Never have I gotten good service here. Heres a list of accomplishments:No update phone calls (went 3 days without hearing from them)Late shuttle service (was told it was being sent out immediately, waited over an hour for someone to show up)Literally damaged my car (grease stains on door panels and a chunk taken out of it)Never have I gotten a service done in one day (even getting there at opening with an appointment)This service center has deterred me from ever buying another Hyundai again.I type this as I stand in the heat waiting for a shuttle that was supposed to be here more than 30 minutes ago.
They the worse, buy a car from them within a week the car AC went out... Before i bought it they told me there was nothing wrong with it... They wont return my call are nothing. .. i wouldnt refer them
0 stars.I was getting billed again for my power window that was not fixed the first time.Why should I have to pay again when it s on them for not fixing it right.This was not right.I called their corporate headquarters and Im waiting to here from them.Not right!!

This time I had a fast service for a recall and is due to me calling Hyundai customer service and complaining about this dealer for not returning my calls for 2 weeks to set and appointment for an ABS recall. After I had a conference call with a customer service from Hyundai and the Greenway dealer service rep. things moved in the right direction.
Went to get some information on car buying so I can make a purchase soon and Robert explained some information on car buying instead of just running my credit he provided me with tips to help me make a purchase soon.

I gave parameters of what I needed to do,great service from Mary. The time spent was good, no hassle or I would have walked.she kept me interested and bought a car,first car for my granddaughter. Most I visit I dont feel at ease. Mary was great. Thank you Mary.
