Well, its all in the name. Appliance repair, not parts. If you call, you get two choices. Press one for an appliance repair contractor. Press two for everything else. I pressed two, hoping to order a part. When you press two, you are told this company is only for people looking for an appliance repair contractor and it hangs up on you! I guess they got tired of telling people this themselves. LOL

Was hung up on three times. Clearly a scam when the “operator” doesn’t dare complete a phone call! Wanted a bunch of personal information before “forwarding” to a “repair man” which of course never happened! Amazing what people will do to waste your time and scam the few people vulnerable enough to not know any better!

These guys are honest with fair prices and knowledgeable.

I hired Orem Appliance Repair to repair our broken dryer. The technician was able to arrive right after I called and had the appliance fixed super fast! The entire appointment was not longer than 45 minutes.Do not trust your appliances with any other service in Orem!Truly helpful and fast service. The cost was fair.

I called and had to sit through several phone choices before being put on hold for five minutes. Thats when I hung up and called someone else.When I call a business, Id like to talk to a person. If they are so busy that I have to wait forever, hire some new minimum wage customer service reps. Sheesh.

This is not a real store. They route calls to other companies. I got scammed by one of the companies they routed me to -- Summit Logistics. Youre much better off going with an actual appliance repair company with a physical office in your area.
