My husband and I took our Dodge Grand Caravan to Universal Auto Interior & Upholstery Repair to have the seats done. The foams were completely worn down and the fabric had seen better days. Betty (the owner) is awesome! She is extremely accommodating, friendly and has great customer service which is hard to find nowadays. Betty’s response time was quick and so was the turnaround. It is more than obvious that both, Betty and her team, are not only experienced, but they take great pride in the work they do. The care and detail with which they do their job shows in the final results. We are super happy with how the seats turned out, they look amazing!!! Their prices are also unbeatable! We highly recommend Universal Upholstery for any and all of your upholstery needs. :)

Owner and staff are very nice. I needed my drivers seat repaired, and they were able to fix the rip perfectly. It did take a few tries to match the seat color with the rest of the interior, but in the end they were able to do it. Im very happy with the result and I would definitely come here again in the future

They did a great job replacing cracked upholstery on my Avalanche drivers side seat. I came to the shop and they started on it right away, 45 minutes later and they were done! Very fair price too. Super nice, even let me borrow their shop vac to clean out all the crud that was there after they removed the seat.

If you have anything other than a simple need this is NOT the place to go. They will mess up your sunroof. They will scratch you car, they will leave scratches and dents on you car interior, they will mess up your cooled seats. Had them replace a headliner and repair a torn seat and when I went to pick up the vehicle the headliner pan was drooping from the ceiling, clips not properly re-installed, the cooled seat that they repaired the tear in no longer worked, after they made a big stink about how the perforated leather was a special item, and the air bag lights were on. They agreed to fix it all. I had at time noticed the scratches on the hood, looked like they placed their supplies in the hood, and a gouge in the metal door sill plate but did not want to get even more heated with them. Came back to pick up the fixed car and went through it completely....so the sunroof did not function properly and there were scratches and gouges on the interior.If you want a cheap, poor install with extra damage to your vehicle, this is the place for you!

As soon as I arrived they welcomed me in a very professional and friendly manner, i told them the damage i had on my vehicle upholstery, they gave me a reasonable price and I accepted it. After i paid, they started working on my vehicle upholstery right away, when they finished the upholstery looked brand new, like there was never any damage on it and i was out in minutes... i highly recommended.

After reading some negative reviews i was a little skeptical on how professional they truly were. I decided to give them a chance since they were located so close to home. The job they did to my boat was amazing. Quality of the leather and craftsmanship was superb. Customer service was really warm since its a family based business . Recently dropped my truck off for the driver seat to be repaired and was completely blown away by the quality of work they performed.

Went there to get two seams repaired in my trans am. The work came out terrible. When I got back he had nothing but excuses. They didn’t take the opportunity to fix the situation when they should have. I would leave pictures if I could. Really disappointing experience. Waste of time and money.

I came in to get my headliner fixed there were a few places that didnt want to do it because its a BMW. They had no problem doing it I was suppose to have it fixed weeks ago but I had to keep pushing it back because of my schedule and they were very understanding I would recommend them to a friend. Im also going back to get the leather on my seats fixed.

The owner of the company is being sued by her credit card companies for being a deadbeat and the 3 other reviews are plants by the retard squad that hangs out in the back. These guys are crooked and not to be trusted with anything . I would leave negative stars if possible. Carlos Ortiz had my bmw over a month. ruined the convertible top and headliner. completely destroyed my weather striping. lost interior trim parts. left spray glue on my hood. new interior is peeling off door panels, under cut around my door handle tried to cover with spray paint. broke the sensor for my passenger seat airbags. in a nut shell Im relying on the state of Floridas courts to recoup the money Ive been screwed out of. I so wish I could attach pictures to warn of the shady dealings here. carlos should sell hotdogs from a cart on the corner.

I had a 2006 Honda Civic with a headliner that was coming apart causing foam bits to fly everywhere in the car. I couldnt put my windows down because of that issue. After shopping around for prices, i visited Universal Auto Upholstery and found this place to have the best price. I asked how long the job would take to replace my headliner and she quoted me about 3 to 4 hours. I told her that i would come back the next day because i worked at 3:30 and it was already 12pm, and she worked something out and told me it would be done in 2 and a half hours. So I dropped off the car, took my chance and went to grab some lunch. After finishing lunch and killing some time, I return to check the progress and and i met the worker who was already finishing up in less than 2 hours! I looked inside and i was shocked at how excellent the work had looked and how fast he had it done. Before all of this, one of the pins/screws on my (i dont know the name of the flap above your head where CDs and other items can be placed) driver side sun visor was gone, so he swapped out one of the pins from the passenger side because he figured it was necessary to have it on the driver side in case I needed to store something or block the sun. This attention to detail and consideration made me very grateful to the effort that has been made to get my car done in a very short amount of time and the professional quality of the work. Thank you Universal Auto Upholstery for the great job, speed and attention to detail. I will definitely recommend anybody who needs great service like this and for a very afforable price!

It is supposed to be open Fridays until 6pm and Saturdays until 1pm but I went on Friday Oct 12 at 2pm and although the door was open and sign was on, they told me that they were just cleaning and not open till monday.

Do not recommend. Very unprofessional with how owner deals with customers.
