Honestly one of the most painless experiences I’ve ever had in real estate. I worked with Riley and he is a true professional with passion for real estate that is palpable. Their office was on the ball and always made sure I knew the next step in the process and had record of documents and resources along the way. Riley took care of basically everything and just gave me updates as we went. When any potential hiccups arose he was on top of it and made sure we handled it quickly and correctly. When our primary offer fell through he had a backup client ready to go the next day and under contract. He went above and beyond when listing my house and honestly ended up getting way more offers than I expected and made at least $25k more than I had planned. I liked him right off the bat, we hit it off. And the is awesome for being on the phone. So I asked him to come talk with me about my house. I was worried because my house had no basement. He came we talk the next few days I had a sign in my yard and my house was for sale. Few days later he had a stager. She tagged thing that didn’t need to be there. I got a pod and away I went.
