I loved these guys. Let me explain my familys story with these guys. We got three quotes from three different water softeners installers. Although all the options were pleasant enough, the first company we came across tried to pressure us to install their water softener by saying if we signed the contract that day he would throw in $1000 of free soap - and the installation would be $6000. That was definitely too high, and that offer was weird. The second company we got a quote from didnt offer any options. Water Crusader was the third company to visit us. They were very professional, wanted us to take the time to make a decision, showed us why we might want one water softener over the other in a no pressure pitch - in short, it was great. We ended up going with their top of the line water softener. As a consequence our water tastes better (not the same as bottled water, of course, but the chlorine is gone which is nice!), and - to my surprise - some minor rashes that I have had on my face for nearly a decade now are gone! Im not a doctor of course, and cannot say that youll have the same experience that I did with my rashes - but suffice to say, Ive been very grateful for water Crusader and their professionalism and service. They researched and gave me options and I chose to purchase a new unit and one within my budget. Never was I pressured to buy their best but the one that best fit my needs. These guys did a great job. We called them looking for a water softener. They sent out someone named Patrick who ended up testing our water and then providing information on the different types of systems they had and the cost of each. After deciding what system we wanted they scheduled some time within the week to install the system. For payment, they also have flexible options.The install went well. Patrick came back to do the install for us. Our place had decent access for installing the softener as well as plumbing the kitchen. So within a few hours we were setup and ready to go. If anyone were to ask me for recommendations of what company to use for softeners, this place would be it.

These guys are super professional. The install was done when were told and the timing it took was exact. The product works incredibly well. No itchy skin, using way less soap, water tastes better. My experience with crusader was excellent, Patrick came, and was very knowledgeable. He did the install while I was out skiing. The next day I had issue with hot water because of a pre-existing issue, and even though Patrick was sick he came and solved the issue. The water is noticeably better and my skin not as dry.

We have extremely hard water in our south Utah County home. When our old softener finally died we looked for a highly rated professional company; Crusader was the obvious choice. Mark came the next day and thoroughly explained how water is softened and tested the hardness of our water. He offered us the new twin-tank system for the price of the single system because they had just received it and wanted to see how customers liked it. A few days later he installed the system i our tiny utility room without any problems. The second tank fit in front of the first and the salt pellet tank is smaller that our old one. Since we have a large family of 4-9 people living here, the fact that wed always have enough softened water to do mountains of laundry, dishes and many showers per day. Mark even came back to verify that the two tanks were working together properly. Its more efficient, running filter cycles only when needed, so theres no salt or water waste. Our dishes are spotless and only need 1/3 of a detergent tablet. We use MUCH less laundry detergent and our showers leave skin & hair less dry. We definitely recommend Crusader.

Mark came out for the yearly inspection and discovered a defect with our existing valve. He quickly replaced the valve and now our water system is working great again. I’m always impressed with the quality of the service. Also, the Active Armour is a great product as it protects our appliances from corrosion.

Highly Recommend!!! This system is amazing! We moved out to Utah recently from California where we had great water conditioning system. I really wanted a system that was low maintenance but fixed our hard water that was coming out of the faucets on our new home. Crusader’s salesperson, Mark, came out and taught us more than I ever thought I would know about water and had great suggestions on options that would work for our home. He even had a unit available in case we wanted to install that same day, which we did. I was hesitant to get a soft water system after seeing how many bags of salt my mother-in-law used on her water softener through a different company but the Crusaders systems are soooo much better!!! And so efficient with the salt needed to operate. I’ve been really impressed! We use far less salt than I expected. It was all around a wonderful experience installing the system through Crusader and I would recommend these water experts to anyone in the area. And eventually I need to get my mother in-law to switch her old salt eating system over to this one.

We have loved our water softener system from Crusader Water of Utah. Pat was so pleasant to work with and was able to answer any question we had about the system before purchasing. We felt at ease about everything throughout the whole process. After having our water softener and RO water installed, we have noticed a great difference in the quality of our water. My baby who has sensitive skin always has red rashes and dry patches on his body. The soft water has helped his rashes tremendously to where they are barely visible and seem less bothersome. We have had a softener installed from Crusader for about a month now and have loved the results we have seen. We had two reasons for purchasing; our dry skin and hard water build up on our pipes. Our two year old was getting rashes and had a lot of dry skin. It is now almost non existent. Our shower (which was only 6 months old) was seeing build of an hurting the flow. after a matter of days the soft water had pushed through and we now longer see any build up. Our dishes also look so much cleaner coming out of the dish washer. In addition to the results, Pat was excellent to work with and was open and honest and didnt force us into anything we did need. Very Satisfied

We had a good experience having a water softener installed with Crusader. We worked with Mark the whole way through - from initial quote to installation to follow up - and he was always great to communicate with - he responded quickly and always showed up when he said he would. He also came to install the day after we contacted him to proceed with installation! The only thing that was slightly frustrating was we had him come give us an initial quote so we knew how much we needed to set aside, but by the time we had the money ready and contacted them three months later, the price had gone up $300. They were willing to give it to us at the price of the initial quote in exchange for writing our honest review of our experience, so overall it worked out, but be aware that if you don’t put a deposit down the price may change. That being said, we’re very happy with our purchase, and would recommend them to anyone looking for their services.

Let me just start by saying that crusader is top tier in this industry. With every year that passes more and more companies lose the customer service that we all look for. Not this one! They absolutely stand by their word!When we decided to go with crusader we immediately new that we were dealing with a company that truly cared about their customers. After things were installed Mark said to us please tell me if the smell comes back. He made two attempts replacing the anode in the water heater hoping that would take away the nasty bacteria smell that we were getting throughout the house. It didnt work but keep in mind that there was no additional charge, just good faith and customer service. This still didnt fix the problem. We made the call and within two weeks the owner decided that replacing the water heater is what needed to happen. Mark and another tech are replacing the water heater at no cost.This is a true testament of how a company truly stands by their word and follows thru. They have have made a lasting impression on me and my family and I would recommend them to anyone wanting a water softener. Use this company and I promise that you wont be disappointed.

Our house had been plumbed in such a way that our existing water softener had little to no effect. Mark and Pat worked tirelessly to solve the actual piping problem (not just try to sell us an expensive water softener) and now I can report that we actually have softened water!!! We met with two other companies to help us get RO and soft water. Mark and Crusader were the company we went with as Mark did not talk to us like dummies and seemed like a straight shooter.He had some great systems that would have been great for us, however our budget was restrictive to some of those systems. Once I told him how much we wanted to spend he thanked us for giving him that direction and said he would put something together to give us what we wanted and give us the best bang for the buck.He came back with a total system of everything we wanted within the budget we set.Each time he came out, he was on time and installed everything with no problems. It has been close to a month and everything is great. I am confident that if anything goes wrong or if we have issues or need service it will be handled to our satisfaction. Crusader Water of Utah has been extremely patient and willing to work with me across all my questions and objections. They are by far the most educated of any water servicers I talked to and worked with. I had 5 groups come in and do a evaluation on my house. Its an extremely old house with very limited mobility in the crawlspace where the work would be done. Crusader water was the only group that actually got down in my crawl space beforehand and really prepared for the possibility of working on it. It definitely cost more to have them do it than some other options, but it was worth it in knowing that we got the best system for our needs and the best people to work on our house. That being said, there are other companies that were more expensive, like Costco, so by no means is crusader over priced. Lastly I just want to call out again how thorough they were in answering questions and doing third own research. They even adjusted their website wording because I found it confusing. All in all, working with them was a great experience!

I purchased a Crusader water softener and filtration system about a month ago and these are my impressions: (1) The equipment is top quality, delivering clean, soft water, free of mineral flavors and odors; also free of that “slippery” sensation typically associated with soft water. (2) The owner and technician who installed our water softener both went out of their way to find an affordable, effective solution tailored to our needs and concerns. As a result, we’re left with the sense that Crusader places high priority on their commitment to their customers. Bottom-line: Crusader has delivered exceptional value and service to us and we’re very pleased to recommend them.

I was hesitant to spend a lot of money on a water softener because I could buy one four about $500-$600 and thought that it would be just as good. Then I found Crusader and met with the Salesmen/Plumber (Mark) who was very Informative and Professional and gave me the information to help me make up my mind peacefully. I moved into a recently renovated house with all new bathroom fixtures and a full glass shower in February 2020. The water where I live has a hardness of around 17 gpg putting it in the “very hard” category. We almost immediately began to see scale buildup and water spots on our new shower, and in the tiny holes in the shower-head. I decided we needed a water softener primarily to maintain our new fixtures and keep the shower looking fresh. I was originally planning on buying an off-the-shelf system from a big box store, but after speaking with Crusader Water system I decided to go with one of their systems.Crusader was extremely professional, they wore shoe booties on our carpet, asked permission before entering the house or taking photos of our plumbing, they arrived precisely when they said they would, and communicated very well. My installer, Mark, was clearly passionate about the product he was selling and installing, he gave an excellent demo of how the water softener could benefit us and answered my questions thoroughly. I told Mark I was considering a generic water softener from a hardware store and he explained why that might not be a good idea, and why Crusader systems are so much better.The installation went smoothly, took around 2 hours, was done very professionally and Mark spent time explaining how the system worked and what maintenance needed to be done. We now have soft water and no more spots have been showing up on our brand new glass shower!Pros:- Extremely professional! Timely, respectful, thorough, communicative.- The best water products on the Wasatch Front.- No more hard water, our water went from ~17 to ~1 gpg.Cons:- The sales pitch was too long, took around an hour, my attention span lasted about 15 minutes.- Perhaps a little pricier than competitors, but it’s a better product.- Didn’t come with salt, for the price they should have included the first batch of salt.- Using anything other than ProGuard resin cleaner voids the warranty, ProGuard is very expensive and only available through Crusader.

Living in Park City we experience very hard and toxic water. We purchased a home in 2011 and never had a water softener. Over time, our system was less effective and eventually had issues. I tried working with other companies, but I hired Crusader because they were knowledgable, service-oriented, and conscious of my needs, concerns and budget. We found a solution that would work well for us and I feel better educated and well-protected with my new systems. I also feel confident that if I have any issues, they will be addressed promptly and professionally.

I had a Crusader water softener installed when I built my home. It works well but I noticed an error code on the unit when the system was regenerating. When I brought this up Crusader they came out the same day and serviced our water softener. I was very impressed with the prompt service! They also explained that the system had a 5 year warranty which is great and rare now days when the longest warranty is usually only a year. I can definitely recommend Crusader to anyone considering a water softener or water filtering system!

Aqua Mechanical has provided one of the most professional services that weve had since we started remodeling our mother-in-laws home. Aqua Mechanical came on time, they were respectful and cleaned up during and after service, they offered the best value in terms of systems and service, and they were just super friendly and honest. You can really trust this company to do an excellent job for a fair price.

We needed to have our water softener checked since we just bought our house and didnt know the condition of it from the original sellers. Mark came to our house and was very knowledgeable and respectful. He gave us our options and got our water softener working normally with a deep clean. The following week he came back to do a courtesy check to make sure that our water was soft and tested it. This is a very good company to do business with, I highly recommend it.

After weeks of having every water system sales people come through my house and doing my own research, I found The Crusaders, and lucky I did. Spent a half hour on the phone answering all my questions, then over an hour in my home (respectfully) testing, analyzing and explaining everything you could ever want and need to know. Then we got everything I could dream for in our water the next day. Mark did a wonderful job from first phone call back to the clean up and full orientation of the beautiful systems. I have no worry if anything should but most likely wont happen, that these guys would be there in a heartbeat to fix the problem. You cant beat the systems and you definitely cant beat their service. Ive had a great experience working with Aqua Mechanical. Theyre very helpful and knowledgeable and the water is amazing. I love that our RO system never runs dry it produces so fast. Mark has been great to work with and the warranty is awesome. Warning, youll become a total water snob once you have these systems installed.

I love our new reverse osmosis unit. Ive always been picky about water flavor and didnt care for the flavor of the water at first, but after their tech Mark installed a calcium addition, its perfect. My husband and I love not having to lug cases of water home. The unit has consistently produced more water than we need and the flavor is unparalleled. We would refer AMI to anyone looking for cleaner, tastier drinking water.

We recently moved into our new home and immediately found out that our water needed some help. Not only did it taste awful, but it was extremely hard. We had build-up appearing right away on all the faucets and sinks. My wife has eczema and has had severe flare-ups in the past with other softeners whenever would add more salt. Living in Eagle Mountain Utah, we found out we had some very hard and corrosive water. A month after purchasing our home, the water softener needing replacing. We contacted a few of the “regulars” and got the “regular” schpeals. Enter Mark. He came into our home and asked for a tour first and foremost. Asking questions about our way of living to get better idea of our water needs. We immediately felt like this experience would be different. Crusaders has been nothing but fantastic to work with from that day on. There has never been high pressure sales, the exact opposite to be honest. They even down sold us on the unit we bought. After the install we had a little hiccup with a valve and they were immediately there to replace it and even came bearing another 6 month worth of product for the troubles. This system has already saved us $$$ in salt!!!!! I have already recommended this company to many people.

Mark Cowart from Aqua Mechanical analyzed our water and made several suggestions for a reverse osmosis system designed exactly for our needs; he even suggested a system that purified our fridge water simultaneously. After receiving two other bids (for inferior products and a higher price), Mark personally installed our system with upgraded tanks and fixtures. First rate.

I was amazed when I tasted the water from your Reverse Osmosis system. We have bought our drinking water from a local water store for the last 15 years because we have a private well and Ive had some health issues. But your RO water is much better than the stores! I couldnt believe it! The water store actually has an enormous RO filtration system that they told me could not be matched by a home water filtration system but after testing and tasting I think they may need to contact you for a new Reverse Osmosis system.
