My husband Tomas and I are not from Orlando but the overall customer service and customer experience was just overly exceedingly excellent ! Between our 3 sons and my husband himself and each of the barbers that participated in my familys hair cutting experience, completely made our day! My husband actually had the opportunity to cut off 6 years worth of dreadlocks, my step son went from a fro to a fade and with our other 2 sons getting blowouts and edges. David has been cutting my hair for over a year now. He does an amazing job with a very sharp eye for detail. Every one of the Barbers in the shop are professional, courteous, and top-notch snippers. You seriously cannot go wrong going here. Just realize that due to their capabilities, walk-ins will wait. They are always busy with someone sitting in a chair getting a hair cut and/or trimming. There is never an empty seat in the house.

Orlando 5 star cuts is the best place to go when you need a haircut. All the barbers are great but Emerson is my goto guy. Emerson is very passionate about his craft so he makes sure that you’re leaving 100% satisfied with your cut. He pays a lot of attention to detail and is easy to talk to. Hands down best barber shop in Orlando!! Every barber in there is incredible, but if you are looking for the best (IMO) Emerson the man you need to schedule with! 5 Star Cuts is amazing. I have been to a lot of shops in the Orlando area but 5 Star takes the cake over and over again. I had the pleasure of getting my cut by Eduardo who happens to be the owner. You can tell the passion he has for his business and his clients. He is so professional and friendly which explains the popularity of his shop. I usually go in and dont say a word to my barber but ever since I started going to 5 Star I always talk to Eduardo. It feels so inviting once you are in and you feel at home. The environment is upbeat and everyone is always having a good time so if you are looking for a place that is well worth the money and the customer experience is top priority then look no further. Also as a gay man I am always nervous about going to the barber shop because I dont want to stick out or feel awkward in conversation. But at 5 Star I never felt out of place or awkward, I could be me, get my haircut, chat with anyone and go about my day with an amazing fresh-cut. This dude is the most down to earth AND talented barber I’ve ever gotten my cut from. If you’re a busy person like myself and value punctuality, don’t bother. Had an appointment, keyword “appointment“, for 9am. Booked 2 weeks ahead since I was coming in from out-of-state. I get there and no one really greets you and just kind of have to wait for someone to finally ask you if you have an appointment. Showed up a couple minutes early but the guy I apparently was booked with was cutting someone else. 30 minutes later and still wasn’t ready for me and people were coming in and getting cut. Very frustrating ended up getting cut by someone else who did a great job. I understand there are delays in all kind of professions but you should reach out and let a client know. A simple text or phone call changes the entire experience.

I have been coming the Ed and 5 Star Barbershop for quite some time now. They always have excellent service every time I come. The atmosphere is family friendly at all times. They go above and beyond using hot towels for the shave. I always get compliments on my beard when I come to Ed. I send him over a few people every time he gives me a shape up. This is a great barbershop, I would definitely recommend getting your hair and/or beard cut here.

My first time there, had a calm atmosphere, they are Clean, sanitary, had a clean smell, and i noticed barbers did sanitize chairs inbetween clients. Each barber had gloves and mask and My barber Tony was quick and exceeded my expectations. I also took note that stations espwcially mirrors were clean and presentable. Everyones attire was clean; uniform shirts a plus. Will definitely be back to see Tony in 2-3 wks.

I have been taken care of more than 3 barbers, and they all do an amazing job. These guys do the job efficiently and never fail when I visit them. I did my research when moving here as I am very particular about barbers and this is by far the best barber shop in Orlando. I drive an hour round trip to get a cut. Ed is my go to guy but Elias and the rest of the team are on point as well. These guys treat you like family which is a big factor. Reasonable prices and they take their time making sure you leave looking good. Check them out if youre new to town, visiting, or looking for another shop.

I came in with my kids today NOV 16, 2019 I’ve been here since 9:30 am I’m currently here writing this review not once was I asked if someone is helping me I see people coming in and out being served.? Wth is that seriously I will not I repeat will not recommend this place to any parents with children.! My husband owns a motorcycle repair shop and it gets busy all times of the years there is no excuse google him 4.5 stars Joey cycles.!!!! Never has he ever left a costumer unattended. This service is a joke for a haircut please save your “TIME.”go somewhere else where they value you as a customer.!

5 star cuts barbers, especially Ed are talented barbers. I have been growing out my beard for several months now and the only person I trust with my beard is Ed. He does an excellent job shaping it up and making me look fresh. I recommend this barbershop for anyone who is selective about their cuts.

I was new to Orlando and looked for a barbershop with good reviews and came across Orlando 5 Star Cuts and wasnt disappointed. Its a professional environment with barbers who take pride in what they do and they do cuts on Sundays. Ive never had a problem booking appointments and being seen at my time. My barber is Leo and gives me clean cuts ever week and has great cutting techniques. I highly recommend this barbershop.

After reading many nice reviews, I made an appointment with Luis for my son. We went there 20min earlier and enjoyed the waiting because this was our first barber visit in US and it so different then what We are used to. So, waiting was not an issue. Luis has no customer but had some conversation going on with someone. No problem, I was too early. But his conversation kept going past our appointment. That would still be OK for me, if he had just told me to hold on a little longer. But than I realized he totally forgot our appointment. He never ever said “welcome” or looked at our faces, although he walked by us several times. When I finally asked about our appointment (not with a happy face of course) he didn’t even hear me out, talked over me. I think he was angry upon his long conversation and he misguided his anger to me. He thought it was about 7min waiting past appointment. In fact it was about ignoring the customer, at first place. All he had to do is to say; “sorry man!” That would have been cleared all my upset feelings and made my me and my son returning customers. Because that place seems to be nice. Unfortunatelly not for me.

Highly recommend Phelo at Orlando 5 Star Cuts. I have had my hair and beard cut by him for 4 years and nothing but exceptional and detailed service.He always focuses on getting the tightest bald fade and I always leave pleased with the results.Beard trims and shaping always include a hot towel for a complete service. Its easy to schedule appointments via text with a specific barber and the entire staff is always friendly and welcoming when you come in the establishment.

Best quality and service by far especially since having been to at least 5 barbershops in Orlando with no luck until finding this gem. Nothing but good things to say about the place, excellent service for a reasonable price and was surprised how quick I got in a chair as a walk in when it looked fairly busy. Just from observation it seemed all the barbers took their time on every haircut, even mine when I just told them to shave it all off. I usually expect a boot camp style service when I tell barbers that but they took their time to make it smooth and even.

Not the greatest haircut, Breeze still needs some more training. Barber was not friendly. Didn’t make any conversation. His daughter was always around asking him about games on her phone, and running up and down. I do hope it’s not like that everyday... price was cheaper than it was on the price list? Didn’t make sense? Might go back once more to see if the experience is the same.

I just got a haircut from this place, what a haircut. The only time I was this satisfied with a haircut was in India. Hard to find good places when most US cities are littered with garbage franchise places like Bestcuts, sportsclips etc, and these franchise places have no skills.The guy running this place knows his stuff, cleanliness is important to me, and this place is clean and organized. I went there in the morning and they were even cleaning all the tools. This is a barbershop to they can use razors if you need it. And they are open early, at 8.00, in case you wanna get ready for an event. They prefer cash I think but they have an onsite ATM machine available, plus vending machine for snacks and all. Highly recommended. If you are near Orlando Airport in Florida (MCO), definitely check them out.

Ive only been here twice but each time it has been a great experience. Great atmosphere, great barbers and great shop. Jeff cut my hair the first time and did a great job. I got my hair cut by the owner the second time, he did a great job as well and he was really cool, we just shot the breeze as he was cutting my hair. I would highly recommend making an appointment bc they do fill up and get busy but even if you walk in the service you are getting is worth the wait.

Go here and ask for Leo. Been getting my hair cut by him since 2010. Ive gone to other places since then... Like when Im on vacation or get recommended by someone else and I ALWAYS go back to Leo. Learn from me and dont waste your time anywhere else. Freshest line ups, takes his time, and MOST IMPORTANTLY doesnt push my hair line back, doesnt leave me with shave bumps, and the ladies love my beard. When I want a new style, he can get creative and make me look like a whole new person. I cant say enough. You wont be disappointed.
