I cannot thank the staff at this location enough! Long story short, I had an EXTREMELY important and time sensitive package that couldn’t be delivered to my home and when I showed up after hours at this location and flagged down a poor delivery driver that was clearly on his way home, he escorted me inside and the amazing staff inside got me my package with smiles on their faces. The package was for my husband and I’s fertility procedure for the following morning so I feel like we should name our baby Fed Ex after how incredible everyone was. I hope some of you see this review so you can know how incredibly grateful we are. Thank you thank you thank you!!

You guys are ridiculous. Ive had my package delayed twice while being IN Utah and then your tracking service is a whole nother nightmare. Was supposed to get a package today that I had to sign for but the app never told me the package was out for delivery. I go to the store come back and the guy supposedly already came. What a joke.
FedEx is the only trusted shipper. Like Im really going to trust someone with a government job to ship my important papers. Sorry post office. I only speak the truth

I called and talked to the automated thing for 15 mins. Finally got it to connect me to a agent waited in hold for 15 mins and then it transferred me to a survey and then hung up.
Super unhelpful, wouldn’t let me print out a label to ship a computer. Very incompetent.
They dont ship hoverboards, so if you need to return one, schedule a pick up at your home by calling FedEx s 1-800 found on their website.
Staff was super friendly and quick. They helped me with some sticky LiPo battery shipping issues. If you want to ship Lithium Ion batteries via FedEx, you can. I just need to know which FedEx centers can take them (this location can) and how to classify them. Youll need to get and apply the stickers before you arrive.

Staff was very helpful, I was a problem child and didnt have my preprinted labels attached yet (on my dozen large boxes I was shioping) but they helped me fit the labels into sleeves and get everything shipshape. Cant thank them enough for the good service.

I received a rare treat in the consumer world by being greeted by a well kept and professional looking gentleman who had a kind demeanor asking about a package I was holding and if I meant to send it off for shipping. I replied, yes and he took it off my hands and printed a invoice for me. Fast service and prompt attention go a long way.

Unable to deliver packages to new home addresses even when special instructions are on every package. Multiple orders have failed to be delivered.

Easy to access the store. Ive gone here dozens of times and usually there is no wait to send off a package unlike the post office. Prices are almost always a dollar or two cheaper then ups or USPS. Friendly staff and a quiet atmosphere .

FedEx claimed they delivered my package but never did. When I filed a claim with them they said they’d keep me updated with calls and/or emails. It has now been a week and my package is still not to me, and they haven’t called or emailed me one single time to update me. When I called fedex I was told the case has been closed, “we checked with the driver and he said it was delivered”. I just went around in circles with a customer service rep who barely spoke English, explaining how my package was never delivered. They didn’t even have any proof of delivery they could give me. Now I’m stuck explaining to my seller that the package Fedex said delivered, actually did not. FedEx screwed up and then has been no help to fix it.
I went to the post office in Orem before I came here and it was nice to go from 20 people waiting in line to nobody waiting in line. Also there supplies were cheaper then the post office. The girl was very friendly she didnt even charge me for taping up my box. I offered to go out to my car and she said dont worry about it. That doesnt exist anymore in the shipping industry since he Commerce is such a big business right now.
Very disappointed with FedEx. I had a special package sent to my sister for Valentines Day. The package was scheduled to be delivered today, but suddenly tracking showed that there was a Delivery Exception because the business was closed or the customer was not available. This was a Residential delivery, with NO signature required. What? I called FedEx and they told me the driver would have left a door tag, and my sister would have to sign it and leave it on her door the next delivery day, and then the package would be delivered. Guess what? No door tag was left. Im thinking the driver just didnt feel like delivering the package and made up some foolish excuse. I called FedEx again and spoke with a wonderful customer service agent named Mary (I think). She put a note on the delivery saying to leave it, because the shipper (me) approved it. We will see if the package is delivered tomorrow. Im hopeful, yet am not expecting perfection. FedEx is not to be trusted to do what they are paid to do.
One of the better FedEx centers in the Rockies. Marie in particular is awesome but Ive never had anything but excellent, efficient service here... And Im commonly dropping 400-500lbs of equipment on them. My personal favorite FedEx in the American Fork/Lindon/Orem/Provo area. Recommended.

Horrible delivery service. One of their drivers delivered my package to the wrong house. I called and Kiersten with FedEx Express in Orem said they would have a driver go out and try to retrieve my package and call me with an update. Granted, we do live in a strange area but UPS, Amazon, and the postal service seem to be able to get it to the right place. I ended up having to do their job for them and find my own package by going and asking neighbors if they had seen a package on a doorstep of a neighbor with a similar address to ours, as the residents at the address FedEx claimed to have delivered the package to werent home). Luckily, I finally found my own package, no thanks to FedEx. When I got a call back from Kirsten she said that the driver claimed he talked to me and said I told him I had found my package...I NEVER spoke with a FedEx driver. We live in a basement apartment and I dont know if he talked to our upstairs neighbor or what but the driver didnt even bother to verify that it was me he was taking to or if it was the correct package they were taking about, just heard what he wanted to hear and left. When I told Kiersten that he never spoke to me and I ended up going and finding my package myself and I would have appreciated a little more effort in verifying if the driver was even talking/delivering the package to the correct person, she became rude and defensive and just asked But do you have your package or not??. I simply ended the conversation because I was sick of dealing with their impatient, lazy, and rude staff. Will be avoiding using FedEx for any of my further shipping needs.
I had a package scheduled for delivery on a Tuesday (two-day shipping from a Friday order) by 8pm. At 7:45am on Monday, this facility already had my package, but they didnt deliver it to me because it was not due for delivery. Thats understandable. What isnt understandable is that Im here, 48 hours later, my package is 12 hours late, and its still just sitting at local FedEx facility in the same place it was two days ago.EDIT: They just updated the tracking information, saying they tried delivering my package, but the customer was not available. Thats hilarious, because a) it still doesnt say that it was ever scanned as out for delivery, b) they didnt update it until this morning, rather than last night when the driver presumably got back from his route, c) they didnt leave a note on the door, and d) my roommate was home and wouldve heard a knock.
They do a fantastic job at this location and are pretty attentive to your needs and handle things in a respectable timely manner. It’s a great choice if you need any of their services.
Staff is always friendly when we go in but like other reviews state here this location closes earlier than their posted hours and that is extremely unprofessional. Especially because businesses like ours depend on Fedex to overnight things that we may not have the ability to send until just right under the deadline.I enjoy fedex services but for the sake of our business needs going forward we cant have an office that isnt available for the times we rely on them to ship very time sensitive documents.

Weve been trying to receive this package for a week now. After several failed attempts of delivery and several door Tags later, I attempted to retrieve the package myself from the local FedEx store in Orem Utah. Address 70 north 1200 West. I arrived at approximately 6:04 p.m.(closing time 6 pm). And the doors were locked. When I looked through the door, there were three staff members standing right inside, staring directly at me as a knocked repeatedly on the door. Neither of them responded to me until one brunette female responded rudely Were CLOSED. I was appalled at the customer service or lack there of that I received. I understand you have closing time, I do, but when its a couple minutes past and youre standing there talking, why not help? You have attempted to deliver multiple times and I have attempted to pick up several times, and it would have only taken a few moments of their time to get this taken care of. This is something we needed by tomorrow, but were unable to obtain it now because of 4 minutes and poor attitudes. Because the staff was so rude and unwilling to help me, (They even turned around, and or ignored me after I replied Really? You wont help me?, When they told me they were closed) I will ensure that I take all my personal business including my corporate business elsewhere. I will NEVER use FedEx again. You have lost a customer for life. Retrain your staff on what it takes to keep your future customers or you wont have any.
Mailing us fast and they always help. Make sure to put your label on the right direction if pre labeling. That get a little disappointed when it is the wrong direction.
Package arrived at this location on a Saturday. Was scheduled for delivery on a Monday. Wasnt delivered until Wednesday. So it sat for two business days and two weekend days doing nothing, not allowing me to pick it up from their office because apparently it would be too hard to locate my package within their own building. When it finally was delivered they chucked the package (a laptop) didnt knock, and left. Worst delivery service ever.

Ok, they seem too rush because when I come here to pick up the box but the staff said someone already pick the box up, I was like what?! I told them why the heck they give my box to someone else? The Orem office cannot get an address correct. They called and verified on day package was to be delivered (it was a priority overnight). And then delivered three days later. Guess it wasnt a priority for them.... So much for paying extra.

I was home the entire time, they put a note on my door without even knocking. My car was in the garage all day ! I was expecting the package so I planned to be home. It pisses me off because I had to drive to pick up my package which was completely uneccessary if you would have just knocked. Just like the cable guy on grown ups. Disappointed Fed Ex!

Lazy employee threw a package up to our door from the bottom of our stairs at our apartment complex today. I heard the box hit the wall outside my door and bounce around and when I looked it was ripped up and laying on its side. There was an expensive product inside. Usually FedEx is great but this experience was horrible.
Fedex Ship Center is the best place for shipping! Friendly, helpful staff, and they have the latest Express cutoff in Utah county. They dont make copies or Fax. Go to Fedex Office for printing and faxing.

I mistakenly went to the wrong FedEx to print out my resume (I went to the one for shipping instead of the one for printing) and I was going to be late for my interview because this was the second place Id gone to print it and it was rush hour. Kirstie saw that I was stressed and in a rush and helped me out even though they dont usually do print jobs at that location and because of her I made it on time! Though Im not the average customer for this location, I can tell the customer service here is really great.
Never have I ever had a good experience here. Literally every time I have been here they have sent me to another one or lost my package or some other major issue to further their lack of coherent operations. Not to mention there is always a line because there is only one person working at a time.
