as this company has no idea what customer service or basic respect even means. I would rate less than one star if possible.

Sunday my grandson was taking his usual extended high temp shower. Finally what I had worried about for years happened. The heat and moisture were too much and the soap dish and adjacent tiles fell off the wall. When I looked the entire area seemed saturated with moisture. I had company arriving in less than a week and the only other bath is in my bedroom. I got online and posted requests for quotes on at least 3 maybe 4 different handyman sites. Monday morning I heard back from only one, The Handyman Company. The very helpful lady told me they could have someone out Tuesday to give me a quote. I asked when they would be able to schedule the job. She explained that if I accepted the quote they would do the work right then. I was very relieved. Tuesday the two gentleman showed up, after a couple of calls confirming the visit, on time. I had no idea how much this repair was going to cost so when I got the quote and it was much lower than I had been prepared to pay I was again relieved. A few hours later when the job was done on time and on budget I was more than just relieved, I was very pleased. The work was excellent and the whole experience had been very painless. I would highly recommend this company for any job that they would offer to do for you. I have some projects that I need to get done after the first of the year and I will definitely give them a call. Oh by the way, I finally got a call back from one of the other firms; they told me they could have someone out to give me a quote on Saturday but it would be January before they could do the work...really?

We had our bathroom remodeled. We got 3 estimates and The Handyman Company gave the best price and was able to do it in a shorter amount of time.Adam was the person they sent to remodel the bathroom. He did an A+++ job. We couldnt have asked for a better person. Great craftmanship and a friendly and caring person.If your having your bathroom remodeled definitely ask for Adam.

From the first phone call to the office to Kenny who came out to prepare the estimate and complete the work; everyone was great to work with and there were no surprises. I had a great experience with this company. I filled out the form online and someone actually called me back right away to schedule a estimate review at my home. The handyman was polite and friendly and explained what would be required to fix each item and how the process worked. The pricing was reasonable, but higher than the other handyman cos.in the area in terms of labor per hour. (hence the 4 stars) When he was done I was so excited; my bed frame, broken by the movers, was now fixed and the next day I woke up with zero back pain. First time in 6 months! They also fixed my patio furniture and grill, so now I can entertain again. :-)

We are very pleased with our service with the Handyman Company. From a Ms. Tracy who treated us professionally and helpful to a Mr. Barrie who helped us build a shed in back and was such a perfectionist as if he was building it in his own home. The professionalism and caring he displayed was awesome. The job he did was wonderful. We are calling them to put the siding up on our home that was damaged from a storm. The Handyman Company is the place we will be going to in the future for all of our home repairs/remodeling.

After another dude/company created a flooring disaster, the Handyman Company came in and righted the situation. Misty and Chris did a great job, were friendly, and accommodating. Richard later came out to touch up an unrelated issue. The office personal were always courteous as well.

Ron was excellent. He arrived, identified the issue and repaired it immediately. He was even kind enough to walk alongside my property with me to see if there were any other issues that he could spot. Overall the service was fantastic!

Had some fascia board that was coming loose, Ben came out and gave me a quote and went out and rented an extension ladder and did great job. Reasonable price and professionally done. Highly recommended.

Had Sean maltoy over to paint the interior of my condo. Didn’t show up the first day. Said it’d take a week, but it took two. And he only got the downstairs done. Did the upstairs myself, which in hindsight I didn’t mind. Worked painfully slow, was often late or left early but the work he did was decent enough I guess. Occasionally had a helper which made things better but when I talked to the company about his pace and lack of initiative they were under the impression he had other people helping him, so I don’t know what’s up with that. Find someone else.

I have property in Orlando. Unable to perform work on my own, I used The Handyman Company and they did a great job. Work was done in a timely manner, with a fair price. They were very accommodating to the exsisting tenants, and would I use them again.

They talk a big talk and pretend like they know what they are doing, but youre better off going with a one-man operation.These guys did an okay job with some of the things I hired them to do but left me in a huge bind one day before putting my grandmothers house on the market. Furniture was damaged, lots of small jobs left undone with no explanation or effort to finish the job.UPDATE:Nick Bohr of Bohr Home Improvement came through at the last minute to fix their work. There was a laundry room door that I asked them to fix on June 17th, and they kept ignoring my questions about whether or not it was done, saying Yeah, yeah, well do it.4 days before the house was to go on the market, I texted the project manager to ask if it was done. No response. I called him. No response. Then, 2 days later, with only 1 day left for me to prep the home for sale, they tell me As you know, we are not moving forward with the door.Nick had to put in new upper and lower rails, but it was not an impossible job to complete. It was just not worth their time, as they likely had other, bigger projects to do. But their inconsideration of my situation and complete refusal to communicate what was going on until the last minute really made it difficult for me to do what I needed to do for my grandmother.Call Nick Bohr if you want a job done right. But, honestly, you would be better off going with a Craigslist provider, doing it yourself, or asking the guy behind the 7-11 to do it for you. Hes probably more honest.

Im glad to have found an honest company that does quality work. They fixed a bathroom remodel that another company destroyed in my master bathroom. Im truly pleased with the finished look.

Stay away from this company, overpriced, no communication and never started the job.Requested a job for drywall repair that was on a tight schedule. Was promised that if we agreed to the price, the handyman would start the same day. The price was about double the price of a typical repair cost, but we were on a time-crunch, so we agreed. The Handyman left, stating I have another job to work on. The next day arrived, received a call from the office asking if we would be ok with next week. NO, I said, time crunch wont allow it, they agreed. Next day Handyman doesnt show up, I call, office says, He will be there mid-day. Never showed up, didnt answer phone, office took phone off of hook or something, no answer and no-call. 5 days later, I get a call from the office apologizing. Wow, some of the worst!

James did a tremendous job with our long list of things to do. Finally, we have found someone that does an awesome job, is very professional and has a great attitude!!

They were responsive and positive on the phone and promptly came out to look at the job, but their follow-through is lacking in that I never received the promised estimate from them.

Extremely disappointed. I had previously used this company for several things and the man had done a great job. I then decided to use the company that I thought did a great job and was fairly priced to mount another tv for me (had a tv mounted previously). So I called and made an appointment for Thursday July 11th. The man came out looked, went outside to call about an estimate came back in and told me it would be $140 just to mount a tv, absolutely ridiculous. I’m young so I’m sure it was them gouging me. Despite the price I needed it done so I told him he could do it and I would pay as long as he could be done by 10:15 because I had another appointment to get to and I couldn’t be late, he got here at 8:45. He started and almost immediately started asking me for my help because he was totally confused. I’m sorry but I did not hire someone to have to help him. Took over an hour just to get the mount on the back of the tv. Finally proceeded to put the mount in the wall he drilled the holes and then used a screwdriver to screw in the screws! Noticed after he was done that it looked way too high and he put it on UPSIDE DOWN. So instead of fixing it he just flipped the piece that connects to the tv. My time had already run out at this point and I needed to leave. He then proceeded to put the tv on, again asking for my help by holding it up and me trying to screw the screws in. I am the one that pointed out there has to be an easier way than this. I then looked at the directions and realized you first place the tv on the hook that is there and then put the screws in. After he finally got it up and finished he was more concerned with the fact that there was dust all over my dresser than the fact that my tv was way too high up and way too far over. He offered to fix it but it was now 10:45, again I had told him I only had until 10:15. He offered to fix it but I had to leave and I honestly did not trust him to fix it. I knew the company had a one year warranty but I didn’t want to work with the company anymore. So I decided to hire another handyman to fix it. When he came he pointed out that he had done nearly everything wrong. Called the company just this morning July 12th and asked for a refund. I was told that because I didn’t give them the chance to fix it that they can’t do much so they are giving me a $40 refund. I will never use this company again. If you live in Orlando area use jones premier residential services. He fixed it even having to redo everything in a fraction of the time and was a fraction of the cost.

I have a family vacation condo in Orlando. My mom and sister were using it when the icemaker line broke and water poured all over the floor. My sister slipped and fell against the sliding door, knocking it off the tracks. Handyman was out that day and not only fixed the water line and put the door back on but fixed a leaky faucet while there.Everyone was very cordial and it surprised me how reasonable the price was. I have their number right on the refrigerator now.

Courteous and responsive. Did a great job at installing pre-hung doors, but a little pricey compared to other companies.

Had then do a few things around the house. Replace toilet, put up fan, and replace a door. Overall good service with a fairly reasonable price.

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME!!! Completely unprofessional, not even worth a star!!!

Updated: company sent out a different contractor named Ira and Ira is awesome--I give him a solid 5 stars. Given the overall experience, Im averaging it out at 3 stars. Planning on using the company again as long as Ira comes out. If that happens and things go smoothly from the start, Ill bump this up accordingly.--------------------------Worst experience ever. Used the company because of the great reviews only to get sloppy, amateur, and unsafe work in return. Same 2 guys have been out to my place 4 times to fix the original work they did (for a total of 6 times if you include the original work and a few meetings to see what needed to be done). Every time they come out to fix the original slapdash job, they create a whole new set of problems.

I am writing this review in response to the amazing job and professionalism of handyman Tim Faber. Allow me to begin by stating the struggles that my wife and I had in acquiring someone to install our wall panels. We fell in love with a unique 3-Dimensional design wall panel that was made out of what home contractors and handymen alike would consider to be “weird” materials. Time and time again we would have potential installers come in; only to tell us that they had never worked with this material before and they were not comfortable doing the installation. Months passed, when finally Tim came to our door, and while he claimed to have never worked with the material as well, he displayed tons of confidence that he could get the job done and on top of that offered numerous creative ideas that we had not considered.Tim is an honest and committed worker, who never took shortcuts while doing our job. He was always on time and extended his scheduled obligation to the job just because he wanted to ensure quality above all else. He got the job done and by far exceeded our expectations. Tim Faber has all the characteristics you would expect from a hired handyperson- character, experience, and above all genuine professionalism.

Didnt show up. Tried to rearrange times. Not reliable.

We hired The Handyman Company to do some work in our master closet. We had already gotten a few estimates before calling them. The process dealing with the other companies was awful, I either got estimates WAY too high, or they wouldnt even bother emailing us back. Once we called The Handyman Company, they answered the phone right away and we had someone out here the very next morning. We were given a great price, the handyman (Patrick) was very nice and did a great job. My son had fallen asleep for his nap, and Patrick was actually able to install drywall and even texture it without waking up my son who was LITERALLY sleeping on the other side of the wall. I couldnt be happier to finally be done with this project and will be using this company in the future for sure. The only thing I would say is they should really add in someone who can install carpet. Overall, great job guys!

Steve and John R. (Father and Son duo in the Orlando, FL area) arrived on time for their estimate and we agreed on the spot that it was a fair price for a shower floor retile job - and scheduling the work for a week later. Again, they were prompt on the scheduled work date, calling the day before to let us know when theyd arrive and also calling when they were enroute. They made short work of the shower floor, and surprised me when I asked them to estimate a second shower floor for the same job. I expected wed schedule a second trip another day, but Steve immediately offered to run up to Lowes to grab more tile and knocked out both shower floors in the same day. Very quick workers, cleaned up nicely after themselves, and took time to answer my questions. They gladly reset & regrouted a couple of tiles my wife pointed out which looked to be a little off-square due to uneven walls - after they had cleaned up and were ready to head out! I will definitely call on the Handyman Company and request these gents again.

Very unhappy with the service I have received. They must be paying people to write good reviews. I found this company with a Google search and chose them based on all their good reviews and ratings. I called and scheduled an appointment to have a gentleman come out and give an estimate on the repair of my front door frame which is weathered and rotted towards the bottom. The man who came out was friendly and gave an estimate of $400 and said $400 is for everything. I should have all the materials needed already but whatever I dont have, you will have to purchase. I agreed because I understand that someone can run into further problems and may need a few extra materials. My landlord (who lives 3 hours away) sent me a check for the said amount and we scheduled an appointment for the next Saturday from 9am-3pm because it was an all day job. Friday night, the handyman called me and said he had to cancel and reschedule because the job he was on took longer than expected and he would be working that Saturday too. I wasnt mad because I understand that an Estimated time of completing a job is only an estimate and not guaranteed so we rescheduled for the following Sunday. Sunday morning rolled around and he called again and canceled my 2nd appointment I had made with him and gave the same reasoning as to why. Because he was unable to schedule another appointment with me for the following weekend (I work during the week), I called the company to see if they could send a different handyman who had the following weekend open and asked if the price estimate would be the same. The lady then told me that $400 was only for labor and I would have to purchase ALL materials. That frustrated me because that is completely different than what the first handyman told me. Fast forward a couple days and I receive a call from the office manager, appologizing for the 2 canceled appointments and confusion on the pricing. He said that they would make things right, give a 10% discount off the job, and send another handyman the next Saturday to give another estimate at 10am. Well its Saturday, 9/17/16 at 11:20 am and Im currently sitting on my couch STILL waiting for the 2nd handyman to show up when he was supposed to be here at 10am. Ive already called the office and no one answered me and I have things I have to do before I leave for a football game today. I didnt mention names of the people who work here. Im highly disappointed and plan on going to another company to get the job done.

Poor Customer Service - Multiple calls to office over a two week period and could not get a return call.
