Alex reviewed my homeowner policy I have with another carrier that Ive been with for 30 years. I was with John since it was him and his brother back in 1997. He was great to work with until probably about the past 7 years. Anytime you need anything they are unresponsive, unhelpful and rude. Prior to leaving I even gave John an opportunity to call and talk to me and he didnt take the time to do so. After over 20 years I would think he would have called to learn about how his team treats his clients. I left Johns agency over his staff.

John Buchholz, what in the world is going on with your company? We have been with you for 20-plus years. I called three times today and every time somebody actually picked up and immediately hung up the phone on me without even saying hello. I am beyond irritated at this. I hardly ever need any help but had a couple of urgent questions today and am dealing with THIS!? After reading all of the reviews lately Im really starting to wonder about your company. I have been with SF for about 30 years. No one seems to ever answer the phone however youll get a call if they want to review your coverage and sell you something ... At least it seems that way.. I still like State Farm as a insurance and I really dont have to speak to the agent that much.

Really bad service. I bought insurance from this agent on a brand new car and they told I am good with the policy and no additional documents required. Suddenly over last weekend after 3 months after purchase, I got mail from Statefarm notifying that collision and comprehensive got suspended due to lack of some vehicle inspection documents. I called this agency and they told that they need vehicle for inspection immediately and is not covered as of that date. I asked them why they havent notified earlier when I purchase insurance or in last three months and they DONT HAVE ANSWER except apologies. SO THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO PERFORM THEIR BASIC JOB DUTIES AND CAN PUT YOU GUYS IN REAL TROUBLE !!! BE AWARE !!! I need to buy from another insurance company to drive back home today. Wasted my whole work day !!!

I have spoken to 4 people today 6/6/2016 concerning my policy. And as of yet my policy issue has not been resolved. Looking forward to speak with one more person on it. The people from State Farm that I have talked to so far seem to have selective hearing/they dont truly listen and are quick to object not taken into consideration the wrongness/unfairness on the issue. It does not seem that theyre truly listening to my overall dispute. I will get back on the final results on this issue.

I used to get a negative vibe from this place when I was a client, also service and price is no longuer competitive. Was with SF for 19 years, just moved to Geico.

BAD BAD BAD SERVICE. TAMMIE MONTERO AND ALLIE GAINES ARE HORRIBLE. I would give 0 stars if I could. I set up a payment plan with them for $270 a month to be taken out of my account on the 23rd, and instead they took out $593. The last person I spoke to around the end of July assured me that only $270 would be coming out, and to disregard anything that came in the mail saying otherwise, so thats exactly what I did. So when I noticed that they took out more than double what they were supposed to, they told me it was also for the month before, but when I had called the last time around the end of July, I was calling to pay what they had just taken out, on the 23rd! And they told me it was already taken care of and not to worry! So the woman I spoke to, Tammie Montero, which is the manager of this office I believe, was insanely unprofessional. She spoke down to me, and then ultimately hung up on me. I needed this money because I had plans for my daughter and I this weekend, and she showed absolutely no sympathy and hung up on me. I was shocked by how unprofessionally I was treated. Also by Allie Gaines. Both need to be fired IMMEDIATELY, no customer should be treated the way I was treated by them. Will be contacting corporate ASAP.
