I was able to get a vehicle to rent but I called a month before hand to make the reservation. The call itself was good. The person that helped me with the reservation was patient and helpful. When I went to the rental office, the gentleman was less than personable and he did not inform me that the office would be closed when I returned the car. He didnt even mention Id have to leave the keys in a box. I showed up like 10 minutes before the hour and they had already closed. I asked to be called to make sure the car keys were received and that the car was safe where I left it because once again the gentleman did not tell me where to leave it. Its been at least 4-5 years since the last time I rented a car and at that time, they were always courteous. I was really disappointed with the in-person service this time.
They are great. I was in and out the door in less than 2 or 3 minutes. My insurance and the people here at Enterprise handled everything for me. I just gave them my name they took me to the truck for my rental and signed a paper and done. The return was easy and hassle free.
Used a rental from this company. The rental was hit and run while it was in my work parking lot. They treated me like it was my fault. Charged $500 to my card before I could call them back with my insurance policy information. Scummy service with 0 integrity. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

I would absolutely recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car to anyone seeking a rental, especially for longer periods, (i.e. over a week). When I had car issues, (needed an oil change), they made arrangements for me to get it done and back on the road in very little time. I really appreciated how they went above and beyond for my needs.

Whats the point of reserving a 4 wheel drive if when you get there they give you a 2 wheel drive and simply say oops. Called supervisor and he said nothing he could do. Enterprise. NOT what it was.
I just want the car I picked out online for the price it says online. Roomy interior, smaller gas efficient engine, large trunk is what I was going for. That is why i picked the full size car. Why did I end up with a sports car, why did the total end up $400 more than the price online, why was I not fully answered when I asked these questions. If I wasnt in such a time crunch I would have just left. I will definitely try somewhere else next time.

Due to recent rise of thefts, Enterprise was not doing debit cards just credit cards. I only had a debit card. “Snow” was so helpful in NOT leaving me stranded in Orem, Ut. They were able to get my return flight info which showed I’d be flying out of state to return home not driving. We had a fabulous stay and were able to do the things we wanted to do. Thank you Orem Utah Enterprise. You did me a solid!!!! Grateful.
Originally booked car with another company because it was cheaper. Totally got screwed by other company, rushed down the road toEnterprise and was out the door with an upgraded SUV in about 30 min. Worth a few extra bucks to be treated like a human. I wish I could thank the girl who helped me out when I was in a rush but I don’t remember her name. She was fantastic! Bye bye forever other company!
Enterprise has always taken good care of us. They seem very up front and can give you a good deal. If youre evaluating car rental companies please save yourself the headache and just go here.03/03/2019 - Another great experience with Enterprise. Took a full size down to AZ and CA. No problems and I love the after hours return.

Enterprise was super shady about what they charge you. I had a ton of fees for the rental but was never given a break down of what those fees were for. I also called the agent to let him know there was a ton of traffic and we were going to be late with our drop off. I just wanted to make sure we weren’t going to be charged for an extra day. The agent told me not to worry about it, yet still charged for the extra day. Definitely won’t be renting from Enterprise again.

I really hate the online system. I am a plus member with a lot of points racked up. I logged in to reserve a car and selected the option to redeem my points. It took me to the search function to find an available car.After WAY TOO LONG searching, I finally found and confirmed a reservation. But it never applied my points. When I asked the manager in person while picking up the vehicle, they said I needed to apply the points online. Duh. I tried that. Why cant an employee look me up and apply the points in person?Trying to reserve a car online is a huge hassle because you cant just put generic parameters and get results for whatever is available. When you dont care where you get the car and your hours are flexible, you have to go back and forth a million times looking for availability based on each individual location and with a variety of times. They really need an online option for people who had to take their car to the shop, so they just need something to get to work. When I finally found an available car, I got a ride to go pick it up before work. The employee asked me if I wanted the protections, and like any cautious person, I said yes. He didnt tell me which protections there were or how much they cost, so the price for my rental was suddenly double what I was expecting. The manager later said that he wouldnt have suggested ALL of the protections, only a certain few according to my needs. The next week I needed to get ANOTHER car because my truck was still in the shop. My dad told me that our insurance should cover rentals, so I didnt need those protections again. I declined them. Of course, THAT week, while I was parked on campus, someone scraped the car as they were pulling in or out of their spot. Of course I didnt even know the damage was there until I returned the vehicle and needed to file a damage claim with our insurance. If I had simply selected the damage waiver that Enterprise offers, it wouldnt have mattered.I appreciated the managers kind help through everything. He gets 5 stars for friendliness, for prioritizing my needs and for giving me his personal contact info if anything goes wrong.My biggest problem is with the whole system, especially the website. I have hundreds of points saved up that arent even helping me during my seriously stressful crisis of rushing a car to a shop without knowing how long the repairs will take. Turns out, I spent more on repairs and on the rentals + insurance than I would have spent on finding a replacement used car.
I reserved a van for 24 hours ahead of schedule and when I showed up, they had my reservation at the wrong time (8 am instead of 1 pm) and had already given the van away. it ended up being an extremely busy day for them. I had to wait a very long time with 3 little kids. It wasnt totally the employees fault because they had no idea that it was going to be so busy. They were very nice; just a frustrating situation.

My experience with these guys was great! I had too rent through a dealership that was repairing my van and they have a partnership to provide rides back and forth between the two. Friendly, professional, and convenient.
Ive had great service from the people at Enterprise. Very friendly. I have rented from them several times now, traveled about 2,000 miles, and never had any issues with the vehicles. Being able to return a car rental after hours is a great bonus which not many other rental agencies offer. I will be going back again for sure.

Our family was headed off for a spring break vacation and decided not to use our own car. I started looking for rates for a local rent a car and Enterprise came up and had great rates. Since they were so close I actually went to visit them the day before just to see what car I would be able to get. The rental agent gave me several options and the next morning when I arrived he had exactly what I was looking for. The rental car really made a difference since we were in the car for long periods of time throughout the trip. I will definitely be back!
While I was pleased with the size and value of the car I rented, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the vehicle. Areas needing attention: Glass--a film on the windshield was evident when facing the sun; Carpets and console---many crumbs left behind from the previous renter(s). a ladies compact was left under the front seat; Dried goo--the passenger seat had crusty (once liquid) material left on the seat. Most of this was removed before I took possession of the car. The same material in smaller amounts was also on the console and drivers seat.
I have been renting from Enterprise for 10+ years, and sad to say my experience this time was below average. The young lady who gave me my keys, asked if I wanted tire insurance, I had NEVER heard of that and declined it. While traveling in the desert, the low tire pressure came on. When we got into town we put air in the tire. This happened again and I took it to a tire shop and had them check ALL 4 tires, one tire was low. When I returned the car that low tire pressure was on for the THIRD TIME! As I handed back the keys I told the person about the tire pressure light and that I was NOT a happy customer! She asked what she could do to make me happy, I told her next time I rent from you, I would like an upgrade at NO CHARGE. I guess we will see if she was listening when I rent a car again.
I had a horrible experience at budget and 10 min at enterprise changed the rest of the day for me. The man who helped me provided excellent customer service, extremely nice and helpful and was able to get me what I needed. Im loyal to enterprise now all because of this experience. I highly recommend enterprise for car rentals!
Service was great. My vehicle was ready when I got there. There was no pressure to upgrade. Checking it back in was a breeze. My deposit was returned quicky and efficiently. I highly recommend this rental office!
Never a bad experience. We’ve been graciously upgraded the last 3 times we’ve stopped in. The most recent upgrade was because of a lack of maintenance on our vehicle. My husband noticed the tire pressure light came on when he got into the car and was told repeatedly that it’s normal. He left to hit the road when he just knew it wasn’t right and shouldn’t be ignored. He filled up the tires and noticed a huge PSI difference. He called the store to inform them of this and to understand the important of putting air in the tires. The manager was so apologetic and insisted that we come in and upgrade our vehicle. Excellent customer service!!
Great service. Was sold on using their insurance when I could have used my own for free. Waste of money until I switched it over to my own. Felt the rep didnt explain that very well. He rushed me to my car. Interesting techniques by the younger guy. Good experience overall. -March, 2016
I really need to point out the service provided by Wes Krajsky. Short story: Got a rental, inspected it, no issues, brought it back a week later. Inspection showed a small hole in the front bumper (Life Pro Tip: Take pictures when you pick up your car). I was confused as Ive only driven it a few times and never hit anything. We went inside was on our way to charge me $500 for the damage. I was visibly frustrated and Wes stopped the process, checked out the damage, and realized it was existing. He could have saved face by doing nothing, he could have kept quiet and let an annoying customer pay for his sins, he could have done any number of things but instead did the right thing. I cant describe how many people I feel do not do this. Its really unique and deserves praise. This is the type of person I want to work beside. You have my loyalty and my business.
Good service, got me to the car very quickly and easily. When introduced to the insurance option I was told $25, found out after agreeing that it was $25 per day, not total. Not a big deal, if it wasnt my first time I would have known. Car was great.

Needed a 4x4 to go from Utah to California.. In Snow and rain. Bald tires, windshield wipers had gaps. Back windshied wiper started scratching a rainbow in it. Change oil light came on at the beginning of trip. All with my 3 little ones on it. Super frustrated with how the travel part of my trip went. My previous experience was great.
All the staff I worked with were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed working with them and will again if we ever need another rental. :)

I used them for the first time this weekend. I had used Budget down the street previously and had a bad experience so I tried Enterprise. These guys were great. Got my car quickly, they were polite and customer service oriented. Its only one experience but I felt inclined to tell you to pick them over Budget in this area.
I rented a van from another rental company two weeks prior to leaving on a one-day humanitarian trip. On my way to pick up the van on the morning of our trip, I got a call from this company telling me they have no vans available. So I called enterprise and they found a van and worked really hard to expedite its preparation so we could be on time to our destination. I appreciate the extra effort made by the employees at enterprise
There are a few frustrating business practices but I understand why it happens. When you have a large corporation its harder to be flexible. Overall a great experience though. I was in a hurry and the employee was able to help me out very quickly and get me on the road.
Assistant manager at this location is extremely helpful. I was confirmed for a truck that was rented online, but when I arrived it was not available. He tried looking at other branches in Utah but they were out of stock as well.Have rented here a few times and each time it was a pleasant interaction.

We rented a Full size vehicle allowing to have room and be comfortable. We were told it was a full size. We were beyond uncomfortable and cramped. No room to move in the back seats and they were hard as a rock. Not what we had expected for our journey at all. 1st time Ive ever been disappointed with Enterprise and will most definitely double think going through them again.

When i got there they did not have the truck i reserved 2 weeks before. after 1 hour of wait they found one 15 miles south of the location.When we got there the truck was filthy and the tank of gas wasnt even half way full. the whole experience was horrible. made me two hours late for my whole trip.I have been renting with hertz for years and a presidential status there. thought I were give Enterprise a try. but I was very disappointed with the whole deal.

I had a very good experience. I walked in and within 5 minutes had my car. The people were very nice and quick. We accidentally left a couple of items in the car and it was not problem to get them back later.
They were friendly and quick when picking up the car. It took a little time to return it, but they were fully staffed and it was a Monday morning - it was to be expected. All my questions were answered and concerns addressed completely. I will rent from here again.

It was by far the least expensive enterprise In the area. However the the car was not clean inside or out. The car was also not full on gas when i picked it up. But other than that every thing was great.

I went last second on a Friday evening to try and grab a car to use to travel to California. I didnt have a reservation but they were able to hook me up with a car. The wait was kind of long but they had a lot of customers and it looked like they were working as fast as they could. I felt they explained the extra insurance, etc. very well but I chose to go without any of the extras because my Progressive insurance covered me. The employees didnt go over the top to pressure me into buying their extra stuff and I appreciated that, but they adequately described the risks of not getting it. I took it back the next monday and dropped off the keys, got my deposit back in a timely fashion and had no issues. Great employees and seem like honest dudes. I wish they would have had more small economy type cars on hand because I ended up getting put in a very new Mustang but I cant fault them on that too much since I didnt have a reservation.TL;DRI would recommend going to this location and I had no bad experiences.
Wes, the manager at one of the Orem based Enterprise rental companies showed me compassion beyond what what I even imagined. I was having a family emergency and he went above and beyond for me. Excellent service! They didnt end up charging us for the 380 dollars of insurance that we didnt realize we signed up for in the first place. Ive never called a company about a erroneous charge and had it resolved so easily and professionally
They were over 30 minutes late in bringing us our rental car, and then charged a waiver fee of $21.99 PER DAY without telling us it was going to be a daily fee while we had the car. As two poor college students, my husband and I signed thinking it was an overall fee, and have now been charged a LOT more than we thought we were signing for. I guess you need to read the fine print at Enterprise as they will not tell you the real specifications of what you are signing for.
I thought enterprise seemed like a nice company/location, but despite making a reservation around a month ago, there were no cars available for our specified car type. We were able to get a different/more expensive car for the same price, but we were most interested in the really good gas mileage of the economy cars. Instead we had to wait a long time, go to another location that was 20 mins away, and settle for a car that will cost us a lot more in gas. They didnt respect reservations, and made things incredibly inconvenient, when we were in a time crunch.
1. Wait for one hour to get the car.2. They tried to give me the car that just returned without any cleaning.3. I declined so I waited for another half an hour to get another car.4. The tire was flat when I got the car, no even a pre-check before lending out.5. Closed at 6PM. I called the counter and they said it was fine to park it outside if it passed the office hour. I returned at 7PM, and it was counted ANOTHER DAYS rental!6. I declined the insurance they tried to sell, and signed my name. And they STILL CHARGE me insurance FOR TWO DAYS!--- I come back to edit the comment. I called the store and told them the problem and without any friction they got to know the problem by looking at their records and tried to return me the money. (However if its easy to tell from the record, how could they make mistakes?) I should say I was satisfied with this call though. Just waiting for the confirmation of the refund.
I get a rental car through my insurance when I am involved in an accident. I was excited to work with Enterprise, but my experience was not very pleasing. I was picked up from the body shop where I had dropped off my vehicle for repairs, but it took them forty minutes to come and get me, even though it was down the street. Once I arrived at the location, I expect to go right in and be back out. This wasnt the case at all, because the they didnt have any cars. So they had to take me to work, and informed me that they would work with another Enterprise to get a car dropped off at my work. When I was about to get off, I had to call them to remind them that I didnt have a car to drive. They said the they would call the other Enterprise and work something out to resolve the issue. I received a call again stating that they didnt have a car, and that they were going to pick me up from work and take me back to Enterprise. The driver once again took a very long time to pick me up, and when I finally got to Enterprise there was only one employee working. I continued to wait for another half an hours before I was actually serviced.
5 star service, they were ready when I got there. Thanks to my online reservation & I was treated with utmost respect & professionalism. I will refer my family & friends to this location.

Well see if the refund comes through.This is the first review Ive ever done, but I feel so thoroughly disappointed in how this branch operates and in its customer service that I have felt obligated to warn others. I travel A TON for work and Ill never use them again. It honestly makes me envious of everyone elses 5-star experience because that is not what I received.First, I reserved a car nearly two weeks in advance. I received at least 3-4 calls from them leading up to my trip verifying if I was still planning on renting. I told them yes and thought to myself, Well thats good customer service. However, when I showed up...no cars. None. At all. Now, I understand being busy, I do, but why call to make sure Im still planning on my trip if you cant guarantee cars there? I had to wait nearly 1 1/2 hours (not an exaggeration) in their office until a car showed up. Granted, they took off a little bit and I got the first car back, which was an upgrade. So, I thought, Ok. Forgiven. Well, the kicker is when I returned the car.Upon leaving for my trip I asked if I needed to fill the tank when I returned. I was told no (assuming that was their way of resolving the delay on their part), and that was that. When I returned the car and the final charges came through I realized I was charged drastically more than what was in the agreement. I called to ask why and was told this was for gas. I explained I was told not to worry about filling up the tank, it wasnt on the contract, and that if I knew they were going to charge that amount I would have filled it up myself for the $2.24/gallon price it is right now. Well, instead of reimbursing me the funds and an apology I got a huff and a puff from the girl on the phone and a minuscule refund. Very disappointed. Ill take my business elsewhere, thank you.
My rental was provided by the insurance after an auto accident. I couldnt get away from my office and called to ask them to bring me the car and contracts rather than bring me back to their office to finalize. Although polite, the rep told me their policy didnt allow for a couple different reasons. I was clearly frustrated but said I would just have to wait for another day. Within minutes, the manager called, said his rep came to him to see if they could help me. The manager waived all of the necessary procedures and make the exceptions. They later brought me a very clean, comfortable car and made it very simple and efficient. Very courteous and professional care!

I use the rental cars for work. The service is really great. The only down fall is summer prices are to high. Cache remembered me when i walked in the door. Normally i walk in and drive out within 10 minutes.
We always rent from Enterprise we have tried other companies and had major problems with Enterprise we have had nothing but great things. We got a van from them while our van was being worked on the Van ran great makes me wish I could upgrade to a new 2017. I guess my only downer is that they are really pushy with trying to get you to get their additional coverage. I told the worker no but she kept insisting I figured that for what we were going to be using it for we didnt need the extra insurance. They picked me up from Cascade Collision and dropped me off no questions.
I got there an hour after making reservations for a small compact economical car. There were about 10 people waiting around and only one person working. after about a 10-20 minute wait the man helped me. The only car they had available was a massive gmc sierra truck. We were planning on a 2,000 mile trip. The truck would burn twice the amount of fuel. we couldnt spend the extra money it would take so we have to delay our trip.
Branch Manager, and staff were exceptional in their service. Even though they were swamped when I made the arrangement, they were able to pull me through with the vehicle I needed, and for a very reasonable discounted price. They are the best!

I have rented from this site many times and I can say without exception that the service has been top notch, the employees are courteous, friendly, helpful and thoughtful and the cars have been clean and performed flawlessly. The difference between this rental car company and the others is so evident. I rent here whenever I can.
My experience probably are not so typical, but be careful about this office. Some employee are surely trying to set customer up.I lived nearby and rented here through Costco once. When I picked up the car, the lady asked me about my insurance of coverage. Also written down in the rental agreement that I have $500 deductible for the damage. (my own coverage is only 250, but I didnt told her) I felt quite strange at that time, since I never ever has a rental office ask me about my own insurance coverage and write deductible in my rental agreement.When I returned the car, they checked it and said there are two big dent at the bottom of the car. They told me it can be caused by someone using Jack to lift the car up. Since they dont have the record for this damage, I am responsible. I asked the lady if they checked the bottom of the car before renting to me, she said she has checked 3 times ...Someone apparently is lying. I called enterprise and they started a lengthy investigation. Several months later they told me since no evidence for bla bla, I am responsible for it.Anyway, my credit card has primary coverage so no loss to me. But I will surely stay away from this rental facilities in the future. Shame that we have this office here, as most people here in our neighborhood are honest people.
I come here almost weekly for work. These guys are so efficient. They have even gone out of their way once to get me a car rental when I accidentally booked the wrong day and they didnt have a car for me because of that. They are friendly and always take note of my needs. Definitely recommend.
Walked in at the 1600 so Orem location waited 20 min gave them all the info they needed told them the insurance company was footing the bill for 2 plus weeks only to be told they wouldnt rent to me becuase of a 10 dollar late fee in 2013 that the head office cleared so i went to another company an was welcomed i hope enterprise business is good cause i know alot of people
Rep was very courteous and walked me through the car and contract in person. This is a very busy location and doesnt have a lot of inventory sitting around. So reserve in advance if you have a specific need.

We wait only minutes before being picked up by a lean cut well mannered young man..we we treated super went over contact until it was completely understood. . Upon return had a quick return by cheerful sale person who explained charges n those picked up by the dealership...and a pleasant ride back to the dealership. ..a 10* rating..

When I picked up my Vehicle they originally tried to stick me in a Vehicle that is to small. And they told me that they didnt have anything else. Finally they put me in a Chevy Impala and made a point of telling me repeatedly that it was their Premium model.It was there the whole time, that just means they were dishonest.My insurance covers that, but they didnt bother asking me. They did offer to drive me down from Orem to Spanish Fork, but I said I would make the Impala work.I am 6 8 and I had to put the seat all of the way back and recline the seat and get in the car sideways. Since I was only going to put it in the garage at home, I didnt care.Anyway the reason for the low review is this, I called on January 8, 2019 about returning the vehicle.When I mentioned that it was inconvenient to return my rental car before verifying that the auto-body work was completed, I was told: Just so you know. We can get the car, but if on the way back it is damaged thats on you. They also said it wasnt convenient because it would take two employees, in just one of their vehicles.Mind you Enterprise was 1 mile from the auto-body shop. So I said, I would just bring them the vehicle first, and they said they could give me a ride down.Easy, right?I walk in the door and there was a Blonde woman (customer) who had Nick Barnum (Assistant Manager) helping her. And another guy was standing right next to him.He tells me that she is next in line, and he will be helping her before me. He tells me that I can take a seat if I want to.(there is nobody else waiting in front of her or behind me.)I decline.I stand there for 8 minutes, and he finally gives her keys to an SUV ignores me still, and tells her that he is going to go outside to walk around the vehicle with her.When he leaves, I ask the guy just standing there who that was. He gave me his name Nick Barnum (Assistant Manager) and his card.He asks me what I am in for, and I say a Return.He says: oh if thats it. I can do the walk around myself. And give you the paperwork.I say that would be great.So I go outside with him, and he does a walk around. Says that everything looks good.Back inside he puts the information on a sticky note, and tells me that he will make sure his Boss gets it.I said, I can wait.Finally Nick Barnum comes back inside. He says that Enterprise was only covered through the 5th and that until theyre covered through the 8th he cant give me a Receipt.He tells me I can go now, and informs me that he sent the information to my insurance company and he will call them too.I call my Insurance company while still at Enterprise. Because I want proof that the car was Returned, and nothing was wrong with it.I get told, I will get an email with the details. Satisfied with that aspect, I leave. There are two Enterprise Employees in the car on the ride to the auto-body shop.The driver asks me how everything was, and says that they just want me to be happy.When I tell him that I was ignored so two employees could help the Blonde woman, he says: Well you understand it right?I think he was trying to be funny. But I said, honestly I dont. Your Boss was disrespectful to me.And didnt even ask why I was there.And the final insult. Once we arrive at the Auto-body shop, that extra person in the car was there to pick up someones Rental that they had left.You know, that is what I called and asked about in the first place!

Every time weve gotten a car from here, its been a positive experience. We have waited in long lines before, but the customer service people were always kind, courteous, professional, and you could tell they were always doing all they could to get you what you need. Next time we need a rental car, Ill be checking with Enterprise first.
These guys are fast, efficient, and friendly. The best place around to rent a car.
Scott expecially was super nice and very helpful. I had a problem at another Rent-a-Car company and came here and they were able to give me a car right away.
Enterprise is a great company, but this location is horrible, the branch manger Wes is a jerk. He is rude, belittles you, and is ultimately disrespectful. I think hes the same guy who was rude to us up at Park City. I have never been treated worse. We ended up going to the Provo Location were they treated us with the great service that we have come to expect from Enterprise. I think they should fire Wes.
I really am grateful for the service that was rendered to me on the time of my pick up. It started a little frustrating when i was told that there were no cars available for 2 of the reservations i had made. I was planning on taking a long road trip, and the only vehicle available was a pick up truck. With gas, you could imagine my hesitation. I was offered to take the pick up to the salt lake airport which is about 45 + away. Even though it put me behind on schedule by 2 hours, it was the only option i had. So i took the car up to the salt lake international location. where i had to wait for another 30 mins to be taken care of. overall, it had its bumps in the road, but it was an ok outcome. i got a day free, and could return on an empty tank which was nice. However, i believe there was more that could have been done. I will continue going through enterprise because this one time was my only bad experience.
The Orem office is fabulous. They are quick to help you and very cordial to talk to. My company will always use them when needed.
We rented a car which locked when it was running, locking us out. Enterprise sent someone to unlock it and charged us $66. When I called to ask them to refund the charge because there was no forewarning of this unusual locking mechanism, I was told they would call me right back...three times. On the fourth call I was told that I was just out of luck. Their service is lousy. For $66 there are too many other places to rent a car to put up with their lack of professional service.
After an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience with the Budget Rent a car in Orem... These guys went out of their way to help me out!! They were busy and a little overwhelmed, but handled it as quickly and efficiently as they could, and got me on my way with a car. Highly recommend renting from Enterprise/National, they go way above and beyond on customer service. Thanks again!
Have rented a few times here. The vehicles I got were excellent. They worked quickly with my insurance to sort out payments and rates. However they seemed to always be understaffed pretty badly and waits at the office both to get the cars and return them were long. Very long on one occasion.
I was really impressed by their friendliness and quickness to help me. They greeted me every time with a handshake and an eagerness to help.
These guys are great. Instead of the minivan I got a Jeep. Nothing against mommy missiles...
