Our kitchen remodel with Broome property enterprises was a great experience. Caesar and Jean were awesome. They came by every day until they finished my dream kitchen. The old kitchen had a dropped ceiling and no flooring under the sink peninsula. The team seamlessly wove in new flooring and leveled the ceiling with the rest of the room. I was very picky about the cabinets I wanted and everyone on the team was very accommodating. I will absolutely call them back to do our bathroom in the future.

I hired Broome Enterprises for a bathroom remodel based upon all the positive reviews and rating with better business bureau. I was pleasantly surprised that they lived up to their reputation and did a wonderful job on my bathroom remodel. Although, I had to wait a couple of months longer than the initial anticipated start date (they are very busy), it was worth the wait. The staff was very professional and the team leader Benny who worked on my remodel was very attentive to every detail and was great at communitcating on the progress of the remodel throughout the process. They were very meticulous and worked on the bathroom as if it were their own home. I would definitely recommend Broome Property and plan on hiring them again for any future home remodeling projects. We had BPE start with a guest bath, that turned out fantastic. David (Gene and Ceaser) were great, timely and professional. We proceeded onto our kitchen and laundry room and again, David and his team (Shawn, amoung others) again didnt disappoint! We would not hesitate to recommend BPE to anyone we come across. Great work guys, we are enjoying our fresh new spaces!!!

We contracted Broome Property Enterprises for our 1980s kitchen remodel. Im extremely happy with the work that David and his team did for us!BPE walked us through everything, from initial design to final touchups. All work was professionally done in a timely manner. We worked mainly with Cesar and Jean, but Kyles team visited too. Everyone was friendly and helpful and had a great work ethic. David always kept me in the loop and answered any questions I had, even incorporating some last minute changes.The project had a few hiccups, mainly with material deliveries and horrible electrical work from the original structure. Nothing the BPE team couldnt handle though. Overall, the remodel took about 6 weeks. No complaints from us - the more I use this new kitchen, the more I love it!We hope to use BPE for all future projects, or until they get tired of us!

Had a complete bathroom remodel. They did a very good job. Were very professional. The owner David checked on job several times. The lead was Angel he was so courteous and checked with me regularly to make sure job was going the way I wanted. His worker Roy was very good also. There was a slight delay on shower door and they quickly told me about it. I would hire this company again.

Our master suite shower needed brightening with new tile, shower floor, bathroom ceiling, and new rain shower and fixtures plus the two sinks needed new fixtures and we got just that with the help of Broome Properties. From quick response to our initial call to final finishes, the whole crew was responsive and cared about every detail which is not easy to find these days. Absolutely amazing experience with Broome! From the estimate to the execution of 2 bathroom remodels, I can’t say enough about this company. Steve provided a very detailed estimate in less than a day. Great communication leading up to the project regarding supplies, start date, etc. I was assigned a two person team (Cesar and Gene) that arrived on time every day, worked Monday-Friday until both bathrooms were complete (which took about 4 weeks). These guys did everything from plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile, paint....no subcontractors or random individuals coming in to complete the work. Dave (co-owner and very experienced contractor) would come by to check on things and assist his crew with larger tasks when needed. Cesar and Gene were polite and professional. Their attention to detail and intricate tile cuts was very impressive. At the end of each day they cleaned up, removed any trash, and neatly arranged their equipment. I could not be happier with the way the bathrooms turned out and my experience with Broome Property. Two thumbs up! Will definitely be calling you for my next project!

Dave Broome promptly returned my call and scheduled a visit on the next business day. He patiently listened to our plans and offered enhancements and alternatives. He explained the division of contractor customer responsibilities such as what they provide and what the customer purchases separately like tile, grout, paint, faucets and appliances. Two days after our meeting he provided a proposal/estimate. I added an outside vent and he adjusted the quote by the next day. His quote looked reasonable and fair and I paid 50% upfront. The following week his crew showed up with a crew of about seven and they completed the demo on the first day. Each day, the same two workers were always there, Kyle and Larry. Others also showed up to do major plumbing and electrical. They worked continuously through the whole day stopping briefly for lunch. They cleaned the work site at the end of each day. While the job was commencing David worked with my wife to help pick out cabinets, counter top, and minor modifications. Many unexpected problems popped up but the crew skillfully handle them all without impacting the agreed cost. The tile designs my wife choose for the front of the bar and back splash were tedious to apply and probably took twice as long as expected but still no impact to cost. Each day they provided an estimate of when we needed to supply the materials that we were responsible for. The work was completed in four weeks and they did an outstanding job. My wife was extremely happy with the outcome. Kyle was fantastic to work with and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

I am so pleased! First they gave you an estimate and that is what you paid, much different than some prior bad experiences wiht another contractor. They were referred by a friend and she told me when you contact them, they respond quickly and yes they do! Also very willing to come for extra measurements. I have already recommended in my neighborhood. Very professional, polite, clean and excellent work!!!. They are methodical and delivered on electrical, carpentry, dry wall, plastering and ceiling work ...all of it!!!!

BPE is fantastic. Ive used Broome 3 or 4 times over the years. Steve and David are honest people that stand by their word and take pride in their work. My first experience working with them on my master bath remodel went very smoothly and came out great. David and Steve communicated with us every step of the way so there were no surprises.

Project was finished on time and within the agreed upon budget parameters. Construction crew was always on-time, courteous to my family and quick to clean up at end of the day. BPE have done several projects at my house. From painting the outside of my house, replacing our porch post, moving my air conditioner controller and patching the hole, cutting my counter top so I can get a bigger refrigerator, to pulling up the carpet in 4 bedrooms and putting down tile. They are very reliable. Always showed up on time and did great work. I will always call David for any future work that I need. I highly recommend BPE.
