Great Local Central Florida Insurance Agent. Great Quotes, Great Rates.

Very bad insurance company. Told me one rate when i went with them and then bumped my rate by 50 without notifying me or explaining to me. So i had to give THEM a call and ask them WHY i am receiving this bump on rate. One of the rep told me she need to ask main office so told me she will call. No call returned back so i had to call her. And she said, the rate was bumped coz i didnt have any insurance from march to September. So NOW what kind of BULLSHIT is that. I bought a new car on march, first of call you cant buy car without insurance. I would stay away from them. Go to progressive atleast they will charge you what they say. Reporting them to BBB as well.
