I took my 2000 BMW Z3 to Kellys Quality Auto Upholstery to have my convertible top replaced. Kelly (the owner) is awesome! Hes extremely accommodating, friendly and has great customer service. His prices are also unbeatable. Kellys response was super quick and as well was the turnaround. Kelly is not only experienced in what he does, but takes great pride in his work. Kelly is an old world craftsman, he knows how to work on older classic cars, a skill that is dying out Im afraid. He is super meticulous and detailed oriented and punctual in his commitments ( so the promised turnover dates are actually met !! ). He has done work on my BMW 2002 and Porsche speedster, both look great.

Mr Kelly removed the driver seat out of my BMW 528I and added foam to the worn down bolster on the seat. His work was great and his price reasonable. I would go back for future Upholstery needs.

Took my 2011 Porsche in for repair of the headliner. Kelly was able to complete the work in 2 days as promised. Not satisfied. Went to the shop three times and all three times he was surprised i was there even when he was the one who scheduled with me. 1st time he was busy and told me to bring it on Monday, and was not expecting me when i got there on Monday morning. Had to bring it a second time for a deep look and see what he can do. I called him to let him know i will bring it as discussed he didnt recall the conversation and I had to remind him that he had seen the car already. Then that 2nd time i showed up he told he had a situation, and told me when i was already there, that he was running behind schedule and cannot work on it today and to come Friday. I showed up on Friday and he told me he was expecting me Monday, surprised again with a bit of an attitude. I left the car but he didnt fix the issue of the top not operating, plus did a sloppy workaround job tying a white thin string to the an existing ticker black string around a metal bar, and didnt even cut the left over string, left it hanging, which I ended up cutting it. He did charge me, and that’s ok, since I never expected to be free. I am not dissatisfied with the charge, but the service.

I asked Kelly to completely upholster my Ski Nautique where no other firm would even give me a quotation. Kelly is very responsive and not intimidated by complex requirements. He also has a shop where he can pull in the vehicle which is RARE these days. He called me proactively and provided status on the job. The final results looked factory new and the complex parts were handled with aplomb. I wouldnt be afraid to bring him any sort of job and have recommended him to my friends with classic cars.

Outstanding job on my daughters 2002 Ford Thunderbird!!! From ordering the exact original cloth top to perfect installation. This car can now go back on the showroom floor as it was 14 years ago. From the outside to the inside liner everything was back just like new and reasonable pricing. Kelly re-did a set of t-top shades for me that I had made that never fit right after sending them back twice. I went to Kellys and he said he could make them fit. In about 45 minutes he had them fitting like a glove, and only charged a portion of what he had first estimated. If you want some upholstery work done right and reasonable then Kellys is the place to go.

He did a great job on fixing the top on my jaguar and had it back to me within a couple of days.

Had a seat repaired where the bolster wasnt holding up and had worn through. Repaired it to new condition and the feeling of the seat is better than new. The same issue wont happen again thanks to Kelly figuring out what the problem was and proactively fixing it. Thank you!

Kelly’s upholstery was upholstery did the absolutely worst horrific substandard unprofessional garbage work I have ever seen in my life. Kelly’s upholstery was recommended by one of his friends of 30 years . Once Kelly’s upholstery friend seen the deplorable quality. Not the friend dose not recommend Kelly’s upholstery to anyone else. If you are not %100 all America white citizens if I was you I would not allow Kelly’s upholstery to do any work on your car boat or anything else. You are definitely treated inhumanly differently if you are not a white American . I have pictures to back up my review if requested never again thanks I had to spend $1200 to correct his substandard repulsive work. And he refused to give me not even half of my money back

I wanted to take a moment to post a positive review for Kellys Quality Auto Upholstery!A passenger of mine had an unfortunate mishap on my BRAND NEW cars leather seat (saying that I was very upset about this preventable mishap would be an understatement!), and after getting an initial quote of $1700 from one company recommended to me by the dealer (they wanted to order and replace everything before even taking the seat apart to assess the damage), I decided to take it to Kellys for a second opinion. Kelly offered to first take the seat apart and see just how much damage was caused before having to order ALL new parts from the dealer. Fortunately for me, the damage to the interior of the seat was minimal and Kelly was able to replace the damaged sections of the seats padding and clean and restore the original leather seat cover (which would have been $800 alone to order new!). I dropped my car off to Kelly on a Friday at 9am and by 3:30pm that same day, my car seat looked as good as new and it was significantly less than the other quote I had received!! I cannot thank Kelly enough for restoring my seat back to its new condition and for doing so at a VERY fair price (no, the passenger did NOT offer to pay for the repair so it was coming out of my own pocket!). Its great to have such fantastic and honest businesses in our local Conway area!

Five stars is not enough! Kelly gave me a quote for fixing my headliner after Id already made an appointment at another shop, and he took the time to explain the pitfalls associated with the job on my particular car. It was clear he knew what he was talking about when he described portions of the job, sight-unseen. I cancelled the other appointment, brought it in, he stuck to the estimate and finished the job on time. The results are beautiful. Cant recommend this place highly enough!

My husband and I recently brought his convertible Miata to Kelly. It had been leaking for a couple years. He was very honest and went out of his way to work with us to clean out the rain rails and replace the convertible top! He did an excellent job and explained everything thoroughly prior to doing the repair. Installed my new top completely wrong. Top has to be disassembled and reinstalled. Said he never did my model year car before things change, maybe i made a few mistakes, a few? . Emails from EzOn confirm he installed it wrong and advised me not to operate roof until its reinstalled properly (emails available). Id give zero stars but theres no option for it. Buyer beware.

Fast service with attention to detail

Not much else to add that has not already been said. The quality of the work was great, particularly given that I was on a tight budget. Kelly gave me some different options. We settled on material and price and scheduled the repair. Kelly is pretty solidly booked. I take that as a good sign. There are plenty of incompetent vendors out there that are happy to take your money right now, do a bad job and hold your car hostage for a month. No thanks!!I confirmed with Kelly the day before the schedule start date and sure enough he was ready to start the next morning. When I dropped off the car we did one last review of the scope of work and price and he said see you Friday. Friday came and there she was slick as a whistle. Kelly is a true craftsman. A dying breed. If you need upholstery or trim work done dont wait.
