This was my family’s first time here. We are new to the area. Needless to say, we found a new dentist! The way they handled my children I really liked! Oh my goodness....what an absolutely amazing experience! Great facilities and it is clear that Dr Kim definitely knows what he is doing! However, the real hidden gem of this place are all of the technicians and front desk workers! Seriously, these people are amazing! I just came with my family (husband, 4 year old and a 3 month old) and three out of the four of us had appointments. I went into it thinking, how is this going to work...but it did! The amazing staff passed around my 3 month old to keep her happy and the technician was fabulous with my 4 year old, even when she climbed ontop of me during the cleaning! Truly a wonderful office!

X-rays and teeth cleaning today with Stephanie. She sure goes above and beyond to make sure youre comfortable while there. She also does a very thorough cleaning and is very meticulous. This type of service is what keeps me coming back. I will also say that Dr. Kim is also very meticulous when doing any tooth repairs or diagnosing issues. Very friendly staff. Clean and organized environment. I went there just to get some basic info on their services. They were able to fit me in their schedule for a preview of what was needed to be done. Dr. Kim was very kind ...which helped ease my nervousness about seeing a new dentist. I also found out that his office can take children which is a plus ...instead of going to a separate dentist that handles children dentistry.

Dr. Kim is an absolutely incredible dentist that goes above and beyond to help. I was having very bad pain that even a root canal specialist couldn’t figure out. Dr. Kim took the time to figure out what was wrong and provided the correct treatment. Thank you so much Dr. Kim!!!

It was my first visit today and had a very pleasant experience. How many of us can say that about a visit to a dental office? Dr. Kim was very informative and precise. His office was equipped with a very high-tech equipments which helped me see exactly what he was working on. Every one was very friendly and helpful. I searched high and low for the perfect dentist to meet my needs. Ive had several dentist throughout the last ten years. I met Dr. Kim after being referred by a friend. I immediately felt that connection. We did a series of x-rays and Im not going to lie, my mouth was pretty messed up. He wasnt the typical dentist that bombarded me with you need to get thousands of dollars worth of work immediately. He instead broke it down to me from most important to least. Through the past couple of years I have been able to keep up with my dental needs without any problems. He is reliable and easy to work with. His staff is also awesome!!!! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. This is the place for me and it should also be the place for you!

I visited Mr. Kims office three times for a cleaning, some fillings, and a crown. It was a great experience and was very reasonably priced. The location has a lot of parking and I really liked the high end equipment. There are a list of movies you can watch while in the chair and the method he uses to numb gums is really nice. Highly recommended.

Dr. Kim is very skilled at dentistry, and every procedure ispain free. His assistants are also very skilled.The office staff is pleasant, easy to deal with, and efficient.If you are a senior without dental insurance, they do offer you a 10 percent discount which helps with costs, which can be expensive.He completes all the many steps of implant procedurein his office. I feel confident in his expertise in this field.

Ive been going to Dr. Kim for a number of years and will go nowhere else. His personal service and that of his staff is the best, bar none. My experience at Orland Dental Wellness Center has been great.Not only has my experience been great but it has been great for my whole family. Had a great experience. Dr. Kim was very informative about my crown replacement procedure and did a fantastic job correcting the previous mistakes other dentists made. The technology in the office is top-notch. There was no temporary crown put in, everything was made in the office the same day.

Outstanding family dentist! I have a family of five (three teens and two adults). My family has been with Dr. Kim for over 8 years. My children are able to discuss their dental needs and concerns with Dr. Kim because of the great relationship that he has established with them.Additionally, Dr. Kim fills cavities in a way that was new to me. Anytime I had a cavity filled, with previous dentists, their would be either a different color filled into the tooth, or a white substance filled. Dr. Kim fills cavities by shaping the filling into the appearance of the way your natural tooth looks. If I were to open my mouth, you could not tell which tooth is a filling and which tooth is natural. Love it! Thanks Dr. Kim.

Ive been going to this dentist office for a few years now and I have to say I am always satsified with my visits here. The staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable by getting to know you as a person and not just a client. As well, the doctors work is incredibly thorough and up to date. Overall, a great dental experience.

Dr.Kim and his staff are probably the most attentive and caring staff I have come to.The setting of the office is very welcoming and gives a sense of comfort when coming in. Dr.Kim definitely made me feel comfortable to sit in a dentists chair, especially since im notorious to other dentists as being a handful, but I have never felt any pain when coming to Dr.Kim. The staff is also very nice and makes you feel so welcomed, in comparison to other offices I have been to, where they make you feel inferior and unimportant. I recommend coming to see Dr. Kim for any type of dental needs.

Dr. Kim has impressed our entire family with his great attention to detail. He is truly a dentist of the 21st century, using all types of technology to both improve the work that he does and make the experience as painless as possible. Dr. Kim administers a shot of Novocain so well that you don’t even notice he has given it until you feel the numbness. He also shows you everything that he is doing on a large screen so that you see what he sees and understand the problems. During longer appointments, he will put a movie on for you which makes the normal annoyance of the dentist a time to catch up on some missed flicks. Overall we are very pleased with Dr. Kim’s work and will without a doubt be continuing our dental care with him.

Friendly staff with a good sense of humor. Dr. Kim was personable, reassuring, and professional. The technology in the office was great! I actually got to SEE the problems that I was having- he has a camera that magnifies and displays the image on a monitor on the ceiling.

I need a lot of work done on my teeth but Dr. Kim was awesome at keeping me comfortable and explaining how we can go about fixing them up without judging me. He turned on the video monitor so I could watch as he was cleaning and examining my teeth and he showed me where my problem areas were. He also played recorded videos showing different procedures that may have to be done on my teeth. His assistant (I believe her name was Whitney) was very sweet and showed me how to properly floss to prevent tartar build up, again with no judgment whatsoever. They turned the TV on for me as they were working and held conversations with me as they were setting things up. Ive always been terrified of the dentist but my experience was actually very fun and Im excited to go back for my next appointment!

I have been going to Dr. Kim for approximately 6 months and have had some MAJOR work done, i.e. crowns and implant. Dr. Kim and his staff are unfailingly concerned with pain relief during and after the procedures. Ive had no negative residual effects with any of his treatments. Its easy to make an appointment that suits my schedule and Christine, Liz and Heidi are always friendly and concerned with my comfort. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kim to anyone, but those of us who have had less than great dental care previously can really appreciate his services. Thank you, Dr. Kim.

I was really impressed with how professional, knowledgeable and capable Dr. Kim is. It had been a while since my last checkup and I was nervous about it. I had to get a shot for a filling and wasnt looking forward to it. Dr. Kim picked up on my nervousness and somehow diverted my attention and I didnt feel the shot at all! I was in and out of the office in an hour and my teeth feel clean and strong. Hes got state-of-the-art equipment in his office and friendly staff that support his practice. Thanks Dr. Kim!!

Came in with basically no notification..cracked my tooth and was in alot of pain, dr kim fit me in around his already full schedule to make sure my tooth was fixed and pain free. Rarely do I feel the need to write a review...I couldnt be more impressed. Dr Kim is, in a word, excellent.Walking out of my first visit to his office I felt like for the first time I actually, truly, understood the health of my teeth. His cutting edge digital equipment allows him to show you on HD TV crisp detailed images of your teeth in real time. He takes the time to explain the health of your teeth and show you exactly what he is describing. Allowing you to see any issues, ask questions, and clearly understand any work that may need to be done.You can see he truly takes pride in his work.All of the work he does is through a microscope. He is seeing your teeth at 20x their normal size to ensure the work is perfect. He explained to me tooth dentin under a microscope has small holes that look like a sponge. If your dentist cannot see all the decay you have from a cavity with his naked eye he could place a filling over tiny spots hes missed. Seeing your teeth through a microscope allows Dr. Kim to ensure the work he does completely addresses any decay you may have and eliminates the chances of a cavity building behind any work thats been completed.He also has a CERC machine. (God I LOVE technology) This removes the need for molds of teeth and biting on that disgusting clay... If youve ever done that as I have... I would do anything not to go through that archaic process again. The CEREC process allows for a 3D scanner to scan your teeth which is easy and painless and then literally 3D print a perfect match in exacting color and size while you wait. The new tooth/partial is perfectly sized and a better fit than anything you could get with an old school mold.The staff is positive, friendly and welcoming as well. Never seen so many people smiling in a doctors office. Myself included.Couldnt be more pleased. 6 stars.Keith M. Urban

I called in to make an appointment on an emergency basis. Not expecting to get a positive response as an unknown patient the whole experience from beginning to end turned me into a permanent customer/patient. The person responding to my emergency request not only responded in a positive manner but accommodated me with in my time frame. After signing in on a paperless system I was escorted by the nurse to the dental chair. From that time on wards the care by the nurses the professional and multi talented and experienced Dr Wook took over and step by step with the aid of his multi platform hi-tech equipment not only analysed my problems but also provided me with various options to remedy my situation. With the state of the art equipment I had a brand new crown put on my problematic tooth with in one hour. Having taken care of my emergency needs, I have now made my next appointment for next week. Being a retired engineer by profession I was really impressed with Dr. Wooks knowledge and use of his equipment and the fluency by which his support nurses were in synch with his procedures.

I used to ask my previous dentist if I would keep my teeth and he would casually answer yes each time. For over 25 years. Aside from the fact that I was a suburban mom, I am also an MD so I thought I was getting the straight up honest truth. I saw my dentist religiously and made sure my kids saw him too.Then I went to see Dr. Kim Wook.My husband had gone to see him on an emergent basis for a cracked tooth and came home ecstatic. Dr. Wook had not only capped the tooth but fixed a malalignment issue in the process right on site, no wait time. I had to go myself he said. Under Dr Kims vivid magnifying technology, all the cracks and imperfections of my teeth looked beyond real. Then I got the bad news. Many of my molars with large old fillings were cracking. I saw the reality of my mouth under magnification. On some level I had always suspected my dentition was not as ideal as I had been told. I learned I was clenching in my sleep and adding to the damage. My new husband has verified that I am a horrfyingly rabid clencher if I dont have my bite guard, Bucky, in. Plus my enamel was soft from years of scrubbing with baking soda straight up.Dr Wook is saving me from the prospect of losing my teeth.All my kids are now seeing Dr. Wook as well.I feel like I am finally in capable and honest hands.Perhaps the finest aspect of this office at a functional level is the technology. It is thru the roof amazing. You can virtually see your crown being made and get fitted within 1 visit all while watching whatever you enjoy on one of many flat screens in the treatment area. If you are used to ancient methodology in a dentists office, beware! you will be astounded. Like the first time you saw Google Earth, your teeth get zoomed in on like magic and all the imperfections are glaringly aparent.As an added bonus, the entire office staff is knowledgable, friendly and like extended family now to all of us.In brief, Dr Kims practice brings your dental experience to a whole new level. What higher recommendation can there be but to say that I told my young adult children this was the dentist to see?
