This is the absolute best mechanic shop I’ve even been to. Our mechanic was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. My boyfriend and I are from out of town, so when our car started having issues we were very worried. We checked several different shops which were all crazy expensive, misinformed, and overall not helpful.Then we stopped at this little gem. We were greeted with a smile by the mechanic. He took the time to check out every possible issue (while keeping our timeframe in mind). He walked us through every step, explained things when we had questions, and seemed genuinely happy to do so.At the end, he fixed our issue and gave us a huge deal on it!! Best service ever ❤️

My daughters truck key fob died and stranded in Orlando!!! We found this place by sheer luck! They were still there 545pm!! And they worked hard price was reasonable (no after hours fee) i will return!!! They earned a client for life!!!

Worst communication ever. I have my guardian interlock with them only to come on the day of my appointment to find out they do not service them anymore and to go to a different location that took on their clients for the service. I show up at the place to find it closed because Orlando Auto Clinic do not know how to communicate with both the new place that services Guardian and myself. On top of that I call Orlando Auto Clinic the day of to confirm my appointment in which they could have told me they don’t service Guardian and I would have at least made it to the new place during business hours. But their phone number doesn’t even work. Please spend more money else where or the same amount. For better customer service and professionalism.

Mongi made my car worse and wont answer my calls and refuses to fix the problems he has caused. I wish I never took my car here because now Im out $400 and will have to pay more for someone to fix the problem he never fixed correctly and to fix problems that he has caused. Horrible customer service every time Ive gone. Im writing this review to warn everyone else to go somewhere else before you think about coming here.Update : I finally got a hold of him and he refuses to fix my car now because he saw this review. He knows he messed up my car but thinks he doesnt have to do anything about it because of an honest review instead of trying to make things right

I especially loved one mechanic who used to work there, and he just happens to be my husband. His customers loved him and so many were very vocal about him leaving. He heard over and over how good his work was. They even asked for his phone number so my husband could fix their vehicles at home, but he is now retired.

Always a great experience when going to the shop the girl that was there for a really long time was amazing, always a smile and always super efficient, however since she has been gone things have been lacking in some areas, Bring Jamie back.

Monji is great, honest hard working and really cares about his customers in the past they had a receptionist who was horrible and was aweful but I haven’t seen her would recommend Monji service to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic

I took my car here for a vibration on my brake pedal. They said it was the brake booster & master cylinder and wanted $600 to fix it. I asked for my keys back and said this is a rip off. The secretary nearly cursed me out. Is this how you treat your customers? How rude. I hope no one gets caught in your trap. By the way, it was a broken upper control arm $240. You almost got me.

Very honest mechanic at a fair price.

Had to get an insurance inspection done because I switched carriers. Orlando Auto Clinic had the inspection done and car back to me in 5 minutes. The employees were attentive and nice.

Knowledgeable and trustworthy, this is the only place I will take my car now.

Best car mechanics

Having to have an interlock system installed in your car can be bad enough but then ti have to deal with an auto shop like this is just horrible i dont know how they could be official to install interlocks is beyond me and i really think the safety council and dmv should reuvaluate this place because it is very poor on perfmance and customer relations. Would have gave this shop 0 stars if it was available. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

They figured out a very difficult electrical problem with my Kia after another auto shop and the Kia Dealer both gave up!

The business is excemptional in 0+l0both work rendered and customer service. The parking lot is small but can still squeeze in somewhere.

If it takes over 7 hours just to install a breathalizer you should not be a mechanic. Horrible service
