The team at Canovo group should be called the Dream Team! From the moment we decided to sell and buy they were right behind us! They are the most professional and helpful TEAM.....they work together as such with us as a member of that team. Every question we had, no matter how silly it seemed, was answered. The were very timely and very knowledgeable about the selling and buying process! I would highly recommend them to anyone who has the need for a Dream Team.

I was pleased to hear back quickly when I contacted Dane Hill by text. Unfortunately, Dane responded to my questions with a question I didn’t feel comfortable answering at that point in the conversation. When I wrote again and asked about my questions, I did not hear back at all. I’m not sure why my questions were avoided.

When we needed to short sale our house we contacted the Canovo Group. David Robinson was very straight forward in explaining the process and let me know exactly what we needed to do. The expertise they have in the real estate market really showed while working with them. Our house sold in 5 months! Working with David and Dane was a pleasant experience and we always recommend them when we have a friend/ family selling or buying a house.

Dane is amazing. The whole team worked well together and we felt taken care of and things went quickly.I felt like we could have made a better deal buying but we didnt do to bad.

We chose them because they were short sale specialists, and thats what we had to do with our home. I thought they were professional, and competent. It took us two years to sell the home, but that had nothing to do with Canovo because they had tons of walk-throughs. We had several offers, but the bank just took a really long time with processing the transaction. It took so long to process that a couple of buyers backed out. I was kept in the loop during all processes, and informed immediately of updates and changes, in the form of regular calls and texts from several members of the team who were proactively checking up on my case. They did a great job. The house actually got broken into at one point, and some of the copper wirings got pulled out. Canovo had been keeping really good tabs on the house because we werent living in it at the time. Dane, the Realtor, notified us immediately and helped me out with figuring out how to take care of it and negotiating with the bank. From that end, it was really helpful and took a big stress load off of us because had a bunch of other stuff going on at the time. I had a new baby, I was attending college, and so having a team like this that watches your back and works an honest day is crucial.

We had an absolutely excellent experience working with Dalton S. as our real estate agent. He was communicative, quick to respond, available, and easy to work with. Could not recommend him highly enough.Our house buying process took much longer than expected as we tried to desperately to find a home in this hot market (no fault to Dalton--we simply struggled to make a competitive enough bid on some of the homes). Dalton walked us through well over a dozen properties to the point where we felt bad having to drag him along every time. He was so patient and was willing to go to as many as needed until we found our home.So grateful for this positive first home buying experience!
