I am really frustrated with UPS. There is nocustomer service line for reviews on drivers or anywhere I can give feedback, so here I am. They were trying to deliver something that required a signature. Two days in a row, they barely missed us being home. My husband and I both work, and they were coming during the day. On the third day, we knew it was a final attempt, and it said they would deliver the package between 2:45 and 5:45. My husband got off work early to be home at 2:45. He got home, and they had come 10 minutes before, at 2:35. Before their window. He then got an email saying they returned the package. A package he had already been waiting 2 weeks to receive. UPS needs to fix this problem. We never got a call. We didn’t have an option to change how we received our package. And most importantly, they didn’t come during the window they said they would, and they still returned the package. We now have to work through the company to return the package and reorder the package. We have requested they do not ship the package through UPS this time. Because clearly, the UPS driver cannot read a clock.

Individuals usually don’t take the time to write a compliment because employees are expected to give fantastic customer service… “customers always right” which I don’t believe in. This positive review comes from a place of feeling like the UPS family. Delores and Jammie at the Orem, Utah facility are the most wonderful women. They go ABOVE & BEYOND… to the point that I make it a priority to stop by there as much as possible due to their positive energy and exceeded help with all my shipments. They are the standard of exceptional employees. Thank you UPS family for all that you do!!!

Honestly I’d be giving a lower score but they did remedy the situation which I appreciate. However I just gotta say, I have no idea what kind of drivers they’re hiring but they should probably do some quality control on who they’re hiring. We had a shipment that required a signature and ID, their driver let someone else at the totally wrong address and totally wrong name sign for it. The package had all the correct info, it was entirely on the delivery person. Then the driver tried to play dumb about it. I’m thankful the store was able to contact the driver and that the person they wrongly delivered it to was nice and the situation was fixed. But that’s a HUGE issue if their drivers are letting literally anyone sign for sensitive shipments without even double checking the address. Ridiculous.

Im constantly shipping international packages via UPS from all over the state. I have to say that this UPS center is by far the best. Having experienced and very knowledgeable people work there makes it easier for customers to deal with. Cant thank Delores and Jamie enough for their superb customer service.

Terrible experience EVERYTIME!! I paid $102.32 for next day air, which guarantees my delivery by the next business day. I chose this option because I needed my parts TODAY!! NOT TOMORROW!! In 24 hours my guaranteed delivery made it from kentucky to virginia!! Why guve me the option if your not going to get it to me when promise? Why offer a service you cant even complete. I I WILL be getting my money back! And I WILL NEVER use the next day shipping option again!! If it would allow 0 stars, thats what you would be getting.

I had THE GREATEST experience here! The UPS workers were all so sweet, friendly and helpful. Each of them making sure I had a good experience. But one in particular went above and beyond today... Delores Angel who truly lives up to her name! She was an Angel disguised in a UPS uniform today. She not only helped me find the perfect box and fit everything inside like a magician.... she did it all with a smile and great conversation! She has a positive attitude, great heart and truly cared that I got the best experience and service possible. I will definitely be coming back to this location!Thank you again!

I have never felt so disgusted with customer service in my life! I try to be completely honest with my posts, and unfortunately, this was not a good day. The address that the email UPS sent me was not even in the right city. The customer service person did not apologize for their mistake, and would barely even look me in the eye. Yaall ought to work on your system.

The customer center was so helpful! I had an issue with the shipping address on a bike I got for my husband, but Delores (at the front desk) did everything she could to help me get it sorted out. She bent over backwards to help me find my, going through a truck even, to be able to take home the bike earlier than expected. So grateful for the experience I had. If I could I would give them 10/5 stars I would!

Yesterday forgot to put a label on a giant package of luggage and while driving saw a UPS truck. I jumped out and handed the huge package to the driver and took off without realizing I had not put the shipping label on. The center was super kind and very helpful at finding it and shipping it off. They even put my label on. Thanks UPS great customer service at this site and friendly people.

Dolores and Jamie are awesome! They helped me ship my firearm and were very knowledgeable about the process. I went to multiple UPS stores and received mixed/false information about shipping firearms. If you live close, go straight to this location to ship your packages. Don’t bother with the inflated prices at the UPS stores.

Super unhelpful customer service rep on the phone.She (Ashley) told me there was nothing she could do to help me find my package. Which UPS told me would be delivered today. The UPS truck came today and said the package should have been on the truck but it was not on the truck.Then Ashley proceeded to continue to say there was nothing she could do to tag the package so it would instead be kept at the UPS facility until it is found. Then after being on the phone with her for about 6 min she said as soon as she was off the phone with me she would then tag the package to make sure it was not dropped off and instead kept at the hub.I asked her if she could complete that while on the phone with me so I had confirmation and she said that wasnt possible. With all my customer service experience this is by far the WORST experience I have ever had with someone as unhelpful as Ashley.

This is not to be confused with the 1 800 pick ups service line or the UPS Stores. The UPS stores are franchise owned and have many different services available. This is the terminal hub, packages are sorted and stay for various reasons ie. Bad addresses, Suite numbers, apartment numbers and so on. These packages stay at the terminal hub for a period of 5 business days before they are sent back to the shipper. So if you have not received a package within a reasonable length of time you can always pick it up at the Hub. They also offer shipping services which close at 6 p.m., although, the Hub is open till 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Also, firearms and ammunition can only be sent through the terminal hubs. Anyone shipping a firearm needs to have a federal firearms license either on the receiver or the shipper, we cannot ship it without a copy of that. If you have any other questions give us a call

I needed to return something to Amazon so they emailed me a return authorization for UPS to print. I came to this location and they said I had to go to an actual UPS store which was way out of my way. Im not faulting them for anything except labeling this place UPS Customer Center. To a layman like me, that term implies anything customer related; but for UPS employees, they know this type of location is limited compared to a normal store. So the title (at least online like Google) should be changed to UPS Customer Center - Limited Services so people like me dont go to the wrong location expecting complete service.

I am so pleased with the Orem Customer Center - Let me tell you my story. I got a tag on the door, it was my daughters engagement ring from her fiancé who lives in Switzerland. I went to the Highland center and they said we wont have it till Monday.. Problem is he was proposing the next day - we couldnt wait till Monday. So desperate we drove to Orem to see if we could find it. It was 6:15 and they close at 6:00. Well Delores and Jamie met me inside where I explained that I must get this ring to surprise my daughter. They began looking, and checking, and they climbed into the truck and found the ring. I was almost in tears when they came out with my package. I cant thank these two women enough for the very happy event that happened the next day - and without that package it would have been delayed. Thank you Delores and Jamie - you went above and beyond the call of duty and deserve raises!!! You certainly could have told me sorry no... but you didnt, thank you thank you thank you!!! These guys are fantastic! I have gone there on two separate occasions to ship guns to get serviced. Both times they were really helpful. Delores helped me one time and another woman the other time. They were nice, and knowledgeable about shipping. I really recommend this place and would give it 5 stars!

I sent a package to my son in Provo from out of state. Not sure why it went to this location at 573 N 1400 W, its farther away than a much closer location, and definitely not convenient for my son to just run up and pick it up. They needed more information to deliver it, after having the package for several days. I got the information and called back right away and got a busy signal. Im a busy person, so looked it up online for the number this morning (Saturday). They gave me the wrong number! Plus, they are only open 3 hours on Saturday, already closed when I called. They will send it back to me Monday unless I happen to catch them early enough. Not impressed that they waited so long to contact me, especially not impressed that they gave me the wrong number and have not customer -friendly hours on the weekends. I guess Ill use USPS next time for Utah packages.

The absolute only reason they got two stars instead of one is that the employee working at the desk was nice. We were told on Friday that my package was going to held for will call at this location and they would call me with details in the hour. I never received a call.They were closed Saturday and Sunday. Monday we went into the location and they couldnt find my package. I spent an hour and a half between the store and calling the customer service (each time I called I had to wait ten minutes).They kept telling me the package was at the location than telling me it would be delivered there that day. They told me they would call. They never called. My package is nowhere to be found. My tickets were for an event today.They never did anything for me. Dont waste your money on ups.

Why have humans when you have a robot that can do everything? The automated system was awful, I just wanted to speak to an agent and it took forever to get to that point. Never really had beef with these guys until I had ordered a package and when I went to track it, it said the address was incorrect. The address in fact was completely correct and then they tried to tell me that there was an attempted delivery but I had been sitting in the office of my work all day and the driver was nowhere to be seen. I called multiple numbers trying to resolve the issue and their best solution was for me to go to Orem to pick up the package later that day. Its not my fault your driver cant read an address correctly. I need my package today and I cant believe theyd expect me to go out of my way to pick up a package that I paid to be delivered to my office.

Would give it 0 if possible. I was having a package delivered to my business address (which accepts UPS, USPS, FedEX, etc. packages all the time) and they returned it for being undeliverable. Already frustrated, I call and they say its being held at this location which is 20 minutes south of where the address was. I asked if they could relocate it to a more convenient location, which they said they would but it would take longer and they would charge me for it. Needing it ASAP, I agree to drive down there and pick it up. I asked what the hours were as I work a 9-6 job, and they told me I could pick it up until 8:30 that day. I drive out of my way to the location to find out they close at 6. I arrived at 6:03 and there was a lady inside refusing to acknowledge me standing outside the door minutes after 6. I now get to drive back out there. Incredible inconvenience, unwillingness on their employees, and incorrect information made for an awful experience. I will never recommend UPS to anyone.*EDIT*After returning a second time to pick up my package, I was left waiting in an empty lobby for nearly 5 minutes while 2 ladies were chatting it up in their back room. It was clearly audible to me standing in the lobby and I heard way too much about their personal lives. After saying excuse me, a younger girl comes out and asks me what I need. There was another lady (her name was Dolores. I knew this from their loud conversation) literally yelling from the back room to tell me about my package and how it was undeliverable because of how I had it shipped? This person never came out of the room and spoke to me, just yelled from whatever room she was in. Forget customer service, where’s normal human politeness of talking face to face instead of yelling from another room? I don’t typically write reviews, but hopefully the company can see this and make sure it doesn’t happen to anyone else. I’ve never been so frustrated over getting a package in my life!

I got a message from amazon saying that my package had made a delivery attempt but my business was closed. Its my house, I dont run a business out of it, and me and my family have been up since 8 and home ALL DAY. I called them and they told me that the local UPS office would call so I could pick up my package, which I need TODAY. She left me a message saying unfortunately my business is closed and that my package is in a huge trailer so they cant dig it out but I can come pick it up on Monday. If I needed it Monday I would have ordered it a different day. This is why I have prime, to get my package when I need it. Needless to say Im PISSED. Oh, and when I tried to call? -Updated: within 1 hour after calling into customer service, I received a phone call from the Orem branch manager. She apologized and immediately corrected the problem. I was very surprised, I wasnt expecting to ever hear back. The driver then came into our business and apologized and picked up the packages. Thank you so much for the follow through and helping out. :)Earlier this year, our local UPS Store was closed down. Weve always had a friendly relationship with our UPS driver that drops off & pickup up packages at our business on Main Street in Spanish Fork. Jared is our driver. Since the closure of the local ups store, weve been having the driver pickup returns and weve never had any problems. Recently hes been very cold and irritated every time he does a pickup. All he has to do is scan it and put it on the truck, often weve even helped him put it on the truck. This past week hes been ignoring packages by our door that needs to be picked up. This morning he told one of our employees that hes not taking them and we have to deliver them to the Springville location. Its pretty sad, that he is unwilling to take an extra step and display good customer service. Until this is resolved, I will do whatever I need to do to avoid shipping or receiving packages from UPS. Ive contacted customer service and filed a complaint, theyre suppose to reach out to the Orem office within 24-hours. Ill see if theyll reach out to me and try to resolve this. Wed prefer to have a different driver on our route if this is how theyre going to continue treating their customers.

Usually I am pretty happy with UPS in general. But, I thought I would try this customer service center to send a package to my son in Houston. As soon as the lady behind the desk saw the address she immediately said they werent shipping to Houston. To just keep my package. She said Houston was still underwater from Hurricane Harvey. Funny thing was, the web site says on their front page that they have resumed shipping to Houston. But, she refused to listen to me, or even type in the zip code. Went to the Fed Ex store, and the package will be there Tuesday, no questions asked.

I actually give these guys zero stars. My package is already a day late, and every time I have something delivered how do you warm one it is always late. Half of the time they deliver to the wrong address. They don’t seem to care. I ordered something to be overnighted it showed up Three days later, and they would not reimburse me for the overnight fee. I will use FedEx or UPS from now on.

I work down the road from this location on 1500 West.. I always watch the drivers walk around and do truck inspections as they come and park right in front of my office building. Today i watched the driver of truck number 145587 take empty box off of his truck and throw it off into the road.. Very disappointed in the driver and UPS for not having a place to go and let the company know what kind of driving behavior is going on.

Absolutely useless! Package couldnt be delivered because our address wasnt in the system apparently. So I contacted them to find out where it was and if I could just pick it up at the store. Well they didnt know where it was so had to open investigation and said they would contact me once it was found....a week later I still hadnt been contacted so called back to find out it was sent back without any notification.

Worst customer experience Ive ever had! I called the carrier with Amazon on the phone because my childrens Christmas was guaranteed by Friday the 23rd. Christmas Eve the tracking number showed delivery by the 27th!!! Amazon confirmed the mistake but when the local orem office was on the phone with us, they showed zero remorse or any attempt to help us to pick up the way clave from their facility as it is 15 min from our home. The aweful female employee was unwilling to ask if there was any way to find the package and pick it up. When we asked for a manager, she distastfully told us that we would get the same answer no matter what. Customer service is not hard, you just have to have at least one iota of care. Ive never done it. It I plan on calling her boss on Tuesday the 27th.

Worst service ever. Ive had a package sitting there for two weeks. Supplied I ordered from Amazon for my job. They wont release it to me since its at the carrier facility and not the store, even though I live less than a mile away from both the carrier facility AND the store, and they wont let me file a claim since the estimated delivery date on the package isnt until 8:00 pm tonight. Mind you I paid for three day shipping on Feb 25th and its now Mar 9th, and the package was last scanned there on Feb 27th. Last week we ordered some breathing equipment for my daughter who is on oxygen. Her home health company overnighted the package via the Orem UPS office and it arrived four days later. This was necessary medical equipment for a 1 year old that was clearly marked MEDICAL SUPPLIES. EMERGENCY OVERNIGHT. Seriously folks. Get your act together. As for me, Im going to stick with reliable USPS from here on out. I hate you, UPS.
