I bought both homeowners and vehicle insurance there. This should be enough said.

Please be careful when choosing your State Farm Agent, good brand as a whole but, Jim Daniels is a horrible agent. Hes never in the office and his staff are rude. Ive been with State Farm for over 13 years and we all know how insurance works, that for the most part youll never get your moneys worth but, at least be in the office and friendly if youre an Agent and have friendly staff. I came from another state and previously had a great experience but, upon moving to Florida, I assumed all State Farm agents were awesome and thats not the case. Long Story short, I switched to Geico and I know it sounds cliche but, I truly did save a lot of money where State Farm could not. I would recommend State Farm but, Jim Daniels put a bad taste in my mouth. Id seek another agent if you want to stick with State Farm.

State Farm has been taking care of of my vehicles and ride for over 25 plus years and now Ive combined homeowners insurance too. They remind me when payments are due either by text or calling me before its too late. Best of care. Always friendly

I had a minor accident which was not my fault. It was a decision other persons insurance and mine had to make. Turned out they said I was in fault. Jim did not protect me. As an agent they are suppose to fight for their clients. So my insurance rates went up. I was with Jim for over 30 years. He is all about the money will not protect clients he would rather have your rates go up so he can make more money. Do not go to this guy for insurance.

I really dont like when people cant do theyre job correctly and then blame it on each other why they cant do things properly. The agents is never there so even though he might be experience hes useless because he is imposible to get a hold of. I would be better of speaking to an automated answering machine then his uneducated, disrespectful and disgusting assistants. For your own good stay away!

If 0 stars were an option, Id do it. This man has caused me so much grief by refusing to do his job. My drivers license was suspended because he did not apply my payment in a timely manner. He then refused to reinstate my policy. When I called him about the matter, instead of admitting fault, he instead went on a 10 minute rant. berating me and trying to put the blame on me. STAY AWAY FROM JIM DANIELS STATE FARM!!!!

Worst place to go. I would steer clear have had nothing but problems with them. I would choose anyone else but him unless you like having someone waste your time and mess things up
