I was recommended to this shop from another shop my family always goes to and they do a great job fixing the issue, informative, and straight forward.Once they fixed my manifold Leak ac I came back and let them do my o2 sensor. Bobby is a 2005 Dodge Durango and they are fixing him up real nicely. Prices are reasonable. They do very good work and get it the job done

After spending almost 2 full days working on my ball joints. I was finally advised to just take the a frame off and bring them here. Thank God I did!! In a couple hours, they were able to get the old ones out and put the new ones in. Excellent service!!

Great mechanic shop. I was referred to them by one of my employees. They are straight when it comes to repairs and prices. I am now taking all my three cars there. What I like is that they will tell you how much it is including labor and if they find something else they will call you to see if you want to repair it.

The first time i came here i had just moved to Orlando and was having car issues. I had got a few different quotes and of course Lokeys was the best. I was very pleased with service. I had some more issues and was recommended to another place that was just horrible. This time around i knew not to waste time. I took my car to Lokeys and it was ready the next day reasonable prices. Also took care of another problem for no extra labor charge. A few days later my boyfriend also noticed he had pinned my bumper back up for me as well. It goes with out saying Lokeys is officially my go to Auto shop. I wont waste my time going anywhere else again.

Honest and no nonsense. Need a little help with customer service skills but point on with technical and mechanical skills. Cant be in a hurry and may have to be without your vehicle for one or two days. I recommend you try them for yourself. Dont let the appearance or location of the shop fool you. They very professional.

Would not reccomend this Rip off... Went into get some bolts mounted on my exhaust manifold, they told me it was cracked and need to be replaced for 450 dollars so I took it home and replaced it myself and thats when I noticed My old manifold was perfectly fine just needed bolts mounted. Would not recommend this place.

Took me a week to write this review because i wanted to really think about how i was going to relay how i felt about this place in a short review. Basically id sum it up for me like this, i am a country boy yankee that grew up in some interesting mechanics shops. This place instantly put my mind at ease. There is something about having one of those old half metal building looking airplane hangers as the place you take your care to get repaired. Now i know that real reason anyone is even reading this review is to find out what i think of the pricing. Well being that orlando seems to fluctuate a great deal i would say that Lokeys is on the lower end of the cost spectrum which has nit been my experience in Florida at all. Everything is lowq priced usually and takes 2 days to long to get your car back. Not at Lowkeys, they have gotten my car in and out in 24 hours with some prettty reasonable costs. They have been around for 50 or something years and i think they will be around for at least 50 more. Top it off its a local business and id rather give my money to harder working and more thorough mechanic than a corporate entity any day of the we, if ive got any automotive workt be done it definitely do yourself a favor and take your car to lowkeys

Brought a 2008 Dodge Caravan. Took it to two other repair locations and they didnt give me a straight answer. Paid out two quotes for $100 for quotes on the problem which they said was a Catalytic Converter issue. Took it to Lokeys and they were honest about the status of the car and the problem. I spoke with David and he was very informative and told me the problem was the computer. He gave me a reasonable price replaced it and so far the car is running smoothly. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

The guys at this shop are honest, knowledgeable, fast and fair. They not only figured out what was wrong with my car, they also fixed the problems caused by the previous mechanic. They even saved the old parts so they could explain everything to me. David and the rest of the crew are total professionals. Randy is the go to man, been scammed by many mechanics and charged a lot of money to just find out what’s wrong with my car. Randy found out, didn’t even charge me and did the repair for a very decent price. He’s my new mechanic from now on.

Called to get some information on services. Dude was extremely rude.

First impression is everything to me . I called this company around 9:47am this morning and the guy with a attitude answered “Lokeys” with a firm voice asked him a simple question “Do you guys fix thermostat housing in vehicles” the person answered very rudely and just had a nasty attitude !! If you have bad customer service do not open a shop simple !

Left my car there on Mon and they never touched it for four days without notifying me highly unprofessional..
