Midtown 360 is a great place to live. The amenities and central location to basically everything is great and very convenient. The apartments are spacious and well kept. Management explains quite well the responsibilities residents have when in contract and have been very helpful explaining any discrepancies that might have occurred. Overall they are friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. ♥️
The apartments themselves are good, new, and modern. However, if you ever need help from management don’t expect much. I’m pretty sure they don’t train their employees. They were just a bunch of young girls who were often unavailable and were not very helpful. For example there were kids screaming in the hallways at 10 PM several nights while we lived there. Management got complaints from a lot of residents but it took them several weeks to reach out to the parents. It didn’t do much good because the screaming continued and they didn’t do anything else about it. Management was also very disorganized. They double assigned our parking spot (which wasn’t cheap) with another person. Long story short, that was a several hour long ordeal in the middle of the night which didn’t get resolved until the next morning. Finally, we found someone to “take over” our contract but when they applied, several weeks went by and management kept saying the application was “still being reviewed”. After over a month of no response, that person went and found a different place to live. Management never informed us that the application had been cancelled so several more weeks went by before we found out. The reason we found out at all was because we we reached out to them.Overall the apartments themselves are nice but management should get some public relations training so they can more accurately call midtown “luxurious”. Don’t expect them to be accommodating or helpful.
Some of the best people I have ever met run this place and they do a damn good job at it. Maintenance guys work their hardest and the front office people have that perfect blend of bitter and sweet when they need it. Would absolutely love to live here if the market wasnt so crazy Id move in right now!
I have lived in Midtown for three years. With every apartment complex, there are always positives and negatives to my experience. Some things that stand out to me that could be changed to make the living experience better is being able to select your own entertainment and internet package, move back to having Conservice be a part of your total rent, and for a more accurate all in rental amount. Some of the things that makes this place worth trying out is the location, and the ownership Lola and Breann have in trying to address any concerns the tenants have.
DO NOT live here. I wish I could leave them a 0 star review. They don’t even deserve a 1 star. This management company is dishonest. They charge every apartment a carpet cleaning and full paint job upon move out. Do not expect to get your deposit back and for them to try and get more money out of you. I’m positive we had one of the cleanest apartments in the building. This management company is dishonest and should probably be investigated because I’m sure they have scammed several tenants with fees that did not need to be collected or used.
Worst apartment complex I’ve lived in by far. DO NOT live here. My roommates and I spent hours cleaning the apartment when we moved out until it was spotless. I’ve lived in 6 different apartment complexes before this one and never been charged for cleaning. Midtown360 charged us $60 carpet cleaning fee, $140 general cleaning fee, and almost $250 to repaint the apartment (when we asked them to show us why we were being charged, they pointed to a couple small nicks on the walls that could’ve easily been covered up. We didn’t even put nails in the wall during our time there because we were scared of getting charged). They’re so cheap that throughout the year, they charge you monthly for the utilities for the entire building in addition to the ones for your own apartment. The whole place is a scam and you should not live here.
Moved in a few months ago and my entire family couldn’t be happier. The apartment is gorgeous and so spacious with high-end appliances and a wonderful view from our balcony. Still can’t believe the value added by all the amenities. The high-rise towers, heated year round pool and hot tubs, a spectacular rooftop lounge and a super nice fitness club. The management and customer service have been extraordinary and from what I’ve learned the management team is fairly new. They are doing an amazing job to create a luxury living experience. I can’t recommend Midtown 360 enough and feel privileged to part of this community. Best value in Orem by far!
I’d love with my mother in law before I spent another day at this joint.
Been living here for four months and the staff is just simply the best! They fix repairs quicker than anywhere Ive lived before and the property is gorgeous! If your on the fence about living here come on down off the fence because you wont regret it!
Terrible management, no parking, not pet friendly, despite all of these things being advertised. Don’t be scammed by these guys
Don’t judge a book by its cover, this place is like biting into a nice red apple only to find it’s filled with worms and maggots. Seriously don’t trust the management.
I have lived here for a few years while getting my degree and am so happy to have found such an amazing apartment complex the first time around. My dog love the pet locations and how friendly all of the residents are. The underground parking is also super convenient. The maintenance staff is super quick to respond even to small things like light bulbs and smoke detector batteries.
I’d rather bunk up with my 3 year that wets the bed than spend another night at this place. They are scammers that should be prosecuted.
Staff - was nice but not great at communicating.Complex - gym was nice and underground parking is nice. Apartments have strange layoutsOverall an average living place.
If I could give 10 stars I would! Ive lived at other apartments in the area, but Midtown stands out from the others. Im paying the same price for a huge two bedroom as I did when I had a one bedroom at another apartment complex. The amenities are great and the maintenance team is on point. I never have to worry about my car because of the secured parking garage.
I have lived at Midtown 360 for a few months now and love it! The girls in the office are the sweetest and were so accommodating with my move in experience. I have never lived in an apartment complex with such nice amenities!
I have lived in high end properties over the years and I have to say Midtown 360 is by far one the best places to live in Utah County! From amazing breath taking views of Utah lake to their beautiful clubhouse to the apartments themselves this place is beautiful! Caleigh Venetis and her team of leasing agents are top notch when it comes to attention to detail and are extremely prompt and helpful when needed. Moving here was without a doubt one of the best decisions I’ve made.
We have loved loving here for the past few months. The office ladies are always super helpful and nice. I would recommend living here to anyone who is looking for a great place to live.
Nice apartments but when we talked to multiple people, they said that there are lots of little annoying rules. A resident also said that they will tow your car for everything. When we went to visit, we were also told it was pet friendly. However, there is no fenced in pet area and the one area allowed to have a pet in is very small
I would rather rent an outhouse from the nation forest service and share it with a homeless man than go back to this place.
I have lived, worked, and dined here. The place is amazing. I cant speak for the people that have left negative reviews, because my family and I did not have that experience. My kids were sad to leave, and I miss watching tv on their big screen. The front staff bust their butt to make sure all work orders are filed and sent to maintenance, on top of giving future residents great customer service. The maintenance staff is well trained, and well managed. Ive lived at an apartment in sandy, and salt lake. There is no competition when it comes to service.
I just moved in a few weeks ago and I love it so far. The apartments are so nice as well as the amenities. Parking is tight above ground but I ended up purchasing another underground spot for my girlfriends car so it is not an issue anymore. Dont listen to the other fake reviews made from one person who doesnt read the contract.
Midtown 360 location is very good and I feel very safe. I love apartment because it is nice and gym is wonderful so I workout everyday. Neighbors very good.
Overpriced for what you get, You dont even get an alloted parking spot when you sign up without paying an additional fee. This would be fine but the buildings are overcrowded so their isnt enough parking for everyone. Worst place I have lived yet
You know what you did.
Don’t mess with Ben
Should call this place art museum, because of all the scam artists
It’s only appealing on the outside. Management is absolutely terrible and they DO NOT abide by their own contract! They have a HUGE history of sueing and BEING SUED. When after you’ve left and your lease is over, they charge you THOUSANDS of dollars for leaving because they’re going bankrupt. DO NOT MOVE HERE, IT’S NOT WORTH IT IN THE END!!!!
Management and their leasing office was very unaccomadating and rude. Even unaccomadating to people with medical conditions. Most of the stuff in there had to be fixed and we had just moved in. Have never had so many issues with an apartment complex before. They also put in a lot of unnecessary fees, and dont tell you until after you signed the lease. Have even more rules than student housing. Barely started living there and already regret it. Dont move in, its definetly not worth the money or hassle !!
Customer service is horrible, no one replies to emails nor voice messages .. extremely unprofessional!! Avoid this property !!!
Its a little expensive but overall a great place to live. Been here a year and a half.
I’ve been at midtown for 3 years now and love it. The new building has a more modern feel. Also the outside pool is top notch and open through the winter!! The front desk girls are good but Taylor is great and always there to help me and my wife.
My daughter just started renting here a few months ago & she loves it. They havent had any issues so far. They had great move-in discounts/incentives & the apartments & amenities are super nice.
Staffing is horrible and not very friendly
I moved here in June 2020. The staff have been EXTREMELY accommodating. As with any place you live there are things to improve upon (parking in this situation). No, place is 100% perfect. However, the one thing that set them apart from the rest is that they care. Every single time I have brought a concern up or had an issue Callie, Bree, Colby, Dante (to name a few by name) and every other person have been more than willing to help. Highly suggest this apartment complex to those that are looking for a place to call home.
They told us that there would be enough parking on the south side. After we signed our contract they gave a lot of the parking away to retail parking. There is no where to park unless you want to pay them $60 a month. Me and all my room mates got towed because we parked in the retail because there was no where else to park. The company Midtown works with is Knights towing. They charged each one of us $288 which is way overpriced. I do not recommend this place. They overcharge you and they will take advantage of you.
I have lived here for 6 months and I love it. The lobby and the elevators are all ways clean, and smell of lemon. There was an issue with the computer system not recording my deposit. The staff was amazing and fixed the problem right away! They even have me an Amazon gift card. I will definitely be renewing my lease! This is the best apartment complex I have lived in, and believe me when I say there had been many.
Got towed and I live hear. Gotta love it.
This place is amazing! I had a great experience with all the staff. Kade knew what I was looking for in an apartment home and called me a month after my first visit to let me know something came available that he thought I would like. My apartment was freshly painted, spotless and smelled great when I moved in. The view from my balcony is unbelievable and the security is top notch! The property is kept very clean. As with any apartment complex with 300+ units, there are going to be quirks due to design and/or tenants. I highly recommend this place!
I love this place!! I lived there for almost 2 years and was amazing!! The manager Randy is a great person. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. I used to live at the C-604 and for me that was the best apartment that Ive ever lived. One more thing, the maintenance team are the best. I miss this place.
The apartments are Awesome! They have a Really cool and homey feel! I’ve lived in 2 different units. Unfortunately as you can see from all the other reviews, the staff is the absolute worst. No one knows anything about anything and you’ll get a different answer every time you ask. They will Tell you they will charge your card one amount and when you check it will be more then what they said. You can’t pay rent online you have to call and they NEVER Answer the phone or return your voicemails. The apartment is cool but the hassle definitely Outweighs the good. If you are considering this place i strongly recommended to Reconsider.
When I went to renew a lease agreement, they claimed that i hadnt paid the proper amount on my security deposit the previous year, that they had made a mistake on the lease and if I wanted to have the proper amount on my renewed lease, I would have to pay them an extra 200 dollars so it would be the correct amount.Read the other one star reviews, everyone has issues with the management at this place. They will not honor any deals they claim to make, do not trust a word they say. Get all of your deals and correspondence in writing or they will try and extort money out of you.The apartments are quite nice but the absolutely God awful management makes this place a nightmare.
Apartment is very nice. Everything else is horrible. Management is rude and unethical. They charge you for things not in the original contract, over 200 more per month. Claimed that the fine print gives them permission. They do not pick up the phone, nor answer messages left in voice mail. Dog pee constantly in elevator and elsewhere. Do not move here. Many of my neighbors are attempting to get out of contract without success. Originally we wanted to stay for a few years, but decided to exit two months sooner and pay in two places rather than stay
My daughter moved to Utah for her schooling this year and we looked at many places before making a decision. Midtown 360 was so accommodating through the move in process and my daughter will be staying there for another year or more because she loves her apartment. I think the rent is very reasonable for such a nice complex. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in the orem area.
Wow. Best experience finding an apartment ever!! Kade was patient and thorough as he showed us lots of apartments! Couldn’t have asked for any better service. Great apartment complex also. We are in love with the rooftop lounge space and the pool. They have beautiful apartments with wonderful prices. THANK YOU!!!
This housing complex is known for scamming people out of their security deposit. Would rate my experience with them 0/5 stars if that was an option.
I moved into midtown apartments a few months ago and it’s been absolutely amazing. The hosted a pool party that was amazing and so fun. This place is such a fun place to live. The staff is so nice and helpful. Love living here! 😊
Very bad place
This is one of the best places I’ve ever lived in. I only have Kudos for the Management staff.Everyone has always been very helpful.I mostly refer all my questions to Olivia and she has always been delightful with her customer service. To me that is most important. Good customer service and nice people that treat you right.Very excited to see what the expansion brings to Midtown 360 and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good place to live in.
I live here and the gym is terrible. The weights are never racked and half of them are missing. There’s no free bench and the pool and gym are only open until 10.
The good:-Parking underground is awesome-WiFi is pretty quick-Hot tub/pool/gym/clubhouse are niceThe bad:-Watch out for the extra charges on your lease! Every apartment is forced to buy into Directv, which comes out to $125 extra per month as part of the media package. You will also be forced to buy a $50/month parking spot. With utilities, expect to pay at least $250 more than what you are quoted per month for rent. If you have a pet, it will be an extra $500 up front with an extra $50/month as well.-You have to go into the office to pay rent each month. There is a 2.5% fee for credit cards and a 2.5% fee for calling and paying rent over the phone. They dont support online payments.-There is a monthly notice posted up with new rules for the apartments. The newest rule says that you can only have patio furniture on your balcony, when most apartments dont have room for storage in the first place. We have lived here for about 6 months, and we have seen almost a quarter of the apartments in our hallway empty. Hopefully they can make some changes to make this place better to live.
Of the many horror stories, this one top them all. The Management sent us a email saying there would be no towing in P2 parking because they where figuring out stickers and stall situation and they would let us know once resolved. Lo and behold I was towed, when I asked why I was told that I should know better Management will not listen to you unless you document every little detail. We even received a eviction notice once, and Im sure if we did not save the receipt of us paying rent we would of lost our home.
Love theses apartment. I love my apartment! Great views. Great management, Breanna and Caleigh are super helpful. Great location and great restaurants close by.
Ive only lived here for 2 1/2 months and I love it! The staff is very friendly - including the maintenance guys. Any little thing that needs to be fixed is done in a very timely manner. There are a lot of security measures which also impresses me. The gym is HUGE and well equipped - like youd be paying elsewhere to use. Even the tenants are friendly. These apartments are very spacious and modern. AND so centrally located to everything. Looking forward to the pool when it is finished. Whats not to like?! Apartment living at its best....
Dissapointed. Have had multiple people tell me there experiences with customer service. Majority of those encounters have not been a positive experience. Not happy with the customer service.
I live out of state and I called into the office to get information about the property, Taylor and Lola were very helpful with information And clear with what I will be spending monthly where as other properties will lie and have hidden fees.
I have been with Midtown 360 now for 9 months and have had the best experience. Not only are the condos amazing and classy but the staff are great. Olivia has helped me from day one and has always been helpful and courteous and fun. I would recommend Midtown to anybody.
Really, really bad.I love the apartment. If I could take our apartment elsewhere, I would. Everything was nice and brand new and worked well (Building D).The mgmt is really pretty bad. Theyre nice but quite helpless. They lost our rent payment (which is no surprise as they have no online payment system, you have to call their phone which they never answer) and put an eviction notice on our door without contacting us first. They then tried to charge us a $150 late fee even though we paid on time and they just lost our charge. They had no record of it, even though it came through on our bank statement. Three of our close neighbors smoke cigarettes inside their apartments and one smokes marijuana. When we turn on our heater/AC we can smell the smoke come through. When we asked mgmt to move us to a different apartment they said theyd charge us another $500 deposit to move, most of which isnt refundable. Lots of hidden charges (We pay $1300/month when its all said and done for our quoted $1000 rent) each month for our 1 bedroom. For $1300/month, we should be treated better than that. The people who live here are bad. Many smoke (both cigarettes and weed) inside their apartments. There are loud parties with drinking and smoking and loud music at the pool almost every night. If you live here, make sure not to face the pool. Security is hit and miss so sometimes these parties last until 11:00 pm or midnight (they used to last until 1 or 2 am). I stepped on dog poop in the hallway yesterday and it was still there today. Its very common to have dog pee or spilled drinks in the elevators, which are only cleaned once a week. There are lots of other options around so I would choose one of those. Mgmt is super helpful getting you into the apartment, but really bad once youre in.
Have a couple friends who have had a bad experience trying to get an apartment here. Not a FUn experience trying to get assistance
DO NOT RECOMMEND! A bunch of scammers, horrible experience
Bre and Caleigh are the best!! They are both always so helpful and help in anyway they can! They go above and beyond! Definitely recommend Midtown 360 to anyone!
The community at midtown 360 is like nothing else. Do you need help bringing your groceries up? look around I guarantee someone will offer to help you. You can find a clean beautiful apartment all over Utah county but being surrounded by successful, uplifting people just happens here because thats what midtown attracts, outstanding individuals who try everyday to be a little better.
Wish I could give 0 stars. The elevators were out of service and broken for literally months at a time. Our rent came in at nearly $300 more monthly than what we were originally told it would be. There is dog urine stains all up and down the hallways. There was dog throw-up in the elevator every week, and it was only cleaned once a week. The construction is very poor, our walls were crooked and the shower did not drain correctly. The parking was a joke, after parking in the same spot for months, I was randomly towed one night from the same spot with out warning/ any new signage. The faucets were cheap and fragile as well. I lived in building D, I hope the other buildings are in better shape. I was in love with this place after I toured it the first time, but quickly learned to never judge a book by its cover. Would not recommend living here, you can find much better priced living and find much higher quality in Orem.
Don’t even try with this place. Unless you want to risk them stealing a security deposit
We have lived at Midtown 360 for almost 2 years. It has been a great experience. Working with Brittney and those in the office has been great. We had one of their studio apartments. If anything needed to be changed out they were quick to respond and fix it. Parking is super nice during the winter because its all underground. I would recommend living here to my friends. Thanks for taking care of us Midtown!
I have lived at Midtown 360 for over 2 years and it has been an exceptional experience until now. Management has now decided to charge for parking in the garage ($200.00 per month). Unfortunately, there isnt enough parking outside of the garage for residents either. Communication has been very unclear about the updated policies, and residents here feel left in the cold. I wouldnt recommend this place to prospective residents.
I dont live here but whenever I stop in the office, the management is always super helpful. The facilities are also very well kept
I have loved living at Midtown. The management has been very friendly and always helpful especially Olivia. I would definitely recommend living here
We love our apartment, but when we took over the contract, the receptionist didnt tell us when rent was due even though we asked out-right and moved on towards the beginning of March. We got hit with a late-fee that I had to bug them about 3 times to finally get it removed. And then the tenants we took over for didnt mention the entertainment package we need to pay each month so we got a notice saying we owed them money and we had no idea why. Reception said it was the previous tenants responsibility to tell us about all the charges. Im thinking it should be theirs since theyre getting paid, not the previous tenants. And they didnt have us sign a contract with all monthly fees outlined anyway, which is problematic. We also never get their emails and dont get our bill sometimes so we have to blindly pay what we think we would owe just so we dont get hit with a late-fee and if were short, they bust our ass about it.My husband and I, along with other tenants, are leaving because they keep increasing our utilities. Its getting absolutely ridiculous. The reception certainly tries to be nice and accommodating but it takes days to hear back from them and even longer to get a billing issue fixed. Dont live here, the headaches arent worth it. Its too expensive for what youre getting anyway.
We have a great apartment but when we resign our lease they will now charge $55 for two car. It has been free all along. We will probably move out.
My wife and I love it here! All of the amenities are amazing as well as the staff and maintenance! Great job!! We love calling this our home!
Normally dont write reviews, but the reviews I read before moving in vs the reality here at Midtown is very different, so I felt the need to enlighten everyone. I was looking for luxury, and I found it! Midtown is under new management now, and they are VERY pleasant to work with. As for the apartment themselves, they are very reasonably priced and the amenities are taken care of. I would say even the underground parking isnt as bad as people make it out to be. There are 2 floors under EACH building. As long as you are home at a reasonable time, you can almost always find parking. Overall, Midtown has made an incredible come back and I am very excited for them to finish the pool and hot tub!
We love our experience at Midtown! It has been nothing but great and we are excited to lease for another year! Olivia with management has really been great to work with as well!!!!
Living at Midtown 360 has been the best apartment-living experience I have had to date. The staff is very professional and our leasing agents Kade and Olivia were especially kind and helpful. The office staff have assisted us with everything from accessing our mail to changing a light switch. The apartments are absolutely gorgeous and feel very high-end for the price. We got our 1 bedroom apartment for only $50 more per month than the majority of the moldy basements we looked at in Provo and have been living like kings while going to school. Highly recommend for young married couples.
With the new management this place went from great! to wait! I am not staying in this extremely poorly managed apartment complex. The management will make you sick! Parking used to be included in the rent now it is $55 and also they got rid of the remote security for your door and you are obligated to pay an overpriced internet service $115 - $120 and cannot be declined! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND DISREGARD THE POSITIVE REVIEWS WHICH ARE PAID FOR!
My husband and I loved living in this area for the time being. They are very easy to work with I had absolutely no issues. The apartment itself was really nice. The gym was the best always organized and clean. They always had good customer service. I had a great experience at midtown 360.
All I can say, is this place for how much they charge is terrible. We have a tiny one bedroom they charge over 1200, which is not what they said they’d charge. To put the cherry on top, we parked in a spot, that did not say we could not park there, and where people always parked a Saturday night, and both our cars were gone Sunday morning, and had to drop 600 dollars. Such a joke.
If i could do 0 stars I would...this is the worst place I have ever stayed in. They expect you to go into the office to pay rent or do it over the phone, I try calling several times to pay it and they never answer so I have to take time off work to go in and pay it.Screen door broke day one and never got fixed. Elevators werent working for several weeks. Dog pee in the elevator didnt get cleaned up for weeks. Do not recommend.
Generous portions of very good food. Excellent service. Beautiful restaurant. Definitely will return.
Ive got very few complaints about the midtown. The management, office staff, and maintenance have always been kind to me and i feel taken care of. I think theres a pool coming with the new construction, and thats exciting. the gym is amazing (especially for an apartment complex), and the apartment itself is cozy. I like the modern feel here. awesome location too.
If I could give a zero I would this place is just beyond ridiculous. My husband and I have a 2 bedroom first of all the place is tiny. The doors haven’t been fixed after we have repeatedly asked them to get fixed. They never gave us a lock code for our door when we first moved in and some of the outlets still don’t work in our place. We are paying so much for a tiny apartment and it’s not worth it at all. The management here sucks, they don’t help you at all when you have a complaint. The parking here has been an nightmare. Their isn’t enough parking underground and the rest of the parking is for the restaurants and the other stores so pretty much if you work late nights and you are coming home there will be no parking whatsoever unless you park near the stores and even then your risking to be towed. The pool hasn’t been done when they said it was going to be done. I just can’t stand this place I would not move here. Please reconsider moving here it’s not worth the money it really isn’t.
This place is such a mess. It used to be great and the management was always caring, on top of things. But now? Rent is overpriced and the measly concessions we have been given for outrageous issues is mocking. Avoid the 2nd floor like the plague. Unless you dont care about living above the restaurant areas. Most of them play loud music (karaoke nights) even after the apartment noise ordinance goes into affect. In regards to issues, there is consistently dog droppings right in front of the apartment complex. I understand that tenants need to be responsible after their pets, but for the people who ruin it, Midtown should find responsibility in either fining these people or picking up after them.Right this moment (and this isnt the first time), the apartment hallways feel extremely humid. Its as if youre walking through a swamp. This would be disgusting if it was inside the apartments. It would definitely cause mold to start growing. I wouldnt be surprised if the building doesnt already have it somewhere inside. If you are looking to come here for the amenities, dont... they have been promising a pool for the last 3+ years. Supposedly itll be done in 2019. Doubt it. Pet Park? Nope. They actually said no more pets are allowed. Instead, it seems like the retail stores are prioritized.Look elsewhere. With how much they are charging, you might as well invest in a mortgage.
No ethical in they’re practices to acquire new tenants.
I’ve lived here for about two years, and didn’t mind it till recently. Lately they have been going downhill. They tow cars every two seconds here but to be able to get a parking spot you pay a ridiculous price. There’s a hundred retail parking spots but hardly any for guests or residents. The apartments are cheaply made and the elevators are always broken. The management isn’t that great either. The place is overpriced and annoying to live at. We are moving out at the end of next month, that’s when our lease is finally up thank god!! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! You can find way better apartment complexes to live at that are a way better option!!
I like this place for the restaurants that are there. Lots of good places to eat.
The complex is really nice and if you are visiting someone, you can always find a in the parking lot because you can parking in any area. The apartments are so cute, very well designed, the location is so convenient and the price is very interesting. I want to live there in the future.
Unfortunately zero is not an option. the front office staff have always been very kind but the quality stops there. Our move in date was changed several times, they claimed to be a smoke free community but out balcony always smelled like smoke and weed. Our car was towed not once but twice for no reason! we came across a couple having sex on the roof in the middle of the day! and when all things were reported to the office they never did anything about it. The fire alarm goes off all the time. and when we came time to move out, we had cleaned a lot of stuff out of our apartment and paid rent for the month while we would be on vacation. the office decided to put eviction notices on all the doors to find out the owner of a check that had been turned in. since we were out of town our notice remained on the door of our PAID FOR apartment. at which point their staff let themselves into our unit, threw our stuff away and lied about it to us when we came in asking what had happened! Management tried to salvage the situation but we were thrilled to be done. The only good thing about this place is the front office staff and how they treat you in person. Everything else is like living in HELL! save yourself the heartache and look elsewhere.
My husband and I were very interested in checking out this complex and possibly signing. We had been emailing back and forth with Olivia and she let us know prices and scheduled a time for a tour. When we arrive the office was locked, so we decide to wait as they might be on another tour. We wait 15 minutes and see the manager arrive and the first thing she tells us is what do you want? (A bit rude but we let it slide) we let her know why we are here. She let us know thats not possible because no one is at the office, she treated us pretty rudely and said if you want a tour you have to schedule another one. I didnt like the way we were treated so I wanted to make sure the of the pricing before we commit to seeing her again. She looked baffled at the price and told us none of their apartments go for that price and never have. I showed her the emails of Olivia and I and she still looked as if I made up these emails and told us she has no idea why Olivia said that, sorry. She seemed like she wanted us out of there ASAP. She didnt offer to let us know of other prices or anything. She just seemed like she didnt want to be there or anyone to be there. I get it that it might have been a bad day but geez. This disappointed us because we really were interested in wanting to sign here or at least check it out. First impressions left us with a sour taste in our mouth. Wouldnt recommend even checking out this place unless you want to be treated this way.
If I could give this place a 0, I would. I’m not the type to ever write reviews, but this place needs to be known for how horrible it really is. My husband and I lived here for a year, a year too long. I liked my little small apartment, but the apartment complex itself is THE WORST. Parking is impossible, especially during winter time. You can never find a parking spot underground, which is 2 levels. They say they will tow but that never happens. They say pets aren’t allowed but everyone here owns one (which is fine) but the pets pee in the hallways that sit forever before getting cleaned up. The elevator works only half the time. Nothing ever gets fixed. They say it’s “luxury” it’s not. I would avoid living here. It hasn’t been the best experience and not worth the money.
Kinda feels like a prison inside, but the apartments are pretty nice.
On top of the long list of amenities that were never provided, the heating/cooling issues, and the dirty building, they signed my return deposit check to all people on the lease which means that it cannot be deposited in my bank unless we open an account together. They should have given us a form where we all sign it and determine who should receive the initial check. The write out the check to one person. I would be willing to change this 1 star review to a 3 star only if this is done.
I love living here for the following reasons:1. We can have a puppy2. Its a brand new apt3. Theres ALWAYS parking4. Management is so helpful and kind5. Its close to a shopping mall, the freeway, a grocery and pet store, a movie theater, a swimming pool and so many parks.
Honestly, I love living here. I have never had a problem with the water or sound, we love our view, so far our apartment has stayed nice and cool this summer, the staff is really cool... I like it. The only thing to keep in mind is that these are big buildings with lots of people so yeah, the elevator isnt going to come to you as soon as you call for it. No, there are not always amazing parking spots available. But the face the we have underground parking rocks. My car doesnt get too hot and in the winter I dont have to deal with snow, so. All in all, Ive really enjoyed living here. Everyone who comes over comments on how fancy yet cozy our place is 😂 I plan on living her for a bit.
The staff is so helpful and nice. I’ve worked with both Kade and Olivia and they have both always been able to help me very quickly and efficiently. The apartments are super nice, and the whole area is very safe and secure. They just opened a super cool new pool, and the other amenities (the gym and the roof) are amazing! They have super nice and deeeelicious restaurants at the bottom of the apartments. This has been our favorite place we’ve lived for sure.
I love this place! Our apartment is beautiful and we love the space! The staff has been so friendly and I am very impressed with their customer service. Definitely recommended living here!
I love the convenience of Midtown. Its in the middle of town next to everything! Elevator codes make me feel safe as well.
They only care about money. Everything looks nice- but its plastic. Its a cement prison. Horrible community that ruins your door decorations and breaks into cars- BREAKING WINDOWS. And management does nothing.
So happy to have left this complex. Were drawn in by the curb appeal but greatly disappointed with things while living there. Now living in a townhouse with twice the square footage for less than the price of a studio apartment here.
This place is a joke. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. They never answer the phones when you call, so many things were wrong with our apartment when we lived there. Whoever is in charge needs to be fired. I cant even put into words the anger i have for this place. 1,200 FOR A ONE BEDROOM! We pay them so much money you would think people with brains would be in charge. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE! Take mine and the other dozen bad reviews into consideration before you move here. Pathetic..
I have lived at Midtown 360 for the past 3 years. The current management company has been excellent. They are very professional and responsive to questions; and they have promptly resolved any problems I have brought to their attention.
