They said it was $170 a month but after the first month the owner said I was running a shop out of the unit and raised my rent to $220 but I wasnt running a shop then he gave me a 10 notice because he says I was living in the unit when I was hear most of the time going threw my stuff thats fine now hes got to pay me back for 7 days that I have left on my lease so l guess Ill see if he lives up to his contract if not Ill either stay hear or get a civil lawyer

Pretty run down. Big units and easy access. One caution would be that if appears to have some people that are living in some of the units!

Orem storage is very convenient for me and my stuff. Mike is a great owner and is insistent on nobody living in the units. Also I do not know of anyone cooking up drugs? Yes! The units could use work, and if I come across any problems or work needing to be done in my unit(s), I take it upon myself to fix the problem in a professional manner. For the wallet Orem storage is a deal. The distance from home is ideal and practical. Yes, security could be a bit better, and yes, the units could use a fresh coat of paint. But it is a storage/ project facility, not the Rits Carlton. Good place& reasonably priced.

This is your average storage unit but Bill is great to work with. When I fist was moving everything was so chaotic and it took me two weeks to sign the contract and get the payment to him. He was very understanding for which I was very grateful!

Perfectly reasonable storage facility with good hours and easy accessibility. Friendly management.

There are people living in the storage units. The units look as bad as they did when I rented a storage unit over 12 years ago. Absolutely nothing has changed. I would not go back and rent from them ever again. Not a positive experience. Cleaned up the storage unit and scrubbed it out and made it better than it was when I moved in there and the owners refused to give me my deposit back. I would go somewhere else.

Edit: December 2020, the fence in the pic on this site does not show the fence has a hige opening. Orem Storage is not secure from the street and criminals at all! Homeless living in about (6)units in Orem Storage. This is a public health and fire safety violation, (if these people loving here use propane). All storage doors need painted. The location is prime and is important to us as we need to access our stuff frequently enough that it would be a big pain if it werent so centrally located to everything. The price is right and the check in and check out process couldnt be easier.

These are some of the nicest, most down-to-earth people you could ever talk to. I would highly recommend storing with their facility just based on how they treat people. But they also have an awesome system that allows for online rentals/billpay and makes managing your monthly rent very simple. The facility is clean and nice and the managers are committed to making it an all around pleasant experience.

Ive never been here but Google keeps insisting that I have. Im sure its a fine place to store stuff.

I love this place. My stuff is staying dry and almost no dust accumulation in 6 months. I love that I can access it any time of the day or night. The management is nice and clear every time I talk to them over the phone (Ive never had to interact with management in person).

This place is very run down, and multiple units have people living in them with no power, water, sewer,No maintainable ever, and not secure. NO THANKS!

Orem Storage is a great place to store your stuff. It was super easy to go online, find a unit, then rent with ease. Recommend this place to anyone.

If you value your property, DO NOT RENT HERE!If you are looking for a place to live and cook up your drugs etc. it’s cheap rent.The second day I had my unit it was broken into (with a key) and many things were stolen!I’ve reported to the owner and police that somebody was living in the unit next to us and wouldn’t you know it a few weeks later a fire broke out, I lost half of my belongings to smoke damage and water damage and the owner (Mike) Sure can talk the talk but will not do the walk! I’ve talk to many of the other renters who even complained about water damage before the fire!The driveways are never plowed or swept, there is no upkeep whatsoever of these units and are infested with spiders and many other kinds of insects! There is no security or proper lighting, most definitely not safe at night!There is a reason why these units are available don’t waste your money! For the same price I paid for this unit I got another one behind a security gate and security cameras with environment control units!
