We celebrate our youngest daughter’s birthday in Orlando every year. This year was her 16th so we wanted to make it special. We stayed at a Universal Resort and Nela delivered her gorgeous arrangement to us at our hotel. Her work is just stunning and pure artistry! We will enjoy it for the week and are very sad that we cannot take it on the plane with us. It looks like it would last a month or two! Nela was so easy to work and communicate with. The balloons were a surprise for my sister who celebrated her birthday at Disney within a couple of days of its opening after Covid shut-down. Nela went out of her way to make sure the delivery happened even though there were restrictions on who could enter hotels. The balloon bouquet was perfect, and looked as good a week later as it did the day it was delivered. I was a little worried about trusting someone I found on the internet, but there wasn’t any need to worry, Nela was great & super easy to work with!
