Great place to get a cut. Professional Barbers and stylist.

Asked for high bald fade, and clean shave. Neck was burning red clippers was not clean properly, high bald fade yeah right messed up my fade, $30 waste of money had to go to another barbershop.

Today I walked into Playoffs Barbershop, everyone was occupied. However, I spotted Jason the barber and he immediately gave me his full attention and ensured me that he would be right with me as soon as possible. From that moment on Jason was very helpful, patient, and had the best customer service I have inquired from a professional barber in a very long period of time. One of his best qualities I noticed as I was carefully observing his work was that he took his time as if nothing else had his attention except the cut he was perusing at the moment. All together when the haircut was finished I have never been so satisfied with the way my hair was cut then I was when Jason put the clippers to work on my head. He holds all the qualities of a great barber and more at that. Another thing I noticed was his station was more than exceptionally clean. Everything was so put together, neat, and in order to the point where it not only felt like a barbershop, but it felt like a home. With all that being said, I give Playoffs Barbershop a 5 star review and If I could go higher I most definitely would do so. The bond that was formed when I stepped into that barbershop feels like it can never be broken. From this day forward, I will never step foot into another barbershop as long as Jason is there.

Walked in, waited for my turn and got one of the best cuts i have had in a long time. having difficult hair to work with, and especially when it doesnt normally look right with the cut i get, but these guys nailed it. very detailed, and take great pride in their work

I live near this area and was in desperate need of a haircut so I just so happened upon this place from a quick Google search, and my expectations were far exceeded for a place I picked at random. The staff was very friendly, as I was greeted immediately as I walked in. It was a slower day on a holiday so I was able to get in right away. Jason was my barber, he did a fantastic job and did exactly as I asked, he was very meticulous and precise, took him time with the hair cut and beard trimming shaping. More than the the haircut, the atmosphere was really enjoyable. The shop was nice and clean, there was good music playing and the back-and-forth between Lloyd, the barber next to us, and Jason was equally entertaining. Just a good vibe and one of the best overall experiences (good cut and good atmosphere) I’ve had in a while.

Owned by a ex NBA player, the barbershop is a Very well maintained, clean environment. Great vibes and great music. A few barbers but all talented and skilled. Waited there for 2 hours just to hear that they were all pack for the day. The guy kept saying that he was trying to see how she could fit a spot but at the end had to leave. Theres poor customer service and the half of the staff is rude. Dont recomend wasting your money there.

Ive visited this barbershop 3 times. I was only cut once. They do not have a sign in sheet and the times i attempted to set an appointment all barbers claimed they had more heads then the amount waiting in the shop. Most barbers within this establishment contain poor customer service and arent polite to say the least. Businesses like such will never prosper. I feel for the NBA player who provided an employment opportunity for individuals who do not deserve it. Lesson to be learned never provide opportunities to ppl who are going to kill your pockets. (RIP NIPSEY)

I would give this a ZERO!!!! Im sitting here waiting for my bf too get a cut and not only did his guy Ej keep changing his appointment time and take 3 other people ahead of him, his slow as hell and his work is not worth the wait!! Ive seen him take 3 clients not clean his clippers or sweep up the floor that insanitory Plus he just dropped the Clipper and picked them up and continued too use them!!!!! Two other guys did the same thing take clients and not clean their stations after!! And then this other one was eating in the waiting area and when his client came in he didnt even wash his hands!! This place is unprofessional and ghetto but then again What do you expect from this area!!!!

A nice and clean shop. The owner is an ex NBA player. Hence the name Play Offs Barbershop. The inside is themed and fits. From the hardwood basketball floors to the players benches and the basketball goal. Flat screens all over with multiple games playing. The place was very clean and welcoming. The staff matched the professional look of the shop and welcomed everyone who came in. My barber was a young kid named Jose. I admit i was a bit hesitant because of his age, but was in a hurry so I took a chance. Im glad i did, although he is young he takes barbering serious and pays attention to details. He treats it like a career. I would Definately recommend him. The other barbers did great jobs as well on the heads they were ✂ng that i got a chance to see. All in all I gave it 5 stars because it is clean,sleek and professional looking and the barbers are actually talented.

I am only giving this place one stars because my experience was only with one barber and doesnt account for the rest of the barbers. I give ZERO stars for Eddy the barber.I have a South of France cut and asked for a dark burst fade, pretty much the basic South of France fade. He not only cut my sides too low but cut into my long hair. Throughout the day I was pulling out chunks of hair where he cut into my fro. The fade was BLURY. I not only showed him a picture of a South of France cut for reference but it was a picture of his own work from the shops IG page. Worst of all he slaughtered my hair line. Im sensitive about my hairline and disclaimed my purpose in having a rounded soft edge up. HOW DO YOU RECEDE A NATURAL EDGED HAIRLINE? He also pushed my line to far up in the back. I communicated my dissatisfaction and his response after taking my $20 was have a blessed day. Haha!It will take 6 to 8 weeks of the regrowth phase to regain my hairline. Terrible barber to say the least!

They never take walk in and if you go there the head guy pass you off like your money doesnt matter they all way taking smoke breaks every time appointment leave they need to tighten up

By far the worst experience. I had an apt with a barber named EJ. I arrived five mins before my scheduled appointment. He did not acknowledge me as a client nor did he mention that he was running behind. I waited an hour and five to be informed by another client of his that was waiting for two hours that its normal for EJ to not adhere to appointments he has scheduled with clients. If youre looking to be played with come here.
