Couldnt fix my issue, stil charged me full amount quoted to fix it and called it bench time. He didnt have a clue what was wrong.I take myself as an honest worker, and if you hire me for a job and I quote you $100, but then cant do the job, Im not charging you $100. Thats not the philosophy of Steve. Buyer beware.

It was a great service, the fixed my hard drives he was very honest and kind, great communication and a quick and good job done.

I have brought my printers here numerous times over the years and am always impressed by the professional, honest, and quick work. My Dell multifunction laser printer died and over the phone he guessed at the power supply being the culprit. After his initial work he verified that we needed to replace it, got the part and had the printer back to me within the week. Truly good people!

Brought my laptop in because it wasn’t charging. The technician found the problem and fixed it as well as answered all of my questions. Very friendly and helpful.

I took my hard drive in that had stopped showing up on the computer. He was able to recover most if not all of the data on it. Honest, affordable, and Id recommend it to anyone.

My HP 4000, bought in 1998, started grinding and growling. Did not know who to call, so I looked up printer repair in Orem, Utah. This company had three 5-star ratings. Granted they were in 2012, but I gave the place a call. I brought in my printer that day. The owner, Steven, said he would take a look and call me. I was expecting a large bill; it was not. I got my printer back the next day and it runs as if brand new. This company is HONEST, and the owner really knows what hes doing. This is a business where you and your equipment receive the best care.

This guy was really nice to us when we first visited his shop. He guaranteed the printer repair but the black ink failed after only about a week. This would have been fine but we promptly got really busy with having a newborn baby and immediately after a nightmare car wreck. Amid the chaos we called and let him know wed be coming back in and that the repair didnt work. Unfortunately, when we went back in he claimed he didnt remember doing the job and would have to charge to make the repair. Im not sure if thats completely honest or he doesnt remember. It had been some time. Either way we are very dissatisfied in the end, unfortunately. For the cost of two repair jobs, we shouldve bought another printer.

Make them itemize, and you got to keep on them to get information. Could have been a good marriage..
