They have fixed everything weve needed in a timely manner. Weve loved working with them.
They charge you just to say the first piece they had told you was not it. They charged me 180 in total just to stay it’s a 900 $ piece. What a ripoff !!!
First time they came and charged me 80$ they came to fix my refrigerator and told us it wasn’t that part anymore. Instead they wanted to charge us 900$. That’s insane and they charged us 100$ just to tell us that. Don’t trust them. Never using them again. Poor customer service
I have used these guys for years. I feel like they are honest and wont overcharge. They will tell it like it is but not fix something worth repairing. I have even had them give me advice on what to buy in new appliances.
Made an appointment between 3-6pm they arrived late. They just come and say what’s wrong without looking at anything. Found that unprofessional. Don’t recommend, they just charge so much to come look at your appliances
Roger with Aaron’s Appliance Repair has been professional and very fair in fixing three of my appliances. He was especially helpful in figuring out how to fix a very stubborn dishwasher. His prices were more than fair. The company worked with me and my busy schedule to find times to come out and do the work. They are all polite and very helpful. I can’t recommend them more highly!
Gave them a deposit over a year ago. A monthly call resulted in nothing. The company merged and the two sides want to fight over who has to fix it or return the deposit. Neither side is interested in keeping the customer. I ordered the part 6 months before they merged - so the part must not have ever been ordered. Why would I wait 12 months? Im very laid back about this type of issue. $150 - guess I paid for their fuel and lunch for a week. Maybe they could at least have said thanks. Called Sears and it was fixed in 3 days. Dont waste your time with these guys unless you like hearing your wife tease you about the fridge several times a week. I wonder how much money I could make driving around collecting deposits for a year
They missed my appointment and the customer service was generally unsatisfying. I ended up getting better service somewhere else.
Ive always had nothing but good experiences with them. And Ive bought several items from this store & no complaints here

I got stood up on my appointment that I had booked a week in advance. I called their main number and was berated by the customer service guy for not answering my phone when the technician called even though I was home waiting they didnt even show up.
