We flew United because it was one of two airlines that flies out of our local airport. Will never do it again! Will choose to drive the two hour trip to be able to fly with a more accommodating airline.

Firing atleast 600 employees over Covid shots proves youre a FRAUDULENT COMPANY Who Doesnt Care About Employees. Why spend money with a company that doesnt care about the workers. Pure Loosers. FLY WITH ANOTHER COMPANY OR UNITED PROUDLY KICK YOU OFF THE FLIGHT FOR COUGHING.

Flights and flight crew were good for the most part on the 5 flights for our Hawaiian vacation. Going from LAX to Hilo, flight crew for our section was not friendly and ground staff most definitely were worse. Too busy on their phones to give a greeting of any kind or even acknowledge our arrival. I see opportunity for hospitality training.

The flights that I went on were all on time just a small delay on my first one but overall very professional staff and specially on my flight back the pilot had some type of humor which was good to have coming back home. Also the flight attendants I feel bad for them they had to tell the same passengers over and over to put their Mask above their nose very patient thank you United.

Had a really good time on United Club and Polaris flight!

My overall experience, absolutely horrible, my girlfriend and I took a vacation and had a 4 hour plane ride where both to Florida and back from Florida there were seats between us that were filled with other people. They do not enforce that everone wear a mask while moving around, one family even checked into the plane with their mask down infront of us (around their chin) and they didnt say anything to them. I was very disappointed with the entire experience and how they are handling the pandemic and will never fly with nor recommend flying with United again.

United airline is pretty good Ive never had any issues and there always good with military personnel they give pretty good discounts and head of the line privileges

Both planes were 2.5 hours late coming from Mexico. No carryon bag was annoying. More annoying the gate agent in Mexico claimed the checked bag was overweight while she leaned on the bag on the scale. Im holding the bag up she insisted. Told to remove her hand from the bag, 12 pounds magical came off the bag. I paid $254 extra for early flights to not arrive home at 3am. Money wasted we arrived home at 3am. At least I didnt have to spend the night in Houston like most people due to Uniteds late/poor service. Not a good experience.

The guy thats suppose to help is rude and nasty no one is nice the worst experience. my girl friend is meeting me here she scared theres no help its horrible. If a person has never flown they are going to cry and I paid to skip the line that dont happen.tried to charge me 200 dollars for a bag and mind you I tried to do everything on line to find out we had to do some online health stuff for Nigeria when we were told all we needed was a vaccine card which we have. Its sad how rude these people hate there jobs

0 stars for boarding agent...8/12/2021 9:15am flight from Orlando to Newark..What a bougie snot! Had one small duffle bag and small cross body bag which was my purse... She did point out on my ticket no carry-on but then I was the one to have to ask her so what do i do... She pointed for me to go over there which was another employee who was sooooooo fricking NICE wish I got her name...She asked if could squeeze my shoulder bag into the duffel but I couldnt... She let me know next time what to do blah blah... Bag did have to be tagged then she took it down ramp to load with other baggage... She was such a sweetheart and professional where that other lady (BOARDING AGENT) was just a straight-up nonchalant I dont care arce ..Decent on time travel..Only 2 hour flight thank goodness...Mask mandate not inforced..Few people on plane had mask down ..The male flight attendant was lovely with a soothing voice and so was the flight attendant giving out beverages

The little bit of staff that was actually there were very friendly.

Missed by check in time by literal seconds. Was offered no help and forced into a another much later flight.

I usually have very bad experience with United especially in Chicago but I was surprised this time it was very good and better than the European and better than Lufthansa which is was horrible keep the good work United maybe we will come back as a customer again because weve been away from you

Small seats, plane wasnt clean upon boarding and a mostly full flight during the pandemic. Oh and I got the pleasure of watching baggage handlers toss just about every bag onto the conveyer belt while not wearing a mask, hope you didnt have anything fragile in there flight 1715 MCO-ORD

My only issue is when you have a question instead of referring you to management or someone who could confirm what they said they get a huge attitude. I get that it’s an airport and they deal with a lot. However, it should not be an issue to have customers have questions especially when something is written in their policy that sides with customer. Had a bad experience with them in regards to a simple question about check in.

Amazing customer service wonderful experience. The 1st class seat was extremely comfortable being a large gentleman. The dinner options on my flight out was amazing and the breakfast option on the way back and was even better better.

It was a nice experience especially leaving from Orlando. I liked being able to view the map and where you were along the flight (even though it was only working on my way to my destination, not on my flight home). I does somewhat seem like theyre out to make a buck, but it was a comfortable experience with friendly flight attendants and a satisfying experience.

My plane was delayed due to weather, but communication was insufficient - my new flight was *earlier* in the day, not later, and there was no way I would be able to make the flight. Thankfully, the text message woke me up and I was able to call before I missed the new, earlier flight time. Kiosks were closed at night and I was unable to check in online, which further complicated matters. I ultimately made my destination, but only after a great deal of stress, and it took my luggage an extra 2 days to arrive. Not thrilled.

Sat through line to checkin, couldnt check me in due to unknown error even though itinerary was verified as valid by the attendant (tried credit card, confirmation number, and drivers license). They recommended that I sit in the additional services line for another indeterminate period of time as the resolution. After 45 min in line, turns out I booked for the wrong day. Totally my fault, and she allowed me to change for $75 instead of $200.

Due to poor weather, our return trip from Orlando was delayed multiple times, until ultimately deferred for the day. Amidst the mess, the United Airlines staff were extraordinary. They were understanding, empathetic, optimistic and supportive. Although there was very little they could do to change todays events, they made every effort to ensure all passengers were treated with respect and well prepared for what was next. They took care of their customers even in a tough situation that was out of their hands. There were other irrational customers who were rude and arrogant, yet the United staff stayed professional and did what they could.Great service and support today taking care of their customers.

I had a question about location of baggage claim at Orlando International Airport for United Airlines flight and THE REPRESENTATIVE TOLD ME TO CALL AIRLINE AND HUNG UP ON ME!! VERY RUDE and he didnt offer to help me with correct phone number.

Yes, it is as bad as people say. I had stopped flying them and shouldnt have come back. They try hard to make things inconvenient for you. This is an airline that deserves to go out of business.

Once on the plane, the experience was fine...however, their group system for getting on the plane is not a pleasant experience for people in groups 4 or 5...made to feel like a third class citizen from the United personnel:(Its a very unfortunate way to start a flight!
