So far so good he was very knowledgeable about interiors and what looks good very excited to see what the outcome will be and his prices are very reasonable will definitely let you know the outcome in about 3 or 4 weeks here is update I got my truck back and I was more than pleased with the results they really did a great job on it

I loved everything about the business they are amazing people and provided a great service I came in with my soft top leaking and in less than 3 days they had it ordered and on the car, and it was an original top to the car. I highly recommend them.

Faultless operation from start to finish. Front seats and bench seat reupholstered 2014 Highlander from dark vinyl to light grey leather. Door panels replaced to match. Looks like a new vehicle inside. Probably a little on the expensive side for an older car but then real quality is never the cheap option. You want a new car interior, then this is the place!! We pulled into Orlando Auto Upholstery today because of its reputation, and without an appointment. We were up in the air about whether to get a quote on a small tear inside our Infinitis hard-top convertible, because its mechanism had recently gotten cranky. iow, we couldnt be positive that it would re-close, once opened (Yikes!) To solve that problem in the past, wed have to drive (top half-open to the sky) from Winter Park, Fla to the Sanford dealership where it would be fixed in three hours at an average cost of $170 each time. So, it took a leap of faith to open the hardtop but OAUs two pros were so intrigued in solving the mystery that we couldnt resist their enthusiasm and took a chance. My husband pressed its auto-open, and sure enough, it froze halfway there. The cool and calm experts kept their heads and gave us good advice. And voila! It worked and the opening resumed, so they could more closely examine the fabric-tear problem. Afterward, the car was tamed and re-closed instantly and completely (something wed stopped taking for granted!) Thank you Orlando Auto Upholstery. You can bet well want you to take care of future problems and we plan to spread the word! (Finally, to make matters even more mind-boggling--they wouldnt let us pay.) OAU has our loyalty for life!

Don and his crew replaced the convertible top on my car after the dealer declined to attempt it, saying the frame was bent. They accommodated my schedule, staying late the day before Thanksgiving to get it done. (Shout out to Tom). Looks great and works great. I highly recommend them.

After having been told by the auto manufacturer and my insurance company that the repairs couldnt be completed, I took a chance and called Don and the guys at Orlando Auto Upholstery. Not only were they able to restore the upholstery to like new condition, but they were able to do so for less than the insurance company had paid me and the vehicle was ready a day earlier than promised.Fantastic job!!! The pride and effort they put into the work is second to none.

I met with the manager to discuss the project, we inspected the car, I received and estimate and a time frame as to when I could get the job completed. We came to an agreement and the job was scheduled. August 20, 2018. I am the original owner of a 2004 Grand Prix. Low mileage, all original. I just had these guys put two-tone leather seats in it. They did such a GREAT job. This place is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! Family owned and operated business that has been around since 1973. At Orlando Auto Upholstery you are treated like family, not just another customer. I went to them back in 2010 when my convertible cover had come undone at the seams (of course during the months when it rains like a monsoon here!) I spoke directly with the owner and she got me in IMMEDIATELY. For a mere $69 bucks my cover was back to new and ultimately saved the interior of my car and I from getting an intense daily shower!!! Since then, I have recommended multiple people to them and vouch that I will never go to another place in Central Florida for any sort of upholstery work. Not only are you treated like family but the quality of work is TOP NOTCH! And for the price,... you just CANT beat it! Take my word: you will NEVER have to question for even a moment where to go to get the best price and work around! The woman who runs the place took over for her late husband and she is an amazing woman and owner with a SUPERB staff! Having the ability to go to a place and work DIRECTLY with THE OWNER is VERY RARE. Also, lastly, the building is right across the street from one of the most beautiful lakes in Orlando (Lake Ivanhoe), so while I waited for my car to get fixed I took a much needed stroll over to a bench right in front of it! Great service and fare prices

I ordered the Katskins leather seats to replace the cloth in my 2019 Dodge Challenger RT. The exterior color is the Destroyer Gray and the interior is all black. These guys did a great job! The seats look like factory leather but, with a custom touch. Super nice guys (family), quality installation, and in my opinion a great value. Two thumbs up!

Took a Jeep Cherokee in for a new headliner, and they also repaired my broken drivers seat! Its like new again! Great work.

Great work and service. Had a console I needed reupholstered, got a reasonable quote by email after sending pics and brought it in that day. Was told it would be a few days but got a call the next day that it was ready because they got the materials quick. Quality of work was top notch. I couldnt be happier and they receive the highest of recommendation from me.

I cant thank Don and his team enough for their help with the convertible top on my 1968 VW Karmann Ghia. The top had an issue where it would only go down halfway and then become stuck. I took the car to four different shops and no one could figure out what the problem was or how to fix it.Then a friend recommended Orlando Auto Upholstery as the go-to place, so I went the very next day. I received a friendly greeting and after learning they have been in business for 47 years, I felt comfortable leaving my classic car in their hands.Don called the same day and said the problem had been located and the top was now functioning. Better still, it just needed the right touch and technique to overcome its quirky issue. They showed me how to lower it correctly and made sure I knew how to do it before I left. Have an 06 Mustang with the typical sagging door panels. Wanted to get them recovered, but also update the look to represent a 2010 Mustang door panel with a pleated design. Multiple shops turned down the work stating it couldnt be done, and only wanted to do a simple flat panel. Contacted Orlando Auto Upholstery and they not only accepted the job, but exceeded my expectations in their execution. Door panels look incredible, and the price was in line with what other shops wanted to charge for a simple flat panel. Shop appeared professional, organized and clean, as were all employees. Will be back for any future interior needs.

I got my headliner replaced here about 3 months ago and they did a fantastic job!!! But my passenger mirror fell off the visor with our crazy Florida heat....so I went back to see what it would cost to fix and the guys just did it for free, right then....no waiting....even though it was not their fault!!! Their customer service is excellent!!! Thank you guys, I appreciate you!!!!

Great experience here. My Mercedes had a bit of an issue with the right front seat and Don did a great job fixing it. Ended up not costing anything and took the car 2 and a half hours after leaving it there. Thank you!

They did an awesome job re-upholstering my center console, and actually made the arm rest (lid) twice as comfortable and twice as durable as the factory version. Mind you, this is an Acura. I went here to get a quote for my driver seat bc the leather is ripped, a Hispanic gentleman from the office came out and looked at the seat and tried to charge me $750 to repair it which is a complete rip off I’ve been to other places and I’ve got quoted a lot less than that. After I told him I got a quoted a lot less somewhere else, Instead of explaining why it was gonna cost me $750 or if there were any alternatives to leather that will cost less he just stood there like he could care less. Terrible customer service, A five-year-old could do better. Somebody should take a sales/customer service course. I recommend way of the wolf by Jordan Belfort. Sincerely, - A Salesman

Really impressed with their work. Brought in a back seat that had the stitching coming apart due to shrunken leather. They said theyd try to stitch it back but would probably have to just replace the bad panels. Not only were they able to stitch it, which was much cheaper, but they turned it around in under 3 hours. 10/10 would use again.

Very humble workers and owner

Poor professionalism. Went to Orlando Auto Upholstery for a set of marine vinyl table skirts, similar to wheel well covers on an RV. They gave me an 8 day window and assured me it would be done. When i called to pick them up, they had not finished or even started the job. Shop manager never called to say there was a problem and when I showed up to get the originals i was told, we got busy. I later found out they tried to outsource the job to other shops.Regardless of being busy or not, professionals call ahead. I clearly explained that these covers were for a charity event and my trailer would be on display for 4 days during a surf competition Labor Day weekend. Let this lack of caring be a warning to you if your upholstery needs are important.

They replaced the top on my BMW X3. It looks like it rolled off the showroom floor!

Brought my 2005 Saab 9-3 in for a leaky roof. After paying $400 for new tension cables, problem had worsened. OAU had no other answers, couldnt diagnose the problem, but requested I buy a new roof anyway. Nice people, but Ill go elsewhere from now on.
