The technician did an excellent after he arrived and completing my requested service. I have suggestions for the company. I wanted to be home when the service was performed. I called and was told he would arrive between 1:00 and 5:00. I ask if we could narrow the window down. I was told the technician could call be when he was one hour away from my residence. He arrived without a call at 11:15. Recommend you review communications procedures and look at ways to narrow the window and make it a little more accurate. Next I observed where he was spraying. It did not include window wells. I have three with easy access so. I ask if he could spray into them through the grates. He said that was not a problem. When I set up this service initially, I specifically ask about this particular concern as spiders try to get into the house through this path. This should be an automatic routine service service. Some small changes in services provided and communication to the technicians would easily earn my 5 star review.

Yonathan did a great job. In the words of my wife he was the very best Proof technician weve ever had. He was thorough, and paid special attention to the fact that we have lots of honey bees in our flower beds right now and so he carefully stayed away from those. Thanks Yonathan. He was right on time, very courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough.He explained about the organic product being used and answered questions for me.I love the fact that the spray is all organic--no harsh chemicals--so we were able to not only do the yard, but also safely spray the interior of our home! Yonathan was great. We had a rare case of roaches and he really made us feel comfortable with the situation. Our home is not dirty but with the roaches here it felt like it. The least I could do is write a review because it has been a couple of days and the roaches are non existant. I am glad that Yonthan was trained and knew what he was doing and looking for

Yonathan was our tech and he was awesome! we had a question about bird removal and he explained the process and the concerns. They were unable to remover the birds because of laws. but the service is fantastic. highly suggest.

I just had my end of season service by Pete. He has been my Tech since the start of my contract here in 2020. He has been great at taking care of my asks and needs all summer. Normally we have a massive Orb Weaver Spider issue, but these guys brought it under total control as well as the new addition of Hornets. The product worked great. I have been very happy with their customer and Tech service.

Yonathan was great. We always get an email with exactly what he did that day in case we werent home. They also add picture if they find wasps or anything like that.

I really have enjoyed the customer service I get with proof. I’ve used a couple other pear control services in Utah, and normally it takes forever to get them on the phone, or they delay by weeks to come back out to resolve an issue. This hasn’t been the case with proof. Love this company!

Spencer was our pest technician and he was very friendly, thorough (but definitely not pushy), and did a great job! It hasnt even been 24 hours and our pest situation has already improved to almost nonexistent. He also took care of some other pests that we didnt even know we had with the basic treatment. I am very pleased with the quality of the service, how well it is working, how their products are organic and safe for my baby, and how quickly they sent a technician out. We love Proof!! We have been with proof for over a year and dont see ourselves going anywhere any time soon. We love how friendly and helpful the techs are. We are in a new home and have been with proof since we have moved in and they have kept the bugs away since. Our favorite part is that you can tell that they truly care about their customers, we have been with them for over a year and the manager still calls us after they service to make sure everything went okay and to make sure we dont have any issues. we highly recommend proof

Jake was extremely thorough. We had our first service today and I love that proof does sweeping before they even spray. We had tons of webs all over our home that made our house look dirty and they cleaned it all off as well as in the garage. I am so pleased with our first service and I am so happy to have a clean home.

These wasps would always make nests in the same places every year and we were never able to get rid of them. Proof Pest Control changed that. They are very nice and do a wonderful job! I wish I could rate 6 stars!

Proof is great. We had switched from a different competitor to proof and we were skeptical at first. but we made an appointment with proof and they showed up on time and our technician Jake was very helpful. We expressed our concerns that we had that werent part of the normal service and every concern we had Jake explained exactly what he would do to help with them. We are only about a month into our new service but so far we love proof and already have less bugs than we did with our other company. Thank you proof!!

I had a routine pest service and Peter was great. Very thorough and on time. You can schedule a time window with company and that helps a lot. Their customer service is great.

When they came to our door to see if we wanted pest control for bugs and mice, we agreed to the $99 price and signed a form which seemed unusual. (And yes, we should have read all of the fine print.) We relied on the explanation of the owner who explained the service to us. We both thought it was a one time service. Many in out neighborhood had the same understanding. The owner mentioned they would be back to check every few months, but not did specify that we needed to pay an additional $99 each time for one year even if we did not want the service. We are canceling due to their deceptive sales pitch.--even though we have to pay an extra $150 to get out of this contract. We do not have mice or other pests and only have a few spiders, ants and beetles. The price of $500/year seems extravagant to us.5/26/2020 The owner of Proof Pest Control called us to apologize for the mix-up and refunded some of our money. They said they have worked with the salesman to retrain so this does not happen in the future.

Spencer was professional and courteous. He listened to me and focused on the areas I pointed out. He was fast and efficient. What I like about the product is its natural and isnt a bunch of poisonous chemicals. I also like that it doesnt kill all the bugs and spiders, there are many beneficial insects and blanket killing them all is just irresponsible and ridiculous. Their formula repels the bugs with natural plant derivatives instead of killing them, and thats what I like.

We requested a quote Tuesday night and they had someone here before 10 Wednesday morning.Jake was awesome and just got the job done and even took care of the mice we had caught in our own traps. We put off calling an exterminator for a bit thinking we could take care of it on our own, but I wish we would have done it sooner. They were so great to work with! Highly recommend!

I rated this time at three stars because of the difference in service between Peter and Jake. It only means I am unsure about how well the service was done this time. Either Peter is much faster and efficient than Jake or he didnt do as good of a job...I dont know. I do know that he wasnt here as long, about 15 minutes I think. I will know more later this summer and if I have a pest problem I wont be renewing my service.

We were having mice problems, and I tried multiple mice killers from different stores and none of them worked. We called Proof Pest Control and after the first visit the mice disappeared and we haven’t had a problem since! We highly recommend using them!

Peter came out to our house today. He was professional and friendly. Since we started with proof we have seen a big change in our ants that seem to come out always around the summer months.

Hands down the most aggressive and worst salesmen Ive ever dealt with. They stopped by unannounced on a door to door sales attempt. After telling them countless times I am not interested at all whatsoever, they insisted they would stop by again in a few days. I said I had other business to attend to and that I was not interested at all to which they replied okay, well stop by later. They also requested I open my garage so they could take a look around, something I absolutely felt beyond comfortable doing by that point.I get pushing a sale and Im usually open to listening, but this team (mainly one of the two) was so aggressive that Im here leaving my review and notified my neighborhood of their behaviors. Not only will I never use Proof because of this experience, Ill continue to notify others of their sales practices.Ill updated if they come back later today or in a few days as they kept mentioning, both of which I made extremely clear I did not want.

I had a spider problem for many years and we were using another company who was never able to figure it. We then tried out Proof Pest Control, they do an awesome job and we havnt had any spider problems since!

Jake was awesome! He was very friendly and greeted me by name. He did an excellent job of treating my house. He explained a couple of things to me and answered my questions. He treated the yard as I requested- in a corner behind the swing where spiders like to congregate. I was very impressed with his service. Im glad I signed up for proof.

Jake does a great job at keeping our facility clean. The lease on our office space requires that we have pest control servicing done and we have been very happy with proof. for providing our needs. I even have them maintain my personal home.

Jake Mayer came this morning and pest-proofed my house. He was amazing! He was totally professional, gave me great confidence, and even though I had two areas of my house (the garage and a back room) that were JUNK HEAPS, he did not make me feel at all bad. The owner of this company is very aggressive and rude. My wife and I have been doing business with another pest control company (SWAT) for about 7-8 years now and we love working with them. We now live in a nice little community where we coordinate spraying services for a couple dozen friends in our neighborhood. They come and spray all of us on the same day, its very efficient and everyone gets great discounts because of it.My wife posts a message on the neighborhood facebook page just mentioning if anyone wanted to be added to the upcoming spray, to let her know. (Note - that we gain absolutely nothing from this, no commissions or anything of the sort. We just really like the people from SWAT, so we enjoy helping them out). The owner of Proof (Cody) hijacked the thread for his own gain in an attempt to drive anyone interested to his own pest control business, and deterring people from anything my wife was trying to post. Why does EVERY pest control company resort to scare tactics? Use their expensive services at your own risk.

Salesman going door to door was extremely pushy and even though I told him I wasnt interested he wouldnt go away. I will be using any company other than Proof after that experience. There are other similar complaints on here and the owner responded that changes would be made but obviously that isnt true.

The guys at Proof are a class act. Very knowledgable in their field and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. We got a full treatment with barrier inside and out and it was done quickly and thoroughly. I believe one of the owners was training a new employee and it was obvious this is a company that not only treats their customers well but also respects and cares for their co-workers. We have had zero pest issues since the treatment.

Door salesmen were way to aggressive. They want you to sign up for their $50.00 discounted service for instant treatment but they dont explain the you are agreeing for a year long service at very inflated prices. Stay away from these guys
