Was able to get help preparing packages to ship by DHL. The employee was helpful, courteous, and efficient. I also learned that they are a drop-off for UPS, FEDEX, DHL, AND USPS, which nearly madness it a one stop shop for shipping.

Wow! My journey has ended! I have found my pot of GOLD!Yesterday I was on a treacherous path going from place to place in search of a “reasonably priced” shipping of my fragile item.Yesterday was difficult 😞. At the end of the day I was told $116!Today I was given the “VIP” treatment as the gentleman carefully bubble wrapped my item and filled the customized box with styrofoam to ensure its “one piece” delivery! All for the whopping price of.... drum roll....$38.71!!! (This included the VIP treatment... 1) specialized box 2) dbl bubble wrap 3) styrofoam 4) care and special treatment! And my pkg will arrive on Friday! Today is Wed!!! Incredible!Thank you Post Mart! You are AMAZING!!!I’m not going anywhere else anymore!!! My journey for a “shipping company” has ended. I’m docking here!

Overall I love it here ! Easy fast and helpful and better then the terrible post office . But one thing I BEG when printing a label there please place it on the package before going to the next customer. I want to see the label being placed on my package!This has happened twice in the past week . And I’m so nervous they will place it in the wrong package or forget to place it by chance ? Im sure it’s fine but it leaves that uncomfortable feeling if “what if”

I am not one to write online reviews, but I simply must share with the world how amazing Post Mart is. I occasionally have to ship things for my job (sometimes a large amount of packages at once, and sometimes internationally), and the employees at Post Mart make the experience so seamless. Its a small team, but they are the friendliest, most helpful people I have ever met. They have all of the supplies needed for packing and shipping, they always recommend the best/most economical shipping method, and theyre simply a pleasure to interact with. Service is slow, and despite the signage saying masks are required, there is no comment made when coughing unmasked patrons enter. Also, I sent the same fax 2 days ago for half as much money at ups

I paid for these guys to safely pack an item for me and the employee that did it didn’t fill the box to the top with packing peanuts but said it would be safe. The box was then damaged in shipping by Fed Ex so Postmart filed a claim almost two weeks ago and then I got a notice today from Fed Ex that said they denied my claim and offered no reason why.I told Postmart that I got the handle replaced for free and I just wanted the money I paid them to “safely” pack my item, and the money to ship the replacement part, to be refunded but they refused to offer any refund. Shipper beware!Edit: I was coming back here to delete this review but I noticed that the owner commented that I did receive a check from them. This was not resolved until after I originally posted this comment and *coincidentally* Post Mart started working on the claim again.

Amazing customer service experience, everyday, all day . they’re much faster than the post office, one item at the post office will take ya 30 minutes to an hour of waiting, these guys will have you out in less than 5 minutes . Thank you

In my 30+ years, I have never had such rude customer service. Both locations, Provo and Orem have severe communication difficulties. The older gentleman in Provo doesnt greet hIs customers or even talk with friendly chatter; hes just cold. Orem employees talk on personal phone calls constantly. Ive been coming here for over five years and its getting unbearable. So long Post Mart.
