Estrella Insurance. Here is my review: I found out after 2 years of paying Estrella Insurance that I was able to get 3 times the Coverage and Save $1,865 a year. I had motorcycle coverage with Progressive. Knowing $345 a month was high for the car I called Progressive about adding my car on to the motorcycle policy, basically combining the two. They saw all the accidents that were a result of the children, while they were under our names we were not the drivers and the one speeding ticket I got 3 years ago still saved me I have 2 girls and 3 boys that were covered under our insurance policy for about 12 years between the 5 of them. As they grew up, the boys got into a few accidents and some speeding tickets. I have 1 ticket in 5 years and no accidents and my wife has nothing at all, no accidents no tickets. When we called Estrella two years ago we were told that our Auto Insurance was so high because of the accidents and tickets the boys had over the years even though they do not live with us anymore and are all out on their own.I called around as I was thinking that my wife and I both work at home. We drive about 40 miles a week, thats 30 on the motorcycle, primary Sunday rides, but I use the bike for daily errands, small stuff at the grocery store etc...With 40 miles a week that is less than 2500 a year. 75% lower than the average person meaning we are unlikely to have car issues as we are not on the road and with most of the miles being on the motorcycle I am not really worried about accident insurance. I have medical insurance and an accident on a motorcycle does not usually turn out so well for the rider and especially not so well for the passenger. Bottom line, this place overcharged me for 2 years as I trusted them and did not shop around when I should of, shop before you by from them........ It saved me almost $1900.00

Cynthia made it easy to obtain insurance for my vehicle, worked with her for a half a year now and any questions I have shes right there to answer.UPDATED/EDIT**If your call is answered by Milandys hung up the phone immediately and try again. She will be the death of this location. Cynthia whom I normally work with was not there Milandys answered questions incorrectly and told me I was not confused when I stated I was. My policy at this point has relapsed because of her incorrect information. Stay with Cynthia or dont use them.

They made it impossible to cancel the policy. I signed and sent all the documents that were requested. They are extremely unethical and unprofessional. The employees use personal G-mail accounts to handle requests.

They robbed me, they made me a quote of approximately $ 170 per month first and I accepted, they made me pay $ 24 to review the licenses and then the next day to close the contract they called me saying that the payment was $ 240 per month, then afterwards they claimed that the $ 170 was an approximate payment. I want them to explain to me how an approximate payment goes from $ 170 to $ 240, they just tell you that price so you have to pay the license review and then they tell you the real price. 0 recommended a TOTAL scam.
