I love going to the Orem center! They have a lot of machines so you get your workout done in peace. The people that come there havent been crazy too. 🥰

I started out with the Planet Fitness in Las Vegas and then transferred here when I moved. Great location and easy parking. I really enjoy the staff despite.it seems.like they have a high turnover rate. Not fond of the hours changing constantly but still a good gym.

Wow! Worst gym ever! Their large main fan has not been working for the last 2-3 weeks and when it has been 90 degree weather like we have been having there is no air circulation whatsoever and you cannot breathe and it is insanely HOT. Throughout the gym there are tiny fans but where I workout which is in the middle of the gym on the treadmills there is no fan whatsoever and so I rely on that large main fan working but it has been 2-3 weeks and it has still not been working and I just paid a $40 maintenance fee and yet they wont perform maintenance. That just isnt right...Quite frankly feel that is seriously messed up! Also, My poor sweet girlfriend called in to this location and spoke with the manager Cylee who was very rude to my girlfriend. My girlfriend and I have been talking about the issues with the main fan not working and my girlfriend also has asthma so its crucial she can breathe properly. But,Cylee did not show any empathy whatsoever towards my gf and did not once apologize for the fan not working and for the issues of the fan not working that is giving to my gf. Not only that but Cylee actually told my gf she is the only one to complain about this.How rude was that??? Not cool Clyee or Planet Fitness! People do not need to put up with this! This place honestly needs to be checked out by OSHA...

Can you explain why you guys are turning off the AC at night? This place is so freaking hot at night!!!Seriously guys, turn that freaking AC on! The new hours completely destroy the infrastructure of my life. There are now many days where I cant work out because theyre not 24 hours anymore, across several states.

I was with Vasa since it was golds gym. Finally switch to planet fitness. It is way better and “the staff is a lot better than Vasa. Thanks guys

Just started working out at this gym and so far so good! A more relaxed environment than Vasa & has all the equipment I need personally

I used to really enjoy coming here, but for some reason it just has gone down hill.... the people are pretty disrespectful when it comes to others using the equipment and when complaining to the staff they dont care or dont do anything about it. A lot of people use the benches to sit on when there are some of us who actually use them to work out on. Its just a lack of being aware of your surroundings and others around you. Planet needs to invest in more benches or ask the others who arent actually using them to move aside!

It was super clean but workers were less than helpful and not enthused. Plus free weights were all busy the entire time but all machines were open. Get more free weights guys.

Buyer beware. Planet Fatness requires their members to visit their home gym for canceling membership. This can be inconvenient on the event of a move.

The ac is broken which makes it very difficult to workout in this 100+ degree heat and the doors stay closed at night so none of the body heat can escape even when it is under 100 degrees. They told me they don’t know when it’ll be fixed. Considering canceling my membership. Y’all make lots of money on customers, ac in 100+ degree temperatures is essential.

I got a membership but its kind of lackluster. I think covid has hurt gyms in general

Great place, not crowded for a Saturday morning

I have been on the hunt for a new gym since 24 hour fitness closed all their locations here in Utah, Originally was going to the other big 10$ gym chain but I was not satisfied with their environment, hours or overcrowding. This Planet fitness though was pretty much the perfect gym for me, the staff was super helpful and kind to me even with me visiting a PF for the first time ever today. Also it is very clean here and you are provided with hand sanitizer and disinfectant/paper towels so you can clean the machines/equipment. Plus the gym being open 24/7 is fantastic because I can go to the gym whenever I feel like it. Overall great experience though and Im planning on joining Orem PF very soon!

Very displeased with the fact that you can’t bring in a guest so they can check out the gym and perhaps get into a monthly membership. Not a good sense of how to win over more customers and retain the customer who are already members. They expect you to get a more expensive membership in order to bring in a person who could potentially become a customer.

This is my favorite PF location. Never too crowded, and it looks great after the renovations they just completed. A ton of new equipment, and the black card spa is pretty sick.

$10 a month and you get a great gym and a personal trainer. $23 a month, and you get all that, a guest pass, and several amenities: red light full-body therapy, tanning beds and standing tanning booths, water massage therapy and massage chairs and more.This is not a sales pitch, this is a review. If you ever felt cheated by a gym, you will not get that here. You get exactly what you sign up for at this location, all at an unbeatable price.

I really like that the gym is clean and not over crowded. Downside is that the free weights stop at 75lbs and they don’t have a free weight bench press or squat rack.

This gym is totally fine to get your workout in. I should have done my research, the classes they offer are more personal training sessions (which is cool, but I wanted group classes).

This is my home gym. Have always felt safe here when during CV19. They have just about any type of workout equipment. Great tanning booths and hydro massage.

Clean, easy going staff, good for beginners and novice workouts. They have HIIT, free weights, and everything I need to stay fit. The price cannot be beat. So worth it.

Good place to start a fitness life when the problem is than you are shamed of your strength or body itself.

I love all the different options of work outs that I can do. There are also lockers and showers which is nice. Having to log onto their wifi everytime is annoying.

Got the one day pass to check it out. Staff was pretty new but he was really nice and helpful. No heavy lifting available but it would be a good starter gym for anyone looking into getting going on your first gym membership. 0500 was also pretty empty when I checked it out.

This gym has everything I need to get my workouts in, and the environment is great. It can get a little crowded at times, but never so full I cant adjust and get through my sets quick enough

The upcoming new hours are very inconvenient.

Ive been there a couple times and the showers the water was cold, it took 10 minutes for the water to get barley not as cold by the time I was done with the cold shower the water finally started to get warm, 20 minutes later. This is not the first time either... was not impressed. Ended up driving to West valley city, planet fitness, at least the water has been hot.

Love Planet Fitness in general! This location is pretty empty in the morning, great equipment and facilities, and the staff is very friendly (I get a good morning and have a great day each time I go there)!I did have an unfortunate experience here. My wallet was stolen from the locker room, so if you plan on going make sure to bring a lock.I also feel like some gym goers are less than hygienic, not cleaning after themselves. In times of a global pandemic, I feel like they could be more assertive and make it mandatory for people to wipe the equipment after using it, not just “strongly encourage” them to do so.I’d recommend this place to anyone in the area, but be aware of your belongings and clean the equipment before and after use.Update: thank you Planet Fitness for offering to get in contact regarding the theft incident. Unfortunately this was a while back, and the employee I spoke with at this location let me know that there was nothing that could be done. Doubt that there’s anything that can be done now that would rectify the incident.

I love this gym, they have way better deals then Vasa did. Everyone there keeps all the equipment clean. Its a judge free zone and I love that about them. The environment is extremely friendly!

On the phone the customer service representative tells you, you can cancel your membership at any time, what they dont tell you is they will charge you and extra month. They wont work with you. They will just take the money.The place is disgusting, the tanning bed arent cleaned. Do not go there.

I absolutely love this planet fitness! I do miss old staff but I can really see a difference in the newer staff. They are so helpful and hardworking. Always cleaning and willing to have a conversation with you. They make you feel welcomed and encourage you to achieve your fitness goals. Your new Manager Sheridan is amazing! She really goes above and beyond to help you with all of your needs. She’s always there and always has a smile on her face. If you need help with anything she’s your girl! Miss the old managers but she is definitely elevating this gym. I can’t say enough about my experience here!

While gyms are packed and not regularly cleared. This location has been really well care in the Covid time.

LOVE this gym. This location is TOP NOTCH too 👍🏽 (I’ve loved many of planet fitness’s locations) SO SO clean and the employees are very nice! Always saying hi; even getting to know your name! It feels nice to come into such a friendly and inviting community of people all working out. Owners are incredible!!!! Glad to be going to such a amazing gym all around. Tanning beds are up to date and great, massage beds are so nice and I love love love the red light therapy bed! GREAT GREAT AMAZING GYM! ha

I’ve gone to several gyms in the area and the environment here is absolutely my favorite. Especially when compared to the other large chain in the area (VASA), I feel far more comfortable at PF. There’s actually a VASA with a pool, basketball court, racquetball courts, and more less than two blocks from where I live, and I instead drive ten minutes away to Planet Fitness because despite having fewer amenities and being farther from my house, the experience is so much better. They really have created a judgement free zone.

Planet fitness is my favorite gym. They really do practice what they preach. It is always really clean and the staff is very friendly. It’s not as crowded as other local gyms. They also have some fun promotions like free pizza on the first Tuesday of the month as well as free coffee and bagels the second Tuesday of the month.

Wanted to charge me $1 to buy a mask or I could not come in 👎🏻

I would love to give this gym a good review however the help there is atrocious. I went as a guest and was greeted by nobody listening to 2 clients at the front desk because it seemed more important to talk about there co-workers as we stood there. Once we began to workout an employee was supposed to be cleaning machines and was too interested in her phone conversation. Not the environment I want with a new virus around. They lost a new customer. I am sure their is more than just us feel free to post your grievances here.

Planet Fitness Orem acts like they are much different than other gyms and that they have your best interest but all they see is dollar signs. Don’t sign up! They have supposedly have no way to refund money and the one manager that has the power to do so is conveniently out of town all time. Shady business. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

I love this place. I am so happy that they recently upgraded the whole facility and changed the hours. I have the Black card and it is so worth it to me with all the extra perks they offer. I love getting a hydro massage after my workout. The staff is so nice. Its a great, clean environment to work out in!

Had really good experiences at this location. Staff is knowledgeable and although they can be a little pushy, they don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need. The locker room was very clean and well kept. All the equipment looks brand new and you can just tell how much time they put in to maintaining the facility. They also have massage chairs and beds which is defiantly a plus.

Very friendly staff. Gym, locker and shower are very clean. All equipment clean and good working order. I do a lot of traveling and visit a lot of planet fitness locations. This is one of the best. Unfortunately some locations are not clean or well maintained. But Planet Fitness overall is a great place to get in shape and enjoy the workout.

I love how they keep this location super clean. Black pass is the only way to go. Workout at any planet fitness, access to tanning and massage beds, and bring a friend! They have a bunch of locations nationwide and its fun to check them out when you travel. I recently went to the downtown Boston location, that was pretty historic.

This is a good place to go if you want some isolation in your workout. It is spacious and usually not as full in the afternoons, so you can put in headphones and just work it without distraction. Cant power lift, so I dont know if this is where to go if you want extreme workouts. This place is best as a stress reliever. Equipment is well maintained and the temperature is well regulated.

The atmosphere is the opposite of other gyms with people there to workout and get on with life. The service is spectacular. My only complaint is at times it seems crowded and you often have to wait to use equipment.

My wife and I have had a great experience here. We go in the morning and it’s not very busy. They recently upgraded their facility with new machines which is awesome. The staff are very friendly. My only complaint was they would close early on the weekend, but they changed that so they are open 24/7, which is greatly appreciated.

Good place to work out. It met my needs:treadmill and a place to use my six pack promise app. It also has a 30 minute workout circuit that seems interesting. Read the rules posted though: Recommended only 3 times a week and rest on the other days. I have not tried it, but I plan on doing it soon.

I dont love all of their plantet-fitness branded gear. Its not the place to go to for really serious athletes, but its great for getting your foot in the door to better health. There arent many free weights but enough if youre willing to wait. Staff is 70%/30% on friendliness - sometimes you get the ones who dont care but for the most part theyre pretty good!

Easy, affordable, equiptment always works, everything you need in a gym without it being douchy

I love their judgement free zone. The people that work here are very nice and personable. I love the Hydro Bed massage and also the total body enhancement machine. I also like the little spaces where you can do workouts on different parts of your body. The treadmills bicycle machines and stair steppers are great also. I also love that you have a guest pass. You can bring a guest with you each time you come.

I love this place I paid $20 is a month and I can use the tanning beds the cellulite beds the massage beds. I love the two little areas where you can get a quick workout by just moving around when your time is up and the green light comes on. With our membership we also got access to a personal trainer who took us around and showed us how to work every machine in there. This place is nice and clean. The people who work here are very professional and will answer any question you have.

I love going to the gym, but something is off here recently. Out of paper towels for 2 days, and tootsies. And their bathrooms are always dirty. ALWAYS. I asked one of the girls about it a week ago, and she said they just got rid of their cleaning lady. But nothing has improved, if anything, its worse. And the roof always leaks in the back by the mats. Massage chair is always broken too. Although nice enough, most of the employees just stand in the booth like there isnt anything to do... kinda lame when we pay 24 a month.

I have a pass, and in general its great. One of the machines I like is often broken, which makes for a long line, and some days its so busy I just leave, but otherwise no real complaints

Has a decent number of amenities, gets pretty busy in the evenings but that should die down in a few weeks. I appreciate the environment they cultivate that itsjudgment free, machines are well maintained. They have a cross training area that I dont use but its pretty cool. I m happy with my membership.

Love planet fitness, I love the atmosphere, I loved the no judgment zone, I love that its almost the complete opposite of vasa where everyone is just macho Manning it out whereas everyone else is focusing on themselves and themselves only at planet fitness Unfortunately I lost my job and I owe them money now and I will get that didnt care of as soon as possible so I can continue to use their gym the hopefully down the road we can get that taken care of

I have been a member for years, almost since they first opened, and I use to really enjoy it. Although the last few months the quality and care of the management has dropped dramatically. I go in the morning and the girl at the front desk is so terrible! She stands in the corner farthest from people and is on her phone or the computer. I have left twice after scanning in to use the tanning bed or massage chair without using them because she is in her corner and ignores me. Finally, I scanned in and waited for her to acknowledge me (which like normal she didnt) so I walked around and told her I scanned in and needed help.. she responded like she was put out and annoyed! Im not sorry that you hate and cant do your job and that my request for help annoys you! She has never, not once even said hi or bye to not only me but possibly anyone! She doesnt even look up to see who is coming or going! Secondly, there is a man there every morning (has a longer beard) and he is loud, crude and disgusting (I can literally hear him from across the gym). He talks to multiple women and tries to hit on others, he has tried to pick up on me! He talks openly about women he has **** or would like to! The managers know exactly who Im talking about.. but they are likely friendly with him because Ive seen them hanging out and talking several times. Im surprised they have allowed him to be as loud and openly crude as he is and not asked him to leave. I dont pay to have to hear and deal with that guy and that employee every morning! If things dont change Ill cancel and go to the new Vasa when its done..

Good gym to go exercise. They have all kinds of equipment, cardio machines, and stations where you can do different things. One place is for abs and stretching, another is for a 30 minute exercise with weight machines and steps, as well as a place to do a 360 degree workout.

For a gym this one is fun! If you want a clean, enjoyable workout with relaxing extras this one is perfect for you! They have a on site coach that is included with the monthly fee (which is affordable without a contract),tanning, red light therapy, hydrotherapy beds and much more. Check it out!

Pretty standard small-gym experience, but is the only one open 24/7.

I love planet! Just renovated this location but even still its not as clean or well kept as some of the other locations but I do love the layout and parking is great. Always plenty of equipment available.

I visited this gym while traveling and I have to say, the staff is much better than in most gyms. They are attentive to each guest and are extra friendly. The gym is kept clean and they have everything you need. They even made an effort to help me search for a ring I lost during my visit.

Clean, not too busy, comfortable, and pretty motivating. 4 clean, private showers in the mens locker room. Great ab station, pretty good gym!Edit, after a few months at another gym: the feel at this place is so nice. Its maybe not for everybody, but going to a public gym that feels like Im working out with family... That is sweet.

When I originally signed up, I emphasized the importance of being able to cancel whenever I wanted without a problem. The staff member assured me that I would not need to worry about it since I wasnt signing a contract, only a month to month deal. About 3 months later, Im married, moved away from that home gym and started using my husbands card. When I called to cancel, they said because it hadnt been officially 30 days of signing up, I had to travel back to the home gym or send a letter in the mail to cancel. This was not what I was originally told by the staff member when I originally signed up. Very disappointed.

Best gym ever. Massage chairs. Any kind of machine you could want. Love the price!
