From the consultation to the follow up appointment, they were pleasant and even fun. Yes, even at the dentists office. I am very pleased with the work done. Its been 9 years since I went to the dentist. There was no speech of how I should have done this or that. They have a wonderful staff. P.s love the music in the individual room...

Being the third dentist I’ve been to since I’ve moved here, so glad that I found this place. Not only are their prices reasonable but throughout the office is beautiful and so is the customer service here. I live an hour away (depending on traffic) but will happily take the trip to and from.

Bunch of scammers. This office is nothing but empty promises and theft. For the better part of two years, my wife and I were trying to complete services with them for dentures and other things. They charged us around $5,000 for services they never performed. We called numerous times, left messages, and even went in and tried the talk with them. They always had an excuse for why it couldnt be addressed. The Dr. is on lunch or He is off today or Sorry the person in charge of billing isnt here. Now we owe a ton of money to CareCredit because these thieves billed us for services they never completed. DO NOT GO HERE! Your money would do more good to a homeless person on the corner. Bottom line, we asked them to perform the services and theyd never get back to us. We asked for refund to the Credit, they never got back to us. We were robbed.

Your company is awful. You guys are clearly all about the money. First of all, I made an appointment for the free exam and x-ray. As it turns out, it is not free (costs me $19) and it does not include a cleaning. After getting X-rays and meeting with the dental hygienist and dentist, I was given a recommended treatment plan that would cost me $5.000. This company is all about the money. My advice, stay VERY far away from these guys.

All was good until I realized that I was charged $356 for a simple cleaning!!! Most dentist charge nothing for this!!!!! You may call it by another name, but it is still a SIMPLE CLEANING!!!If this is indicative of how Im going to be charged in the future, you can forget about my business!!! They were very compassionate to my elderly father. They went above and beyond to take care of him and his dentures needs.

I had dental work done at the La Grange office in Orland Park and from the moment you walk in the office you feel welcomed. The front desk employees are very friendly and courteous. The dental assistants and dentists really take the time to sit down and explain their findings and will be the best course of action for any procedure and overall dental hygiene. I will definitely refer family members and friends to Aspen Dental.

The doctor, assistants, receptionist and hygienist were so polite and nice! Answered all of my questions with honesty and with respect. I got two back teeth pulled and it only took 10 minutes for the whole procedure. Extremely painless and very quick and it was honestly amazing. The equipment is very modern and up to date and even if you’re a gaffer or afraid of the dentist, this is the place to go! Will be coming back from now on.

I am never coming here again. After driving far out to a location no where near me because the receptionist told me no surgeons went out to the location near my house, I get to my noon appointment at 11:45 just to only be seen by the dr at 1 and am told that the surgeon does in fact travel to all locations. I am in tremendous pain and need my wisdom teeth removed and was worried I have an infection with how bad it’s hurting to even open my mouth or talk. The dr told me I didn’t have an infection but did need all my wisdom teeth removed. She then sent me to see the manger to discuss my payment. Once the manager told me it would be $7000 (lol) I asked her if the dentist would be writing me a prescription in the mean time so that up to my surgery I’m not in horrible pain. She went and got a new dr to talk to me because my dr had already left. The new dr comes in and tells me I have an abscess due to my teeth and I need antibiotics and a prescription for ibuprofen BUT tells me to ask my gynecologist for it...I just had a baby but how on earth is my gynecologist supposed to know what kind of antibiotics I need for my TEETH? I understand I cannot take every prescription pain relief while nursing, but after I told the dentist ibuprofen is safe and that I was prescribed it anyways after my recent delivery she still denied writing me a prescription for the antibiotics and pain relief and to call the gynecologist. Yes, really, that happened. So I wasted my time calling the gynecologist office for them to ask me what they have to do with my teeth and there’s no way they can write me a prescription for my teeth which is exactly what anyone would say. So now I’m sitting here in horrible pain, possibly with an infection (don’t know because the drs told me two different things), and without a prescription and really confused by how this office is actually in business. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I made an appointment because I.then thought my filling came out, which left my tooth feeling very uncomfortable. When I got to Aspen they told me my tooth had broken. They also told me I needed several things done to my teeth per their assessment, which was fine. Dr. Wilson came in and told me my tooth was broken and I needed a crown, fine. Then he said he wasn’t sure but I may need a root canal, and an analysis would need to be done to determine if the nerve is bad, even though I wasn’t experiencing nerve pain. What really appalled me is when he walks me over to a finance manager giving me pricing for the root canal which wasn’t determined if I needed one. The finance manager ask is this for an analysis or a definite root canal. I said it’s for an analysis and she says well that’s not how it was written and she leaves out of the office I guess to confirm it with the doctor. At this point I’m extremely irritated because they were more focused on getting some money out of me than addressing my issue. I waisted an hour and a half, and left there with the same discomfort I came there with. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, because they’re focus is the money not providing immediate care. I should have just went to an emergency care dentist. Extremely disappointed.

Dr Mehta and her partner Joey are amazing. I went in for a root canal and even though I was terrified they helped calm me down before starting. They are amazing. I’ve seen them twice now and will see them for any future work I need.

I was assured that they accepted Medicare and I am disabled so It meant a lot to me because they were close to my home. After getting there I’m told they do not accept Medicare

I have been with aspen for a year due to insurance change. I lost a cap on Tuesday Morning so I called at 9am and was told they may not be able to do it because They had not done the cap that is at least 30yrs old may . I thought they were my dentist not a partime thing. She told me she would check with dr. and get back to me. Never heard from them Tuesday . Called Tues evening At 5 Message said they closed at 6. so I left message never heard from anyone called Wed. morning at 9 open at 8 again we are closed leave message when I finally got a call back at 930 I have to wait until friday at 8 am to see if they can put it . on

About a year ago, I came here for the first and only time. They tried to scare me into spending thousands of dollars on dental care, and a year later, my teeth are still alright.I admit that my teeth are far from perfect, but after a year of not seeing any dentist, they didnt fall out and I didnt develop any complications. I dont even have any tooth pain, even though they claimed that, if I waited any longer after having that initial visit, I wouldve been in a lot of pain.On top of their lies and suspiciously high prices, the overall office visit was unpleasant. I waited hours just to not have anything actually done, I was thrown around to multiple employees that all did different things, I had the dentist lie to me and attempt to scare me into getting treatment from them right away, and I interestingly spent more time talking finance in the place than about my teeth. They even tried to make me buy some kind of special tooth brush, as if that had any relevance to the situation at all.Maybe Im misinformed on my assertions, but at the end of the day, I will not get over the lie from the dentist that I saw them just in time because I would be in a lot of pain if I waited longer because, like I said already, I am in zero pain after not seeing any dentist at all in about a year.Im not surprised by the fact that most of the five star reviews here are made by people who only reviewed this place. If Aspen Dental can lie in person, they can definitely lie online as well.

Me, not even a little bit.Earlier this year I called looking for someone to remove my wisdom teeth urgently. They ensured me that after a quick x-ray, their surgeon would be able to do it in another appointment. I went to the office, got the x-ray, was told the surgeon was going to be out of town for over a month at the least and that Id have to drive 2 hours away to see another surgeon affiliated with Aspen Dental. I am an overly nice person that didnt express my distaste at all in this moment, but then the dentist or dental assistant came into the room, looked at my teeth and left the room. A HALF HOUR LATER nobody had come back and I went to the front hall and they were like oh yeah your appointment was done. OK SO YOU JUST LEFT ME IN THERE AND DIDNT TELL ME IT WAS OVER? not a goodbye or nice meeting you or even a heres the door!?!With no help for my wisdom teeth, a horrible experience in the office, I called once I got my bill and said I would not be paying the $65 my insurance didnt cover because they did NOTHING for me, got me to the office under the pretense of a surgeon available to almost immediately remove my wisdom teeth, and then left me laying in the chair. I was ensured by the manager the payment would be waived.About a month later, the same bill came in the mail again. So I called again and was like hey, I thought we agreed that this would be waived? to which I was ensured there was a mistake and it would be.Well now Ive received a bill from the collection agency for this same stupid thing. This could potentially affect my credit. I was told twice that I would be charged nothing for the appointment, and now they sent it to collections?!I hated my experience, and the aftermath of it is almost significantly less helpful. Im. LIVID.

Aspen Dental did an excellent job with my 1st visit! They perform very accurate and good quality examine to get to the the bottom of things. The whole staff is very informative, helpful, and courteous. They make you feel like you are getting the best care for a better smile. I have already scheduled my future appointments! Aspen Dental is a good place to go for your dental needs!

After the doctor I had quit, a new doctor came and did a filling, but it’s been almost a month and it hurts no matter what I eat. The experience wasn’t very pleasant either. If I chew on it at all, even the slightest bit, it hurts... I drink something it hurts.... The pain lingers for hours at a time and goes down into my jaw.They also charged me $290 out of pocket before I even got the filling and gave me the wrong information about it, first saying it was going towards my future dental plan, BUT then after I paid they told me it was actually for preventive services I had already gotten done! Said they didn’t want it to go to collections, well NO it’s not my fault hey don’t know how to do their job.They input my insurance wrong then lied to me about it, so it didn’t cover those services, they said they had two insurances on record for me- how is that MY FAULT? and made me pay for their mistake, saying if I didn’t pay it then I couldn’t get my filling, I didn’t realize what was really going on at the time but I left pretty upset after the fact.This place is not getting my future business. I’ve been waiting almost a month to get my money back. I rarely get upset about things but getting take advantage of is something I do not tolerate.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had an appointment and had to wait over an hour and a half before I was seen. And all I kept hearing was Im so sorry for your wait. That is unacceptable. I went there because they said they could do emergency procedures and I was having severe pain yet the only service I received was a consultation telling me what the issue was but nothing to help resolve the pain. Then I get a printout of what it would cost to have the issue resolved. I needed to have some extensive work performed and even with my insurance I still would have to pay 6 thousand dollars out of pocket. I left there and went to another dentist that was recommended to me by a friend. I was told that Aspen was correct in identifying my issue however this dentist will be able to do the work required for a lot less. Instead of paying 6 grand out of pocket I now will only be responsible for 800 dollars out of pocket. I am used to the mom and pop dentist that seems to care about there patients. This chain dentistry seems to only care about making money. I will never go back to this place and whoever asks my opinion about this place I will tell them to go elsewhere.

They try to get all the money they can out of you without billing your insurance,they are obnoxious, rude especially when you say NO to a service then theyll send a male staff member in to talk to you like thats gonna make you do it and they even Sent the Practice owner in to change my mind NO MEANS NO PERIOD.(FRAUDSTERS)

My first time visiting Aspen and the service was awesome. I felt very confident in the results of my visit and they took time to educate me. I felt like they really wanted to help and get me headed in the right direction. I wish the had a payment plan for those who don’t want to apply for financing. Overall I will continue to use Aspen for my dental care

Called and explained I was in terrible pain from a decayed wisdom tooth which had a hole in it, the lady informed me that she will call me when the dentist was in at 10am, she did not call me right away in fact she waited till almost closing to call me back and tell me that the earliest they could pull my tooth would be in 8days, for someone that is in a great deal of pain I expected to be called back immediately and hoped they could get me in that day. I was able to find another dentist ( Porter Dental Center) who got me in right away that same day and pulled my tooth for me. I am happy I found a place that cares about their patients, unlike Aspen.

The staff is courteous. The facilities are clean and inviting. All my questions were answered. I was never in any pain during my root canal. And I don’t have insurance ! Where else is the situation that good ?!

The team is very knowledgeable and help you understand what is happening and how to fix and prevent with great detail. The cost of work is pretty reasonable. The only complaint I would say would be when I was having a tooth extracted they left the door open and passerbys could easily see inside my room, which left me a little embarrassed.

I called for an appointment at 2:30pm and got an appointment for 5:30pm the same day. This place is remarkable. The staff are all energetic and smiling. The entire office is run very efficiently. And I went in on Wednesday evening and am getting both my upper and lower dentures on Friday. Just Amazing. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Very pleasant experience.From the exray tech, and hygienist to Dr Miller, everyone was very thorough during my exam and were eager to answer any questions.Steve was also very thorough during the payment and finance process and got me all set up for my appointments.Steve also goes over all the costs and breaks it down for you.He handles all of the insurance and goes to bat to get the most coverage possible.In house one stop shopping without the need for referrals and additional consults.Finally on my way to better feeling teeth and a great smile!

I’d prefer no stars but it won’t let me. My husband came here in dying pain as an emergency visit and they Cleaned his teeth and sent him home! After paying $500 to them for that he got home and ended up in an emergency dentistry who treated the pain and fixed the problem same day AND said she is disgusted with Aspen Dental bc they always end up with their patients because they do not treat the problem or the pain. Please do not got there if you are in major pain. They will make u pay a lot of money and schedule you somewhere else a week or two out and leave u in pain in the meantime!!!!

Everyone in the office was very nice! I was informed of everything that needed to be done BEFORE it was done, which was nice for a change, so I knew exactly what I was going to be paying out of pocket. I would definitely recommend this dentist office to my family and friends.

My wife went there to have some work done. Paid a $19 advance payment and then paid for her procedure. Aspen has sent us numerous bills for the $19, and although weve called them several times and even went there in person, they havent made the adjustment. They are now saying its going to collections. The manager that is supposed to call us back never has.

This place runs very slow. Staff is very chatty and gossip a lot. One lady lied to me about how the credit program worked. They do not care about your health at all. They just want your money. Will not come back at all after this.

I have never ever been more relaxed and comfortable in a dentist office, from the minute I walked in I knew I was in the right place, I talked they listen, that alone made me feel so good, Aspen Dental was the 3rd dental office Id been to trying to find me a dentist. Well Ive found what I have been looking for for years. The staff really make you feel good, they are the most caring people Ive ever met, I would recommend them to any any everyone that meed a dentist, matter of fact Ive told lots of people about them already.

The office staff at the Aspen Dental in Orland Park is very rude and not helpful. We had to call numerous times to get dental records for a root canal that needed to scheduled at another location that does these procedures. We will never go back again since the unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

Office staff very friendly. Appointments time was at 11:00 for routine examination and cleaning. Didn’t leave until 1:00 still didn’t get the cleaning because it was taking too long . Had to reschedule for cleaning. Never spent that much time at an appointment.

I had a very good experience with Dr Wilson and Kennedy iam usually a lockport patient but because of the pandemic I had to come here although a far drive I was very very pleased with the service

It had been a couple of years since I had been to a dentist. I decided to remedy that. I checked with my dental insurance and found out that I was covered at Aspen. Made an appointment online and they called me when an earlier one opened up and I took it. I waited a little while before seeing someone. I expect that in a medical setting (you never know when the professional will find something else and need to take the time to explain it to you). They x-rayed me and examined me. I did not feel that they were shaking their fingers at me for my previous lack of care. We set up a plan of treatment. Thankfully I do have insurance so, while not inexpensive, it was not as bad as it could have been. I look forward to working with the very professional staff to get my mouth in much better shape. BTW, they were very forgiving of my active gag reflex.

Ill be honest.. I fear going to the dentist. I always feel like anything they do will hurt (it doesnt) and theyll laugh at me and say I have something terribly wrong with my teeth (they dont). My anxieties were alleviated coming here though. They are very thorough and explain everything they do and why with great detail, and what to expect when they do it. If there are any issues (like brushing too hard or anxiously grinding your teeth because you fear the dentist) theyll address it with a plan and enable you with the necessary tools to put it into action. They even had HGTV playing in the office so you could be soothed by watching rich people buy houses you could never afford. Everyone in the office is very kind and professional and laughed at my jokes even though Im not funny. Im very appreciative for their work and would highly recommend this office.

Too bad I had to give them one star. This seems to be their track record. Every time she goes there. If it wasnt already paid for I would tell her to find some place else. My daughter just left there...8pm. She had a 5:30 appointment. Saw the dentist for 3 minutes. THEY were more worried about leaving at 8 than making sure their patients work was completed AND that she wasnt in pain. She is sitting in her car crying, in pain and still has a loose bridge with major gaps and now watching the staff leave. Shame on them.

The staff is very friendly however it took me 3 weeks and 5 phone calls to get a copy of my xrays mailed to me. Everyone you talk to tells you something different. It took 1 hour to take the xrays. After you finish d out the work needs to be done...you are sent to a file ancestors person. I felt like I was buying a used car rather than being in a dental office. Bottom line is I will never be back.

Wow I cant say enough about my experience at Aspen Dental! I have not been to the dentist in over 10 years and was extremely nervous to go. I cant believe I waited so long Dr. Brier and the entire staff were so friendly to me and explained what was going to happen throughout my entire visit!! There was very little wait time! Thank you for making it a wonderful trip to the dentist and proving me wrong on thinking the dentist was horrible.

Friendly atmosphere! I went on a busy day and had to wait to be seen. The staff was nice and apologetic for the wait. Dr Guthrie was kind and very professional with a down to earth personality. I felt comfortable and confident and had already knew so much about Dr Guthrie (Oral Surgeon) which is why I came to Aspen Dental in the first place. He extracted a tooth that I previously had a root canal on 3 years ago that failed, which the Endodontist informed me that the future prognosis was poor that it may only last 5 years but it was worth it to keep my tooth. Dr Guthrie extracted my tooth it was painless. I was prescribed pain medications and antibiotics which I have not needed the pain medication but taking the antibiotics as prescribed due to infection. Great experience!

From that point it was just a rapid roller coaster ride of typical barbaric plastics jammed into my mouth a LOT OF UNCOMFORTABLE SITTING AND WAITING to speak with different people all the way up to the finance person NO IMMEDIATE FOCUS ON MY EXCRUCIATING PAIN only to be sent off because they supposedly had no chance to speak with my insurance. I felt like I was going in to buy an EXPENSIVE CAR ONLY TO BE REJECTED IN THE END AND SENT WALKING HOME AFTER THEY TOOK MY SHOES FROM MY FEET !

Was very nervous for my visit to the dentist. Has been years since I went. The staff was very nice and made me feel comfortable and less nervous. Excited to call this place my new dentist !

Probably the best dentist office Ive been to in a while. They have some great people working there. Would definitely recommend it to others.

I took my mom to Aspen Dental in Orland Park, IL for dentures. I am very disappointed with the wait times. On each visit we have had to wait in excess of an hour and a half. By contrast when it is time to talk money and payment plans there is no wait time or delay. If my mom had not already made a payment we would not go back. I do not recommend Aspen to anyone and once my mom gets her dentures I will not return for any of their other services

From start to finish... th best experience staff is lovable and great

It was very easy to make an appointment and I was able get three of us scheduled the next day. The morning appointment started later than expected but went quickly. The other two people were seen in the late afternoon and waited at least a half an hour before being called in. We ended up being there for two hours from appointment time until leaving and all we had were xrays and exam.When we went on to talk about paying for the next services it felt a little like going into the finance office at a car dealership. They clearly explained the plan of care and what insurance would cover.The dentist was very nice and quick. She explained her findings in an easy way to understand manner. The hygienist was nice and thorough even though she seemed rushed and on auto pilot.

I was very happy with the service I got. The staff was very nice to me. Im glad I went to Aspen Dental. I would recommend this place.

Firt visit was good 2nd visit the office manager in Orland is extremely rude. She came in exam room gave me my total amount and walked out. My insurance paid my bill I requested a refund on deposit havent got it yet. I dont recommend the Orland Park office

The WORST place ever.I just came from an appointment where I was supposed to meet with a new dentist to consult about the poor job the last dentist performed. Guess what, it was the same dentist as last time and she was just as rude and condescending as the first time I met with her. Customer Service is nonexistent at this place, the only one who exhibits any professionalism is the Office Manager. I will be posting on social media EVERY DAY about what a horrible place this is until they fix the problem.

The people at the Orland Park location were extremely courteous, professional, are very knoweldgeabe. They were very easy to do business with and took plenty of time to explain all the procedures. I have scheduled additional appointments to correct by dental problems and couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend them to anyone,

The dental proverb rings true when it states that one should, Be true to your teeth or one day they will be false to you! With the help of Aspen Dental in the OP, I know that the true remaining teeth that I have will continue to strive with there help and experience. My experience at Aspen Dental in the OP was top of the line 5 SARTS!!! I was throughly impressed with the fact that they were attentive to all my needs as well as sensitive to all my concerns. Keep smiling Aspen Dental just like I am!

This place is horrible and the actual Dr is wack they just rush the job and cause your more pain all he kept saying was sorry this and sorry that . I will never go back to this place ever again.

The staff is very happy and helpful . The hygienists are very friendly. I am very nervous when I have my teeth worked on due to a bad experience as a child the dentist was very caring and gentle. All in all a great experience!

Very friendly staff who make you feel comfortable and want to help you without judging you or making you feel guilty. Felt like the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders. I would highly recommend anyone having second thoughts about going to the dentist, to give Aspen Dental a try and look forward to a feeling of re-leaf.

Professional courteous service. I have been to many dental practices.Starting at the U of I College of Dentistry, Northwestern College of Dentistry, back in the early 70s. Also many private dental Offices.I am picky. Very good with their oral gingival anesthetic procedure.This one is a keeper. Only reason 4 stars, took a little longer than I expected. Office was busy, bit good compliment of staff.
